missing delivery
For your kind information, I have received the orders but 1 item is missing. The packaging of what I received can only fit for the 4 items that I have ordered which means that nothing has been stolen or fallen out of the package. I have ordered the following but the highlighted was missing.

Please keep me posted as I would like to make another order but I would like Awok to resolve this issue first. I am a customer for 2 years already and I am disappointed. Also, as I have mentioned in my previous email, I look forward to a resolution before seeking help from a consumer protection agency. I trust this is not the way Awok.com wishes to conduct business with the customers.

awok didn't deliver the item!!!
AWOK never shipped the item i bought on 12 FEB 19 until now. They keep telling the same information that they will contact the supplier and update me. Last reply through the email last week when i asked about the update, they SAID THEY CAN'T GIVE a delivery date unless they hear from their supplier! In 2 months they still didn't hear about their supplier :) What a professional behavior! This is not acceptable at all. I went to DED and they told to raise a complain in DMCC and for sure i will do.

Guyz do not buy anything from awok. Most of their items doesn't work and when you a place any complaint asking for replacement or warranty, they charge you 42 AED as pick up charges. Even if your product is under warranty. They only cheat snd have pathetic customer service who are very rude and robotic. I have lost my money for non working products.

I want to raise a complain against your system as I have noticed upon checking out it is automatically adding up unnecessary items which I have not selected at all! What kind of unscrupulous act is this? I have deleted those items which I have not selected and then again it is adding something else! This is craziness! and cheating!
I've been shopping online in AWOK for a long time. This is unacceptable at all! Upon checking out, the total value of my purchase is only 43dhs and how come all of a sudden it became 67dhs and how stupid it is that item no.8 as per the invoice attached is being added up?
If I won't be refunded for the item no.8 I swear this would be my last purchase and I will tell all my friends and colleagues to be careful and better stop buying from you guys!

Ordered Xioami MI8 and received MI note 3 which is half of paid price. First class scam site and service. Please don't ever order from these scumbags. Buy from shops or by renowned online services like AliExpress. They haven't refunded my money till now after 3 month of order and saying that it still takes 3 more weeks to consider refunding. I have spent 300 saudi riyal for shipping back the wrong item to these scumbags. Please don't waste your hard earned money on these fake online shoppers.

Regarding your below mail please be informed that i paid against the order no #[protected]-9A before 95 days and i will never go for cancellation you should realize and maintain your reputation and deliver the shipment as per your commitment . still i am waiting for your response and in-spite of several calls i am still unaware and in the condition of uncertainty and nobody informing me the exact date of my shipment's delivery.

I placed an order online in awok.vom and paid for it on 2 January 2019. The scheduled delivery mentioned is 7 January 2019. When I checked my order in awok.com on 5 January 2019, the status said that my order was delivered to me on 3 January 2019. In fact I did not receive any items fron them. Nor did I received a call at the time it was delivered.
I contacted the awok in their landline and still I need to wait for the support team to call me back. Now I want to cancel my order.

The cellphone i noticed the battery it was easily drain and after 1 day i cannot used the item.
