Sir/madam,
This is Mr. Bijan Choudhury. This e-mail is to draw your attention over a harassment issue that I am facing since more than a week. With reference to our earlier communications you can refer the incidents, still, I am briefing the same in a precise way. On 6th December, 2018 I re-payed by full due amount of my earlier Home Loan in your bank. In Saltlake Sector-V, Axis Bank Loan Centre, I payed Rs. 5, 32, 398/-. After paying the amount the executive said that everything will be resolved ( I will get my mortgage deed and all documents back & all rest formalities ) within 15 days (Ref: Request No: 219085 ) . I fixed my later work schedule as per that commitment. I have to go to out of town for my job at the end of December and I fixed all my dates accordingly. Within 2 days ( i.e. 8/12/18 ) the Amount has been credited to your axisbank Loan Account ( which I got informed from HDFC bank ). But the credit SMS came to my Mobile on 12th December ( 3-4 days already gone ). Then after 3 more days, i.e. on 15th December, No Due Certificate came from Axisbank in my e-mail, where it was clearly mentioned that I & my co-applicant can collect my Loan Documents from Loan Centre after producing necessary KYCs and signature verifications etc ( I hereby attached the NOC copy highlighting the portion ). I therefore visited the Loan Centre ( Sector-V, Saltlake, Kolkata ) again today morning ( 17th December, 2018 ), where the office executives said that no Documents has come to their desk till date. I then called to your Customer care number, ( New Request no: 329570, is given ) where, with my utter surprise, they said that I shall get the documents in 15 days again. That means after 11 days of your 1st commitment I am requested to wait for another 15 days to get my all previous mortgage documents back. This is quite ridiculous. If I have to wait for another fortnight, I have to face severe issues as My all professional assignments will be messed up at the end of this year.
I request you to look into the matter, and if possible please return my documents at your earliest.

I was inputing the card details and click on pay securely but after that it doesn't seem to be ask for otp. And from my account Rs.6220.69 has been deducted automatically. delivery of cheque book
It is strange to know that person will call within 48hours just to update you the status of Cheque book is been dispatched or not. Where as the courier gets delivered within 48hours time.
9th Nov the request was raised and had received message on 10th Nov stating that the cheque book is dispatched to which i called back on 13th Nov to know the status. Executive says it should get delivered in 4-5 working days as it is dispatched on 10th Nov.
On 17th Nov when I called, Executive (Swati) says, according to my system it shows issued and not dispatched and the should followup with back end team for same. She had registered the complaint and i will receive call back in 48 hours. Instead of delivering the cheque book these guys raise complaints.
she had also tried to transfer my call to her senior to which it was not attended by and she came back with explanation that that as per system...(above)...

I have salary account in axis bank.
The bank have deducted 3800 from my account without any prior information as consolidate charge.
How can this happen without any notifications?
If I they charge me because I'm not maintaing with requires amount than its obviously because I could not effort.
I don't u understand wether the bank is running legal bussiness or they are fraud.
Please help me out so that I can get back the amount.
I'm satisfied with the customer support team as well. They have not given me proper response.

But axis bank has deduct 5800 plus 1050 for concelleted charge .after asking with with bank he told piority account is converted in normal saving from long time they r doing this for 100 hundred 50 I have not complain it was nominal amount. I did open my account with Axis Bank with Panjim Branch in Goa as I was working there at that time.Later I moved out from India and working overseas.My registered mobile number was of course an Indian number and became non-functional as I am not in India.Now I want to do some transaction from that account which I am unable to since I am not getting any OTPs.But Axis Bank straight told me that either I have to go to an ATM or visit an Axis Bank branch to change my registered mobile number.This is not possible as I am not going to India in near future.So, what is the solution?For Axis Bank's kind information another two Banks have changed registered mobile number remotely and working fine.My point is if all the banks in India is regulated and governed by RBI then why other banks can do this and AXIS can not change registered mobile number online?

I father in law of SB NRE a/c holder Priya Mudgal on 03.11.2018 deposited Ch.No.000206 fvg.Priya Mudgal for Rs.300, 000/- drawn on BOB.The above cheque was returned to the branch due to NRE source of fund conf. Req. After 5 days of deposit of i visited the branch at Rly.Rd. Gurgaon to ascertain the fate captioned cheque. The concerned officer informed me reason of return, informed me to resend the cheque after confirming the source fund by father in law of the customer to their service branch.I again called the branch on 15.11.18 to know the fate of cheque clearance. They asked me to visit the branch.When i again visited the branch same day, the concerned officer informed me that the cheque has been returned again with same reason. I asked the concerned officer as why he did not confirmed the source of fund as per your assurance on my previous visit to the branch. He then told me that i can not do this . I then met the Branch Head & narrated the above & he called both concerned staff in his cabin as asked as why they resend the returned cheque as this cheque can not be cleared in NRE a/c
Due to unnecessary delay un cleared advice to me by the branch i could not met the urgent fund requirement of my daughter in law in time & further caused a sr. citizen harassment of delay & twice visit to the branch. Had they clearly informed me on first return of cheque that they can not confirm the source of fund to their servive branch & return the cheque without resending the cheque in clearing with assurance to sending the instrument to drawee bank for clearance, i would have taken the other mod of remittances of fund to help my daughter in law in time of need.
This is a negligence of the branch & harassment to sr. citizen customer & causing financial loss & harassment to their NRE customer
I request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter of harassment & financial loss to their customer & review of branch working.

This is to inform you that axis bank is sending Fraud sms to his customer regarding share market "I got a sms on 30/10/18 and 31/10/18 that big announcement is coming in 'Baid leasing and Finance company ltd' in next 48 hrs repeatedly but noting came in next its a kind of trap because just after buying it started decreasing and can, t be sold.

Atm transaction done on 5/9/2018 in axis patancheru of an amount rs.10000/- amount debited from account cash not received . On atm screen it showed "atm is out of service". I gave a complaint where i maintain my account which is andhrabank. They have lodge a complaint and sent a mail to axis bank head office and bank . From there no reply ... till date . Please look into this matter . Do the need full and revert my amount back. To [protected] to this account. Its already tooo late otherwise i have to proceed in a legal way.

I asked for the iuter remittance to canada in monday 22/10/2018 with exchange rate 54 but because of some issues my remittance was delayed and was made on friday 26/10/2018 with 58.54 exchange rate.I had made enquiry and the forex says the rate for 26/10/2018 is 56.51 .I have charged way more than the actual rate was moreover my remittance was delayed even after informing that it was urgent.Please help me and do let me know the exchange rate for 26/10/2018 i want to reconfirm how much the have looted from me.

It is showing Ecom our /Google mobile tech */ g.co/ helppay/ Google * etc. I'm sure it is something fraud it didn't ask me for any kind of otp n suddenly deducted.please let me know. What Shud I do know . I'm scared it may happen in future too. I'm really not happy about it .

Few persons from your bank threatning to my house and me also when i am telling that i need some time to repay the dues against card ending no.6457. He totally insulting us too much. Where my email id is Active still now.Thatswhy i have decided to fir against him against your bank very bad collection procedure. I have attached 1 audio For your record. Settle the card. Please take the steps against him. I am not fraud, chitibgbaz, your person said.
Due to our bad various financial condition i was not able to pay the min due in time. So for that your staff did too much noise locally and over phone. I thought to run the card but this type of your collection person i will not continue axis card anymore and i will take steps. If you wish so can take the steps against him. I couldnot pay any amount until his appologise again my very bad financial condition running. We were feared and told him that give us some time. But he personally insulting too much. failed atm transaction but amount deducted from account
i used axis bank atm card on 10-10-18 in bank of baroda atm for the transaction of 5000rs. atm shown that transaction timed out..but 5000deducted from my axis bank account. after so many days the money is not returned bank into my account..bank of baroda bank says that money will return back after 24hrs.but it is not done.what to do now i have also lodged complaint online baout failed atm transaction
atm didn't dispense cash but from my account money is debited.
On 9th October evening I went to Axis Bank ATM near Taratala Auto stand to dispense some cash.I tried to dispense 6500/- twice from my BOI card but it showed ATM service is unavailable for both the ATM machines.after 5 mins or so at 5.44 pm & 5.52 pm cash was deducted twice which became 13000/-.
I contacted immediately to BOI Bank and registered a complaint on that day but still the amount is not credited. Attached screenshot.

I am being charged DEMAT charges for my account over the years but i have never used the said service. Every year demat charge gets deducted from my account and never ever have i received any notification regarding the deduction. I dont know how this demat account got opened under my name, since i dont see any point in opening it as i am not using the service. After contacting the customer care, i was told that money will be returned on pro rata basis after closing. I have been writing them mails since 24th September and every time i get the reply as it will be done in 2 business days. It is 10th Oct today and still i haven't got my money back. I swear i have never seen any company have such worst customer care and employ such cheap business practises to get money out of unsuspecting customers.
