Illegal fund transfer - bdo online banking

I would like to request for assistance regarding my pending case at BDO.

Desirable resolution/request: Refund/Return of illegally transferred amount from my account

June 8, around 10am onwards I received a mail from BDO Advisory that my account was block and need some confirmation to re activate. I didn't notice that it was fishing mail. I click the BDO link provided https://online.bdo.com.ph/ and it will go directly to BDO Online Banking. I do normal log in providing username, account number and OTP sent to my number. Upon entering the OPT, it was declined, then suddenly I received a text for BDO for "ADD DEVICE" request. I felt strange so I stop and cancel the login, then I immediately call BDO to report about the "ADD DEVICE" text that I am not the one requested it. While I am waiting to connect to BDO call center, I immediately change my password because I am suspecting that something wrong is happening. It was successfully changed and I have received a confirmation mail. Around 1025 when I was connected to BDO contact center. I mentioned what happened and she said that the mail that I opened was phishing mail and the scammer was able to connect to my account and do fund transfer to other BDO account amounting to 50000. I immediately requested to hold the transaction and even the destination account because it is illegal. I also requested to block my online banking so no other transaction will be made. I am not aware of the transaction and BDO did not even send mail for the transaction made for my awareness where my money was transferred.
My purpose of immediate reporting that time is to report the abnormal transactions made by the scammer for their immediate action and responses. That time, I do believed and assumed that BDO Officers will take care and handle it properly and necessary action for that illegal transaction will be made. Since BDO failed to secure their system as well as our accounts, I do hope that they can take care of the incident properly if the irregularities were reported immediately.
After 2 weeks of waiting. They will just say that they can not give back the amount taken to me because the transaction is online and real time. How come? I reported the problem after minutes of incident and they were able to identify the destination immediately but they were not able to do the necessary action? How come that I can not get my money back which I have reported that someone was taken it illegally and they who it was... The destination account and even the transaction must be hold the soonest possible time...
Several irregularities and actions were lapsed by BDO. It is their obligation to take care and be liable for this incident. They must be responsible for any loss of their client because of their poor system. BDO is a huge company and must have the best and responsible it experts. They must also have responsible officers and staff to take care of their clients... We are customers, we deserve fair treatment...
I have reported this matter with BDO SM Calamba BM, Ms. Theresa Timbayan and she said she can't do something about it but to mail FMU and wait for their response. How sad that even BDO Manager can not do something about client problem.

This is the second that I've been using my bdo online banking to bought a prepaid load, the first one was ok I received the load immediately but today I bought 250 pesos load but unfortunately no load received and the bad thing was, it was unsuccessful but deducted from my account. please do something regarding to this matter, kindly return the money account.

Good day.
I am writing to complain about one of your staff Ms. Noemi Y. Guades.
She sent me an email stating a problem with my home loan payment but does not provide a well written explanation/ instead I'm the one who insisted for her to explain clearly. I tried calling her direct number for days but to no avail and it took her a week to give me a call. When we discuss the matter on phone she demand me to see her email as if I don't understand. She is arrogant and does not want to explain the issue I am having with my count. She also hang-up the phone while I'm still speaking.
Is this the kind of people you choose to represent your service? all I'm asking is a decent explanation and what I get is a berated call. I do hope you don't tolerate this kind of behaviour. None of your customer deserve to be treated like this.
I am hoping for your prompt action regarding this matter. I am a good paying customer who happen to had an issue with my loan in relation to the start of the pandemic last year.

Never received call back from collections officer about my home loan.
I called last march 2021 to inquire about my home loan account because I lost my job and I don't know when I will be able to find a new job.. so I want to inquire what kind of payment assistance bdo would be able to offer me since I've already paid large amount on my home loan. The specialist I spoke with said that my call will be endorse to the assigned collections officer but two weeks had past and I never received any call, so I decided to call back to make a follow up but something happened.. and now after its been two months and they are still saying the same thing.. very poor service and very disappointing it's seems like they always used this pandemic to make an excuses to provide services to their customers.. I regret that I choose bdo for my home loan.. I will never endorse this bank to my family, relative friend and all the people that I know because I don't want them to suffer the same stressed I've suffered.

Dalawang beses po ako nag load sa number ng anak ko pero walang pumasok, una po 100 then 200 until now wla p rin pumasok load sa sim nya. Pero nkaltasan ako sa savings account ko po ng 300..baka pde po maibalik n lang sa accnt ko ung 300 pls or kung anu n lang po ang pwedeng gawin..di po aq makatawag sa customer service kxe ofw aq and wala po ako sarili sim card pra mkatawag
Bank certification
Have requested for a bank certification. The staff is okay with her customer service. She is done with the bank certification for signing by the branch head. I don't know why it took for the branch head to sign. I see the branch head has a lot of free time naman. In fact, she has all the time talking with the staff (non business related topic. Been here in bdo for more than an hour now.

I loaded 300 pesos from my BDO savings account and it says that I need to wait for 1 hour and I have been waiting for 24 hours now but I still did not receive any load but my savings was deducted. Please help me refund or receive the load.

Online Banking
I installed the BDO app on a new phone issued to me by my telco. It triggered my access to be restricted. It's been 3 weeks and 2 days. Not only has my mobile app access NOT been restored, BDO has restricted me from accessing my funds through the desktop browser.
BDO Customer Service (phone) tried to help. But the tech issue is beyond their capability. The only recourse is to issue cheques.
For a bank of this size, and given their company's marketing tag line, "We find ways", the impression it seeks to make and the reality of their actual service on the ground are two diametrically opposed pictures.
BDO. "We find ways to screw you."
They should use that tag line, close the bank and start a pornographic production company.

Load have not received.
I happened to do prepaid load of 250 and 40 peso via bdo online and it says it's delayed/unsuccessful but it already deducted my money from my savings account. That was on April 15, 2021. Then on Apr. 16, I tried to do prepaid load again through bdo online and it was successful. Is there any way to get my money back? Hoping for your immediate response! Thank you.

I attempted reload 500php to my prepaid mobile number [protected] using my BDO app in April 15, 2021 at around noon time.
Though it was unsuccessful, I still got a deduction of 500php.

Unsuccessful prepaid load
Nagload ako kahapon 4/15/21 via BDO Mobile app, although 60 pesos lang naman yun pero bakit ganun ang sabi delayed daw and wait for 1hr, sp I waited. Kinabukasan april 16, 2021 wala pa ring load na natatanggap pero bawas na sa savings ko ang 60.00 how can I make a refund about this?

Nagload ako kahapon ng 250 unsuccessful ung load wait for 1 hr daw pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. Maibabalik nyo pa ba yun? Sana maayos nyo pati ni rin customer service nyo. Nawalan ma rin pala ako ng 600 pesos sa inyo ng di ko alam. Ang ginawa nyo lang ay pagpasapasahan ako. Customer service to branch vice versa. Alam ko maliit yan numerong yan pero sana naman makonsensya kayo na pinaghihirapan yan bago makuha.

I bought a load worth 100 at first, it was charged yet I didn't received anything so I bought again and again I received nothing. Fix this issue. I waited for 1 hour already and still nothing has changed. My balance was charged without receiving what I purchase, BDO do better, only if you can, I doubt.

I tried to use the prepaid reload, it got deducted on my balance but the status is unsuccessful!
If it's unsuccessful, you shouldn't be taking it out of out account balance. Please fix this issue!

Home loan mortgage renewal
My home loan mortgage is coming up for renewal. I sent the request since January 26 and up till now March 19 I am still going in circle in trying to get a copy of a renewal letter from them. They had asked me to fill out the CRF form it I want it mailed to my email and I had advised them already that I had already done that when I signed up with my mortgage.
Up until now, nothing is happening and its very disappointing because it seems like they don't want our business.
Its really sad that Manager's don't audit or check their employee's account for those that are up for mortgage renewal for business growth and better service.
Now because of this, I am thinking of going to another bank and bringing my remaining loan there.

Home loan unable to provide request inquiry
I request a copy of my amortization for year 2021 since its already March, and they have already deducted in my account, I want to know how much balance I have and how much every month to pay. Every year they send me a copy in the first week of January but this year I did not receive any update, so I send email to Loan Services requesting to provide me a copy of my new amortization. They gave me a time on or before March 9 but did not receive till now. I ask for update 3 times after that but even acknowledgement I did not receive from Loan Services, very disappointing!

They are very useless. uncooperative and not helpful at all. they will just immediately wash their hands saying no breach if securities in their part. I experienced the same thing, I do not even know if they really actually investigated or coordinated with the merchants to track the perpetrators.
