Stock issue for the product

Refund Issue for faulty Xiaomi UST Projector
In October 2021 I placed an order for a Xiaomi UST projector for my husband's 50th birthday present from the whole family, it cost $1,819.16 AUD (inclusive of shipping).
We received the projector in the November of 2021 and upon setting the projector up quickly realised it was a faulty product, within two days of receiving the projector we filed a repair/return case with Banggood, closely following the Bangggod policy of providing a description, photos and video of the fault.
Bangood accepted the fault and offered a full refund and provided instructions on returning the projector, requesting me to pay for the postage and to not use express services such as DHL, TNT etc
I returned the projector via Australia Post with full insurance for $118AUD
In late December 2021 we received information that the projector was held up in Chinese customs for having the wrong phone number on the shipping label (I put my number instead of the banggood one). As requested by Banggood I contacted Auspost to make the changes to the shipping information, Auspost made the change to the shipping label with the correct banggood phone number.
In January 2022 I received information from Auspost that the projector was rejected by customs (on what ground is unclear).
I notified Banggood and they said to return the projector once we had recived it back.
In March 2022 the projector was returned to me in Australia via Australia Post.
In March 2022 I contacted Banggood to arrange sending the item back again, and to request exact shipping information and details that needed to be on the shipping label to make sure it could be sent 100% correctly as to avoid the previous issues. I also offered to send via and express service such as DHL or TNT to make sure of quality delivery service.
In March 2022 I received a message from Banggood representative offering me $200AUD and to keep the faulty product.
In March 2022 I rejected the offer of $200AUD.
I was encouraged to accept the offer, and told that the customs would reject the projector again (Why) then offered $500AUD and to keep the faulty projector.
Again I rejected the offer for $500AUD and keep the faulty product.
April 2022
I was then asked again if I would accept the offer and find a local store to get the projector repaired myself?
I have just once rejected this request.
I just want my money back, please please do the right thing here, we are not rich people, I saved a long time to pay off the credit card and my husband still does not have the birthday present.

Purchased Doogee v20 on pre-order on 22nd February/2022 and sale said expected delivery to UK is 19th of March/2022.
*On 23rd March Banggood customer service informed me that delivery is pushed back to 30th of March due to "high demand" and items being out of stock.
*On 31st of March Banggood customer service said that date is pushed back now even more, to 8th of April as they are "restocking".
*On 1st of April Banggood customer service now say it has been pushed further back to expected stock arriving on 10th of April.
Also, in same time while Banggood customer sales representative say item is out of stock, it still appears on their sales page as available to purchase, 1 last unit in stock, but when i asked about this directly they said it's out of stock. Isn't that misleading information?!
Also seemed like they can manipulate with advert as it kept changing statuses from status: "expected to ship" to status "only 1 left" multiple times during conversation, looking back to screenshots i have made and matching up what i was told it didn't match.
Would like them stop displaying that item is in stock or take sale down to not make false advertising, because according to customer sales support no items are available due to being out of stock. Also this would be a reasonable approach from seller to either partially refund or provide some sort of generous voucher for such a problematic sale and failing to meet set dates three times!

Laptop

I purchased a laptop from Banggood Teclast F5 11.6 inch Banggood Order No [protected] attached.
After 6 months it develop a grey bar across the bottom of the screen on start-up of approx 1 cm. After a number of shutdowns and restarts this problem would resolve, this happened every 4 to 6 start ups
My computer repair person looked at the laptop issue and determined that it could be 1 of 3 faults, faulty screen, faulty graphics card or faulty CPU.
I had a month of emails to Banggood customer service, to replace or repair the laptop, I finally asked whether this laptop was still available. The answer was no, therefore replacement was not an option.
In the end Banggood offered $ 250 to try to get my computer person to repair the laptop.
Because of X-mas and Covit, lockdowns in December and January this had not been attempted
Late January the battery failed, it would only allow the laptop to run for 10 to 15 minutes before shutting down and needing a recharge.
Initially I wanted Banggood to supply a replacement battery, easily available online (and in Australia) and pay for my computer person to install.
As per usual Banggoods customer services came up with their normal stone walling tactics.
Offering a credit of US$ 6.00 etc then saying as they gave me a credit to fix the screen, this ended their warranty which states one year (this was never mentioned). If this was mentioned I would have returned the laptop for a full credit at that point
After talking to a college, he advised that this could be more than just a battery issue (charging circuit) so I decided it would be better to return the laptop for either, them to repair both the screen and battery issues and I also offfered to refund them the credit given or they could refund the outstanding balance or I even I selected a laptop of the same price (if there was a price difference I would pay that difference depending on which supplier they used, maybe $ 10 or $ 15)
All I got was negative replies which started at the $ 6.00 to not covered by the warrant

I've purchased a Wanbo T6 Max projector on 20.02.2022 and completed the payment on 24.02.2022. It was showing that when I purchased, product was in stock and informing that will be shipped within 24 hours but it's changed that product will be shipped on 08.03.2022 after I purchased and I accept it. I waited till 09.03.2022 and unfortunately it's not shipped. I connected to live chat after that time and they appoligized and said that it will be in restock on 23.03.2022 and will be shipped. I was mad but agreed to this solution again but today on 18.03.2022 I just wanted to be sure and wrote again. Unbelievebly today they informed again that material will not be able to send on 23.03.2022 and will be postponed to 09.04.2022. This is really not acceptable. I wasted my time, missed too many other opportunities in my country, currency was changed and refund is not a useful solution also for me. I want my product but in the promised time. By the way, I noticed that they had sent same product to some other customers from my country although they had purchased after than me. They made review on 08.03.2022 with saying that they recieved their product in 11 days.

First of all as I tried to explain in my last comment, refund is exactly not a solution for me since I have already missed too many opportunities and will cause losing money because of economic problems in my country and the actual currency. ($ is increased almost 20%). By the way this product is not a prdocut that can't be found or not producted, it's a new product and probably will be under sales for a long time therefore only the solution for me will be, providing my product. The most important expectation of me to know that when is my turn? How many people's material will be shipped before than me? Because you already sent some person's orders although they had purchased after than me. Sold material quantity was around 1500 when I purchased and it's now 2570. There are 1000 people who purchased after than me and I can see that more than half these 1000 people received their products. What is the logic of this I can't understand and therefore I wonder how many people is in front of me?

Last week I did a purchase on Banggood of an item that showed in stock shipping within 24 hours. After the purchase was done, I received a message stating the item is out of stock I proceeded with a refund.
I then looked at another item that was in stock and contact a live Banggood agent to confirm the item is in stock, which she confirmed it is. I immediately did the payment and 2hours later check the status the item shows out of stock. I contact customer service to see if there is any other items that is in stock and found one. I had to pay in a difference so Banggood had to send me an invoice.
Four days later still no invoice. I again spoke to a live agent as customer service does not respond to my emails.
They have to do another refund. So by the time I receive the refund, how sure will I be that the other item is in stock?
Banggood service is becoming useless and you don't get any support from them.
You can not trust Banggood website or customer service as I have proved that the website and customer service has got no idea what is in stock and what is not.

The top came and they are extremely cheap material ugly not like the pictures and one was not the right color. I did not know we have 7 days for a return how would that even be possible? I paid ins and shipping and was told after 1 1/2 hours on the phone with people that did not know what they were doing that it had expired for return after they said first I would have to pay for the shipping. My total cost was 40 something dollars and then have to return it to China when it came from California the address said. Then told after all this that I only had 7 days from when receiving the package. Well, that was gone and finally, the crazy conversations I had had were over. Will never purchase from Banngood or Klarna again. This was so bad I can't bring myself to drop it off at a Goodwill who would wear this crap? After receiving this product, opening the damaged box revealed that the exterior of the machine was badly damaged. The essential lighting was also found to be defective. After reporting to the Banggood service centre, I was first asked to send photos which I did. Then I was asked to post a film on youtube which I did. Then Banggood referred me to the supplier who asked me to open the device and check the circuit boards, which I did. The supplier then said that internally they had passed the problem on to a colleague. After 24 hours of not hearing anything, I opened a chat with Banggood where it was made clear to me that I had to wait 24 hours for a response from the supplier. After 24 hours the ticket again stated that I had to wait 24 hours for the supplier. I have asked banggood why I have to wait if the device is broken due to transport. I feel I am being sent from pillar to post. I need the appliance urgently and I feel abandoned by BANGGOOD. At AMAZON these matters are solved immediately by sending a new appliance.

Order automatically cancelled and payment refunded
After ordering a smart watch from Banggood I was feeling very happy that I snapped it up at a great price of $4.99, this was a special offer.
I was then informed the next day that this item was out of stock.
I understand this happens so I was quite happy to wait for restocking to arrive.
Then after a couple of weeks I received an email saying that due to my item being out of stock, my order would be cancelled after a further 7 days.
I contacted the helpline service and stated that I do not want my order to be cancelled. I was happy to wait.
I then saw the same item for full price on sale on Banggood and in stock.
After contacting the chat helpline I was told that this was from a different warehouse.
When checking this against my original order the warehouse was the same, UK warehouse.
So I then decided to try and buy the item for full price just to see if it was out of stock like my first reduced order.
The full price order was accepted and I received my order within 10 days.
But the deal price item was still out of stock yet they were both coming g from the same warehouse.
Last week I contacted the chat service again to say that I don't want my order cancelling, I was happy to wait.
But today I'm informed my snapped up deal price order was cancelled and my payment refunded.
The online chat did not help me, just kept telling me that my order would be automatically cancelled and if I still wanted the item when it is back in stock I will have to pay the full price again.
I have another 2 orders which I snapped up at a great deal price, and it looks like these orders will be automatically cancelled.

I bought an electric bike on banggood in July 2021.
It arrived on time.
It was working well. I have to change some things such as the fork, and the tires because these were of low quality.
From the beginning, the battery never lasts more than 20-25km's. (neither in summer)
Then after some months of using it after 4-500kms, there were a lot of errors on the screen, and the speedometer was ruined.
Later the assist mode stopped working.
And the biggest problem is the head tube. We tightened every piece of it. And it slacking. It's dangerous so I don't use the bike because of this. It can break at any time.
I wanted to fix it. I fill up the repair site on banggood.com. They didn't read that and closed it.
I fill up the refound site. I send it back with pleasure. They send me a video only about the assist mode problem. I did it several times and didn't fix the problem. And they close the method.

I ordered and paid for an office chair. The delivery was very quick, but instead of the chair I received a portable dishwasher?!?!? When I contacted the customer support, they wanted me (the customer) to contact delivery companies in my country to handle the return of the item and not them (banggood).
