Dear All,
I want to warn you by all terms not to deal with awok.com company based on my experience that I can sum up in the following:
I purchased a number of 3 LG mobile phones three weeks ago. Instead of receiving those phones, I received 2 bottles shakers and a cheap mobile headphone. I phoned them more than 20 times and filed a complaint on their website but with no response since then. I have been waiting for an action since Nov 4, 2017 but with no response.
I am sharing my experience with everyone and ready to provide you with the photos of those bottles I received altogether with a screen shot from their website that shows no action or response since then.
Please be careful and don't face what I faced.
The problem has been resolved today. They sent me what I had exactly purchased. It took some time to resolve, yet I am happy with their response. Thanks,

i purchased this mobile from AWOK. NOW WITHIN A YEAR THE MOBILE BATTERY HAS SWELLED AND NOT WORKING. I called up the customer service on 15th nov after searching all over the web for any contact or leads to purchase the battery.
I did not get any help and the representative told that he cannot help with any leads.
This is ridiculous as we purchase a mobile and we do not have any service or spare parts center. use while it works and throw is the principle of these websites.

I bought gmango r9 plus and i recieved yestarday and i found out it doesnt work. The charger is loose. And dont have pin to open the sim tray at the side.i tried to plug the charger a bit lingbtime but still doesnt work. I had raised a complaint on 29th oct.2017 exact next day after my purchase and i received auto.reply from awoke as well but still no one contacted me (Subject: Awok HelpDesk Ticket # [protected]: Disappointing with Awoke (G4 32GB LTE 4 Gold not working order #[protected] ref:_00Df432Mg._500f4uHYm:ref).. now more than 15days no one contacted me.But im very thankful to one ccare lady yesterday i called and she raises TT - [protected] ..please send someone to collect my faulty mobile which didn't work next day of purchase.

I bought through there online shopping product a coffee grinder and in their website nothing mentioned about how long it will take's to reach me they gave many choices but I selected normal or regular send, then after one day I called I confirm my address then they told me 40 days or more ?! I sked then to stop the process of sending and I offered them to pay to them the amount but to send it through Aramex as one of the choices they provide, , but they told me call emirates post they will help ! I called emirates post but they they don't have such transactions to stop it..I called again to Awok customer service and they told me to call the driver of the truck he will refund my money but he will charge you some amount and if I am ready to pay ! I said how much they said he will cut off some amount! !? I was hearing them laughing! !? At last I told them cancel my order and give me refund again they told me call the driver he will refund your money?! They refused cancellation as it already dispatched to the emirates post and again he asked me to call emirates post office they will help me in this issue. ..I asked for cancellation letter and invoice of my product recieve. .next day they said they can't cancel it but they sent recpayment.
They are un politely talked to me and un responsibly humiliated me and they are enjoying doing so for me .
I want rights back please
I hope you can give them a lesson in treating customers.

The phone doesn't work good and its not what we wanted there is some problem in it so please reply or do something about it its been one week and we want to change the phone instead of this phone and we need another phone important and argent that's not a good service of awoke please I've been sent the complaint from a while we are waiting .they were saying that the phone is 4G but when we riceave it was 3G .

No uses only wasting time. I try to repair outside but not possible to repair.

Please note that I bought a Dell notebook from you and it was shown new, but when I received and I checked.
1. It's was not Dell, it's HP very old model
2. The window is not updating
3. The keys are not functioning
4. It's refurbished, it's not new
5. No antivirus

I order [protected] that included a HTC Desire 816, 8GB, Dual Sim, Black - Refurbished on 25-09-2017. The mobile was not operating properly and also had Chinese software (not original). I informed AWOK and they charged me an extra AED60 for returning the phone via courier. I have been following up ever since for a month now complaint ticket [protected] but AWOK is not doing anything about it. They just give me the same response that they are following up with the supplier. I wish if the management of this company is changed as its only good when its profiteering but does not care for the fate of its customers.

I have ordered items on awok couple of weeks before and still havent received them yet.
I'm highly disappointed with the delivering issues in awok. When will I get my items delivered. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and all the other online e-stores the items are delivered within a week. I ordered a rice cooker online, then it arrived yesterday at the door then use it to cook for dinner, not only took few min it smelled burned wire, I was panicked and hurried to turn it off took a great look dang, it smelled awfull from the inside.
