I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Mbenzgram. I ordered some suspension parts back in August and didn't hear anything for a few days. Finally, on August 16th, I got a confirmation email from Mbgram/Mbenzgram. I was pretty excited to get my parts, but when I reached out for an ETA on August 22nd, they told me it would be 2-3 weeks.
Well, let me tell you, those 2-3 weeks turned into a couple of months. I followed up with them multiple times in September and October, but all they ever said was "2-3 weeks". I was getting pretty frustrated by mid-October, so I decided to order from another retailer. And you know what? I got my parts that same week. So clearly, there wasn't a supply issue like Mbgram had claimed.
I asked them to cancel my order, which they did. But then they refunded the card on file, which I had replaced during those 2 months of waiting. I told them I didn't receive the refund because that card was no longer active, but they just told me to contact their Accounting department.
Well, I've contacted their Accounting department 5 times over the past 5 months and haven't gotten a single reply. So now I'm out $566.19 and I don't think I'll ever see that money again. Honestly, this company is a joke and I would never do business with them again.

Now over a month later, I get an email from someone at their mbira, asking me to send out an item that they apparently shipped weeks after the cancellation and dispute went through without my knowledge or authorization. Rather than apologizing and asking me for me to locate and return the item, they sent me a threatening email stating that I'm in possession of an item with the value of over $500. This company is a joke. Their custom service sucks and their word is worthless. Don't waste your time. Odds are you won't get what you paid for or a refund

I placed an order for a Yukon gear high performance gear set on January 5th and paid using my credit card. However, it's now February 8th and I still haven't received my order. Frustrated, I decided to place another order for the same gear set on January 16th and paid once again using my credit card. Unfortunately, I still haven't received either of my orders.
I've tried calling the company multiple times, but I can't seem to speak to an actual person. Instead, an automated message answers the phone and tells me to press zero to speak with a representative. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, the automated message comes back on to tell me that all representatives are busy and gives me the option to leave a voice message. I've left four messages to date and still haven't received a call back.
In addition to calling, I've also sent three emails to the email address listed under the "contact us" section of the website. Unfortunately, I've only received a blanket response to each email saying that the order has been filled and has shipped, and that I should have received the items at the end of last week. However, I still haven't received my Yukon gear high performance gear set.
I'm extremely frustrated with this company. They have over $700 of my money and I still don't have the product I ordered. I'm writing this review to warn others that this company takes your money but doesn't send you the products you order. I'm also hoping that by seeing this bad review, someone from the company will finally contact me.

I recently made a purchase from Mbenzgram on June 25, 2022. I was excited to receive my Radium Engineering transmission filter for my GTR. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I realized that my order was taking much longer than expected to arrive.
I spoke with John in customer service a week ago, and he informed me that the filter was in their warehouse but that they couldn't ship it for two more days. He assured me that I would receive a tracking number via text and email as soon as it shipped. However, it's now July 18, and my GTR has been on the rack waiting for the filter for 24 days.
I've sent multiple emails to customer service, but all I've received are automated responses. The first response I received on July 11 stated that my request was being reviewed by their support staff and that they would reply shortly. The second response I received on July 12 was identical to the first.
On July 12, I sent an extensive email to Crystal, who John informed me was the head of customer service. On July 14, I requested a tracking number and restated my email address and mobile phone number. Finally, on July 14 at 6:20 PM, I received a response from Larissa, apologizing for the delay and stating that there had been a minor setback at the warehouse. She asked me to allow a few more days to receive a tracking number.
Since then, I have not received any further responses to my emails or phone calls. I've called customer service eight times, but after being on hold for 15 minutes, the line goes dead.
As the founder of BLENDTEC and the creator of "Will It Blend GTR" on YouTube, I have a busy schedule and cannot afford to wait indefinitely for my order to arrive. I hope that this review will be helpful to others who are considering ordering from Mbenzgram. If you're in a hurry, I would advise against ordering anything from them.

I placed an order for a Ford Performance Pre-Assembled handling pack from Mbenzgram on June 20th, 2022. It's now September 6th, 2022, and I still haven't received my handling kit or the refund I've requested multiple times. They were quick to take my money, even though they knew they didn't have the part in stock. This should be illegal, but it seems like they don't care about the law. Every time I contact them, I get the runaround. They seem like a bunch of crooks who take your money without any intention of giving it back, even if they don't have what you ordered. Their customer service is terrible, and they're unwilling to give me my $1,732.50 back. I suggest staying as far away from these crooks as possible. They're a joke, and the only thing they're good at is stealing your money.
When you order something from an online shop, they should be required to tell you if they don't have the part in stock. It's clear from many other reviews that they've done this to many other people in the past. I gave them one star because there wasn't an option to give no stars and write a review. They have no control over the pricing, which isn't even authorized by Holley/Hilborn.
So let me be clear - if you're thinking about buying from mbenzgram, buyer beware! It's not worth the ten-percent off. They held my money, $3,481.07, for four months, and I'm still waiting to see if they'll refund it in 7-10 days, like they said via email. I never got an apology or spoke to a live person - just emails.
My advice? Buy direct or through Summit, Jegs, or Speedway. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Instead, they made me create a Venmo account for the money to go into so I could transfer it to my bank account. It has been over 10 days since they cancelled the order and stated someone from accounting would call me, but I have not received any money, call, or update.

But at this point, I confirmed that they were just scamming me based on all the hundreds of other experiences I happened to read on various review sites like Trustpilot etc.
I demanded an immediate refund or else I would file a complaint against them for fraud, for which they complied and cancelled my order on the 3rd of April. I received the confirmation email as well and was informed that I would receive the refund in the next 7 to 10 business days. However, I waited patiently for 11 business days to be sure but did not receive any refund. And I have been messaging them since April 13th with no response whatsoever.
I have been scammed and they wouldn't refund my money. I also lodged a complaint with my bank but unfortunately, I had paid with my debit card so I am not really sure if they would be able to help me either.
At this point, I don't have money to get new parts for my car locally nor are they refunding my money and my car has been broken down since then. It's really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Mbenzgram. They are just a bunch of scammers who don't care about their customers. If you're going through the same thing, my advice would be to file a report with the California State Attorney General's office. Don't give up, keep fighting for what's rightfully yours! The Attorney General's office can't give you legal advice or take on individual cases, but they can help establish better communication between you and the company.
I learned that the Attorney General's office takes allegations like this very seriously. If they receive enough reports of a company being deceitful or fraudulent with consumers, they could have a law enforcement agency look into the matter. That's why some people say that you get your refund back - when a fraudulent company is questioned, they don't want people digging too deep and exposing them, so they give you your money back. At least, that's what a few people have told me.
It took a lot of time and effort to get my money back, which is frustrating. Nobody should have to go through that much BS just to get what's rightfully theirs. Mbenzgram can say all they want about special order items, but they shouldn't charge your card until they have the part in their hand to send to you. Or, they should simply state on their website that the part is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock.

However, to my surprise, this morning (30 July), I received my refund from MBGRAM. In my opinion, here are my reasons why I received my refund so quickly.
Firstly, I opened my case with Affirm, which is a financing company that Mbenzgram.com uses. Secondly, I filed a fraud report with FTC and sent them a copy of my report. Thirdly, I filed a complaint with BBB and sent a copy of the report to MBGRAM. Lastly, I submitted my case to a local TV station and informed MBGRAM that I was going to file a report with local policy.
Overall, I am relieved that I received my refund, but I am still disappointed with the experience I had with MBGRAM. I hope that others can learn from my experience and be cautious when making purchases online. Always do your research and read reviews before making any purchases.
Warning: Do Not Order from This Company - Terrible Experience and Pending Lawsuits
I highly recommend that you take a look at the BBB reviews and other online reviews, as well as the Facebook group called "MBenzgram / Mbgram waiting on refund group" before making a purchase from this company. It seems that many people have had a terrible experience with this company, losing their hard-earned money and never receiving their items.
It appears that after placing an order, the company will inform you that the item/s you ordered are not in stock and are on back order. They will continue to give you this excuse for as long as they can. Additionally, the company does not answer phone calls and emails are either ignored or receive a vague and unhelpful response.
To make matters worse, there are multiple pending lawsuits against this company. It seems that the only way to get your money back is to report it to your bank or credit card company. However, even then, it may be difficult to get a refund. Many people, including myself, initially received a refund from our bank (NOT from the company), only to have the bank come back and say that they are taking the refund back.
It is shocking to me that this company is still in operation and still has a website accepting orders. Unless you want to throw your money away and receive nothing in return, I strongly advise against ordering from this place.

Edelbrock 2044 TOP END KIT
I ordered this part on March 23, 2021 for $2,421.95 and was told endless times that there were delays from the Manufacture due to COVID issues. I confirmed with Edelbrock and there were delays at the plant. However, once the parts were produced at the manufacture I told over and over that the part was shipping. I have not received the part and they stopped responding to my emails and do not respond to phone calls. I have tried to get them to cancel and refund me with no response. I am very frustrated and feel this vendor should be shut down.

Never received my order
Order some tires from them thinking I was getting a good deal at the time being they had a 10% off with free shipping over $100 order. Made the purchase on 3/24/23. I received a email stating they would email as soon as the send it out. Waited about two weeks and still know word, so I decided to reach out to through email and there customer service line. Must of done this for days and days and still no response. Now I’m contacting my credit card company to get this resolved.
Cancel Order
Ordered front shocks on 10/28/2021. I was initially told it was "special order" & would take 2-3 weeks to come in. I figured true because many other sources showed "out of stock". I kept emailing for status & IF I received a response it was always "2-3 more weeks".
I submitted request to cancel order & on 3/16/2023 received confirmation from them that order was canceled & refunded, except refund has not been made. I have since emailed many times demanding the refund be completed, but get no response & no credit in my bank account.
If anybody is not already aware, credit card company won't dispute charges over 4 months old.
Looks like I might be out of $581.40. I will be filing a police report & reporting to the California Attorney General.

Tein coilovers
I had ordered coilovers for my prelude more than 4 months ago. I've emailed them over 6 times about getting a update on when they will be sent or received. Each time they say I will get a conformation within 24 to 48 hours. I never get one. I tried calling them over 10 times and each time there is no answer. I have left many messages.

I ordered a clutch pedal and reservoir assembly from MBGRAM. They completed the order, took my payment, and emailed me an Item successfully ordered confirmation. After several days I still don't receive the tracking # or any other correspondence. I try the PH:# no one ever answers or returns my phone calls or emails. Its been over two weeks and no part, refund, email or call back and to boot I still have not received my part.
Placed my order on 2/16/23 it's now 3/1/23 No response. This is shameful to do people like this, something needs to be done about this ASAP.

On 12/19/22 I placed order for helmet of $520 for a christmas present. I was told on 1/4/23 by "Beatriz" in customer support that it would ship within 1-2 weeks. Then, 1/23/23 was told the same by "Nelly".
February 15th, I requested a refund and have yet to have anyone get in contact with me. I call the phone number listed on the website and it rings continuously until hanging up. They told me to get in contact with accounting and nothing has come of this either. It has been 8 days since asking for a refund. This website is clearly either a SCAM or it is ran incredibly poorly.

Not receiving product that I paid in full for
21 Apr 2022 I ordered Vorsteiner rims x4 and paid in full $1,654.20 on 22 Apr 2022. After 1 month I had not received the rims, so I continued checking with them monthly for 9 months. At the same time, I was checking with other companies and the product was not available either. Vorsteiner produced a batch, but MBenzGram still did not have them so I cancelled my order on 1 Feb 2023 with MBenzGram and was told I would receive a refund within 7-10 days. As of 22 Feb, I still have not received a refund. I have checked after 10 days, and I still have not received my refund.
I ordered directly from Vorsteiner on 1 Feb and received the rims within 5-days.
Desired outcome: To receive my $1,654.20 refund.
Online Order Not Sent
Placed two orders online with them November and December of 2021. Confirmation was sent on both orders stating they were on special order. One year later, both orders paid off in full with interest and both orders not fulfilled. I keep getting the same auto responses that they are on special order due to not being in stock. I have looked and their competitors have the parts I ordered in stock so why don't they have them? I am at the end of my patience and need assistance with this. They have my money and parts are still not here. Help. Do I need to get an attorney to get my almost $5k back?

Months without refund!!
I ordered a set of Toyo Open Country M/T tires from their website on October 28th, 2022 for $1,632.71. After receiving order confirmation, I inquired about an estimated delivery date. They let me know that the tires were on back order for two weeks; which was completely believable at the time because I was having difficulty finding the tire size I needed through other suppliers as well. After three weeks had passed, I contacted the company to let them know I needed a refund because winter was starting to set in in the midwest and I needed my tires replaced before snowfall. After contacting a customer service representative, I received confirmation that my order had been successfully canceled and refunded. This was on November 21, 2022. A full refund was promised within 7-10 business days. It is now January 17th, 2023 and I've contacted the company countless times via both email and phone but I still haven't received any form of refund so I'm now in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. It's blatantly apparent that this company is scamming people.
Desired outcome: To warn others about this companies deceitful business practices and hopefully get their website shut down to avoid future instances of scamming.
