If i could give zero stars i would?
FIRST OF ALL: the quality is extremely poor; fabric that will set on fire if you are 1m vicinity of a flame, poor stitching and design flaws, use of sweatshops all over the world.
SECOND OF ALL: UK/EU customers: do not shop here! This shop violates MANDATORY UK/EU law. In the UK/EU you have a right as a customer to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND, for example if the quality is sooo poor that you simply do not want to shop there anymore.
Upon informing BABYBOO of my intention to invoke this right, i was told that they have a store policy in place according to which they cannot give refunds only store credit.
They said they are "aware" of UK MANDATORY LAW. But i guess they believe they can simply write a store policy that cancels out the inconvenient parts of mandatory law.
How nice it must be, if such a thing were possible, no? "Mandatory tax? O no, that's a bit inconvenient. Let's put that into our store policy as well and say that we as a company cannot be held to pay tax. Store policy has precedence over mandatory law no?"
No my dear readers. I am sure that you will understand that in fact store policies CANNOT DEVIATE from mandatory law. That is illegal. Maybe some investigation should be done to this companies taxes as well, in light of their blatant disregard of mandatory law?

I ordered a forma dress for my daughter. For context we are in the US and BABYBOO is an Australian company. Due to the distance it took a while to arrive as expected. Unfortunately the dress did not fit and we would not have received a new dress in time for my daughters event. Their company website states there is a 30 day return policy however, they only issue store credit no refunds which is not actually a return. When I reached out to them about a refund considering the circumstances they would not budge even though I made it explicitly clear we would not receive a replacement dress in time. The circumstances of our situation should have been taken into consideration especially given there was not a store locally where she would have been able to try it on before we purchased it. I would not purchase another item from them, especially if you are not local.

I purchased the dress on the weekend under order #717851 and upon receiving it, it is a completely different colour to what was advertised. I have emailed 3 times since and regardless of your operating hours stating you are open, no one has gotten back to me. This is really poor customer service and very poor quality of clothes, to advertise one thing and then send the item in a completely different colour.

When I bought this dress I read many reviews and most were good, but some were bad and now I see why they had multiple reviews that states the same thing. First off, I’d like to state that this company has ZERO customer service satisfaction, when I bought my dress I immediately filed a complaint with them when I found out this dress was fault in 4 different ways and was unwearable. They got back to me pretty quick saying that I need to send the dress back and they will pay for shipping. Shipping from Canada isn’t cheap so it was going to be $60CAD, I asked them they told me I can keep the dress, and they will refund me or give me a store credit. I asked for a refund then they proceeded to tell me they would only give me 50% refund. This dress was very very expensive and shipping was also expensive I wasn’t asking to be refunded the shipping as I understand but I wanted to fill money for the dress. Then time went on and they told me they could give me a 120% store credit from my price of purchase. I didn’t want more money for the store all I wanted was my money back, so I asked them why they could give me a store credit of 120% rather than a refund for less then I actually spent. Keep in mind that this has been going back and forth for about a month and half now. After complaining they just totally stopped responding and I haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks nor got any money back.

I ordered two dresses on November 22. I hadn’t received any information on the shipping so I contacted the company because I needed it before December 2. I also paid for Xpress shipping to be able to receive it in time. After a week of waiting I contacted them and asked them what was the progress of my order? They informed me that my item was a pre-order and that the entire order would be held until it was received. I went back to check the email I received after ordering to see which item was pre-ordered but neither item was labeled as such. I sent back an email and stated that neither of the items were received. I have not received any shipping information and that I would not receive the items in time so I would like to get a refund. They informed me they do not do refunds only store credit. I stated because I have not received shipping or the items, I don’t understand how I cannot receive a refund. They sent back an email and stated that they do not issued refunds on pre-ordered items and that I will not receive a refund but a store credit instead. My complaint was that I will not receive the items in time after paying for express shipping so I am trying to cancel the order. So now I don’t have the items or shipping information. Basically they falsify items for sale and do not follow through with actually shipping what you paid for. BEWARE! Do not order from this company!

Ordered a dress from them for the first time. They trick you to buy with overturned pictures, what doesn’t show the quality. Got my dress and it was huge disappointment. Quality is straight from China cheapest manufacturer. Also they don’t offer a refund, because this is how they earm money, because they know they trick people to buy and there would be too many returns otherwise. I don’t want to order anything from them anymore, but they only offer store credit, I’m really disappointed and want my money back

My package never arrived
My package never came in. After approximately a month of waiting for my package, I contacted customer care to let them know I never received my package. They did respond in a timely manner, and they stated they were going to contact their shipping company to attempt to resolve the issue. After 6 days of zero answers about where my package was, I asked for a replacement item which customer care stated they could not give me at that time. Now, 8 days later I have asked for a refund of my money through customer care and have not received an answer. The money has already been taken out of my account for a package I never received. I understand it is not BabyBoo’s fault the package was lost by the shipping company, however, it is unacceptable I have not received a refund or replacement item by now. I still have no answers, but I will keep following up with customer care in attempt to receive the package I paid for or receive a refund for the package I never received. I am extremely disappointed with my experience

I'm afraid I won't recommend BabyBoo Fashion to my worst enemy. My teenager daughter decided to buy a dress from this online retailer apparently based in Australia. It arrived late and had to sent it back paying £10 as they don't cover returns! I'm still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is a disgrace. Particularly a woman called Lauren who is very rude. I would certainly keep away from this shop! I have lost a about £110 including the cost of the goods plus the postage... I find it hard to believe that this is a "fashion start-up" as they pretend to be… No start-up will treat their clients like this…

Realised after I ordered they sent me the wrong size to what I ordered. I've sent 3 emails and still have not had a response now I am stuck with 2 of the same dress and neither of them fit me. Disgusted I can't even get a response.

I returned 2 dresses I was told they do not do refunds despite only needing one of the dresses for a wedding so I could not get a refund. Their procedure was not clearly labelled on their website. I then used the gift card to purchase some other goods they were not suitable. They were returned 4 days later with me funding the postage because the company doesn't even do free customer returns! 4 weeks later I have heard nothing back. I proceeded to email the company only after I emailed did I get any contact from them. They are refusing a refund because they claim one of the items (fully tagged and in complete packing) has marks on it! There was no response in regard to the other 2 items purchased and my refund there. I would like to escalate this as soon as possible and as highly as possible as it's an appalling company who should not be in operation

Unfortunately I order 2 dresses and was deemed to be lost in transit and was advised by AusPost to contact the merchant to organise a refund and if I provided the reference number - it will be rectified quickly as the merchant has a contract with AusPost to have a turnaround within 48hrs. It's now almost the end of Nov and have reached out to babyboo several times with no response at all and then eventually advised they need AusPost to say in writing that the item is lost which is not protocol AT ALL nor AusPost do this as part of their procedures for any lost items. I've relayed this information and yet again no response.
I've been purchasing items from this company for several years and never had an issue. I'd like to think that after all this time, something as simple as responding to an email or an acknowledgement would be the minimum given the stuff around by all parties involved.
So not only I don't have the items but i'm out of pocket also. It is beyond frustrating and so disappointing on so many levels that this has occurred.

I bought a couple items didn't like one so I sent it back & they gave me credit to order something else so I did. They then emailed me a few days later saying there was a problem and the item was out of stock so they would refund me the $89.90. I waited a month didn't receive the refund, emailed again they said they fixed it. It is now 3 months later I'm still emailing them & nothing. I can't believe Instagram influencers promote this [censored] company.

I have shopped with babyboo fashion twice now. The first time I didn't have too many problems, though the dress I ordered did not exactly match up to the quality of the dress pictured on the website. The second time I ordered from them, the items I received were ridiculously cheap-looking and not as pictured. A bathing suit I ordered was see through, yet they STILL wouldn't let me return it. It doesn't matter if you have a policy against returning bathing suits, because if your customer can't wear your item through no fault of your own, then that customer should get their money back. I doubt I will get any money back for the other items I tried to return because they are impossible to communicate with and are completely unreasonable.
