loss of credit from the account
I have recently got my account of Axis Bank on salary account basis and been given a Lifetime free Credit card.in due course I have received some card protection plan which I haven't confirmed. I have been receiving messages to pay some amount. Since three months I have been trying out in this regard contacting bank personnel, Customer care and Support Services. Everyone failed to take any action in this regard. Three days back my account has been debited by an amount of RS 3,000. It is so sorry to address you that none of the services are able to help me in this regard. Please attend to this at the latest.

I have applied a BT personal loan with axis bank ( Application no 8888615), I m already having loan of 7.75 lakhs with HDFC on that outstanding of 6.5 lakhs is pending which I want to takeover to Axis with additional top up, As I m having eligibility of 14 lakhs checked with agents and other banking websites I have applied for 12 lakhs including BT, but the approved amount for me was 4.2 lakhs which is not even the current outstanding amount, I have checked my cibil score also it is 802,
I didn't get proper response from no one on this, pls help me to find out the reason and approval of required amount.

I am out of India, and I couldn't contact the Bank Customer care for my issue.

demand draft (dd) that I have applied for
I had applied for a dd from axis bank in the month of july last year (2017).
The name for the dd was for "financial officer, vtu belgavi" and was for 5000 rupees. I had thought the dd was submitted successfully.
but the in this month (sept. 2018) I got a mail from axis bank in which the applied dd was present. I went to the bank and asked the banker about it. she blamed it all on me for not collecting it... without informing anything about the rejected dd, they have been having it over an year.
when I asked them about not informing about the dd they were rude and blamed it all on me. how would I know about it when they don't inform me anything about the rejected dd. after a long argument she said she would refund the money back into my account and took the dd from me. but it had been 2 weeks and I haven't received my money.
Now neither do I have my dd nor my money. when asked, she said she didn't recieve any dd from me. and I have now nothing to prove for...
It is very sad to see something like that from a well reputed bank like axis bank.

bad behavior of axis bank staff
My wife just opened an account in axis bank Champahati branch west Bengal...the deputy manager manirul haque is sending message to my wife's phone number through watsapp..she has given payment to hospital for some treatment with axis Bank debit card after that she is receiving call from the deputy manager whether she is fine and telling her that he is worried about her. This is so unprofessional behavior of ur staff towards the customer ..it means he is keeping an eye over my wife's account ...i want the bank to take necessary actions against him as this not only provide a black mark on the bank but also losses its customers satisfaction

This is Thrinath Krishna, working in HCL TECHNOLOGIES Noida . I have priority account in AXIS bank. So as per you executive, I tried to open another account for my wife.
Aug 1 st week if i am not wrong i had given the blank form with all the required signatures. Cheque of 50K, Adhar. Pan address proof every thing.
I consulted My RM Abhishek who took the responsibility to open another account for my wife. He dint do his job correctly. He dint even know to fill up the form. 50k cheque had honored and Account is not opened because Name in Adhar and Pan is mismatched. He would have updated form As per Adhar . There wont be any issue.
Finally after 2 months follow up to open songle account- i got frustrated and informed him to return my 50 K
From last week again follow up started and still going on
Can anyone intervene in this issue and resolve it. I am [censored]ed up with follow ups and amazed with ur service

reverse amount not credited to my account

I do hereby inform you that I have ordered from amazon and paid through axis bank net banking on 08th september 2018 where rs.1292 debited from my account and after that amazon send an email and stated that the payment for the items listed below has been declined. They also said"please revise your payment details or select an alternative payment method within 24 hours of receiving this email"
And so I do payment through state bank of india internet banking which was successful. But the unsuccessful payment not reversed by axis bank.
Several time I contacted with amazon and as also as axis bank where amazon repeatedly said "sometimes banks take little longer than usual to confirm successful payments back to us. A refund of rs. 1, 292.00 would be processed to your account if your bank confirms the charge to us."
And axis nodal bench as also as customer service said "we wish to inform you that as per the confirmation received by the biller, the enclosed transaction has been successfully updated with them, hence no refund is applicable."
Now I am totally confused about my payment. So I request you to kindly give me proper justification.

I have account in Axis bank, Ravipuram branch, Kerala. I have enquired about mutual funds in that branch and told them, I need to start SIP investment. They told me, they will send me forms to my email as I can't go directly. I called them many times. Still no response from them. One girl named Pooja called me. She told, she has given my mail to her supervisor. Very irritated by their behavior.

I have shoped mobile from credit card trough flipkart.com but returned it in month of August. Now they are saying that they had refund the amount 16290 Rupees but I had not got in my account. I had submit complain in flipkart but they are saying to contact the bank. Please check that it had been refunded by them or not. If yes, then why the amount had not been credited in my account.

I am holding my salary account in axis bank, and due to poor service of axis bank, I switched my account to another bank in 2017 ...but know after repeatedly being asked from axis support upon assusrance of better service I switched to axis bank again and also contacted the branch to change my account into salary account again, as it was changed to saving account. It was displaying-600 Rs and I accepted to get this deducted without any objection as it was genuine...but i also confirmed and got assurance that after this sum you won't be charged a single Rs ..but yesterday my account was deducted with 1300 Rs and feeling cheated and disappointed as we work 30 days to earn such small amount ..please reverse my amount .

debit freeze
Hi my account [protected] has been frozen from so long. It's my salary account and it's in minus 29000 and the amount has been already debited from my account in July now I can't take my salary out from this account. I went to the Kirti Nagar branch twice but still got no solution. They asked me to submit my pan card my adhar card. J have done everything. They asked me to call Axis customer service I have called them a lot of times but still don't got any response.

Hi, I have opened FD through AXIS bank ASAP account(account number is-[protected]).FD number is [protected].
I already raised complained for the same complain id is-[protected].Its been 2 month I am waiting FD to be shown into my account.I fed up for follow ups to branch which is BTM Silk boared branch .Each time representative say it will take time for this process.
I will definitely file FIR if it is not resolved in some days.

Very pathetic service received from Axis bank. I have opened an account in axis bank 15 days ago and today i haven't withdraw or done any transaction with Axis bank ATM card but how can i get this msg without any withdrawal that is cash debited Rs-5500 from your xxxxxx account.
This is you guys are providing services to customers. I immediately closed my account from Axis bank and never ever opened account in axis and referral as well to others.

With utter disappointment, i want to inform you that after getting continuous calls from your executive that i am eligible for "Free lifetime My zone credit card" with zero opening & zero annual fees, i decided to apply for the same.
Last Four digit of my credit card -1587
However, after getting approval for the same, i am charged Rs. 590/- as opening fees.
This is cheating and fooling your customer and request you to waive off the opening fees immediately that you have charged.
please note i have salary account with Axis bank plus i have FDs with your bank. if my query is not resolved, then i will be forced to close all my accounts & FDs with your bank.
failed transaction

I have tried to withdraw 1000/- from atm (belonging to Laxmivilas Bank) in malkajgiri on 1st September 2018 at 02:39 pm. But I haven't received any cash from the atm and transaction was failure for two times. But My account is debited with 1000/- (2 times) I haven't received any cash for both the times. Please look into this seriously and refund my 2000/- immediately. I haven't received any reversal till now which is making lose trust on banking with axis. Do you think Am I a fool to trust your bank again ?
