Bad shipping experience - Order [protected]
I have bought from Banggood before and all went well.
So I went online recently and bought a few items. All items were in one shopping cart.
On check-out, to the total amount was shown as well as the total shipping amount.
I paid for the order with my credit card. As such myself and Banggood entered into a legal selling/buying contract.
Banggood then split my order into three different orders. I presume this is because they are buying from three different areas - but as the buyer this does not concern me.
I then get notification from Banggood that I need to pay an extra USD30 on the one order due to the reason that the parcell is going to a remote address!
What? Remote address? What about the other orders? Are they not all coming to me at the same address?
I refuse to pay the additional USD30. In SA we need to multiply that amount by x14.3 so you can understand that this additional cost is hefty and makes the items much more expensive than a similar product being sold locally.
So the option they gave me, as the customer, was to pay the extra USD30 or cancel the order. The order was cancelled, although I have asked to cancel the complete order which they conveniently "cannot do" as the parcels are already shipped. Yet this order was also said via email as shipped.
I am also a businessman. When I give the client a price I see it as binding and I honor my commitment even if it means that it is a loss to me.
It would seems as if there if no integrity with this company. I will refrain from buying from them ever again and have just unsubscribe from the mailing list.

The Metric Gauge Measuring Tool Dial Caliper 0-150mm/0.02inches is faulty in that the linear scale is not at zero when the caliper is closed shut. The linear scale is out by 0.5mm so when the caliper is closed it reads 0.5mm. Although the dial can be adjusted for zero the linear scale has no adjustment. I would like you to replace the caliper and I will return the faulty one if you request. Thanks. Roger

Short ship of a mainboard
Purchased a 3d printer with upgraded mainboard and glassbed.
Glassbed received, mainboard was claimed by Banggood CS that is already installed in the printer. "Where is my old mainboad?" this is my question?
Goods received on end May 2020 without maindboard, correspond with Banggood CS, and they request (first) photo, then (2nd) video.
After few exchange of mails, Banggood CS claimed waiting for supplier to respond. Complaint written in their website, and email, replied from Banggood "will get back in 5 workings", after 8 days, i wrote again, and promised from Banggood that will reply within 3 workings.
After many 5 or 3 working days, the case seems to die of nature cause.
First and last experience to use Banggood online shopping. Worst of the worst I ever come across. CS can promise after promise for respond. Just imagine your purchase didn't deliver to you? you will be at their mercy.
I take these opportunity to highlight to those did not try Banggood before, do keep a look out for other choice which will not have to the same encounter as me.
There are many choices of online shopping, DO NOT USE Banggood, at your own risk. I used few online shopping which did not have such bad experience.

"Free Shipping" is offered but Banggood still charged.
Despite the ad still showing "Free Shipping" Banggood maintain this does not apply to multiple item purchases - in fact they fought Tooth-n-Nail to deny responsibility. Each action was met with even bigger lies and excuses.
After 45 years in business I have not ever known such unconscionable deception as excuse for their action in charging shipping. Frankly, Banggood will try anything to maximise their profit - no lie too big!

the drone never flew would not connect to satellites also the controller would not communicate with the drone. nothing. I contacted customer service for some resolution and they requested pictures and videos of the problem plus pictures of the packaging labels I guess the PO number wasn't enough. I sent them pictures and vid clips and they continually responded with the exact same instructions over and over. I gave up after about five tries. Not to mention I had to wait over a month for the product to arrive from China. I'm losing good money of this ordeal. I recommend to anyone thinking about making a purchase from this company to NOT DO IT. Find a local or more reputable company to do business with This company (Banggood) should be investigated and banded from operating. They WILL Bang you good.

Ordered a pile of items more than a month ago (4/10/20) from Banggood.com and after repeated attempts at contact, I receive the same nonsense message from their customer service every day!
"Sorry we took your money and didn't ship what you ordered. Can you wait another 2-3 months for us to get that shipped?"

Unfortunately, the order I placed on 23 April from banggood.com, which I got infected for the first and last time, was shipped on 26 April. The cargo from the city of Shenzen reached Hongkong city, 30 km away, in 13 days. I expect an airplane to remain since 9 May, 9 days have passed and continue to pass.in total, they have been able to make 30 km progress for 22 days. I correspond with customer service every day. They pursue a policy of distraction only and only. Friends say they will be delivered to your home in 10-18 business days, it is completely false. Please do not believe, we are on fire, do not burn. Even the products coming to customs have been waiting for 3 weeks. Unfortunately my cargo could not even come to my country, hongkong has been waiting for 22 days. Obviously, is there really cargo or not? I made a mistake and gave luck, I made 3500 TL shopping. I get angry with myself every day for this. Pay attention to the answers from the customer service. Maybe 30 messages have come to me. Is there so many people working in only one department. No unit of 30 messages corresponds to the same person :) They work completely with a logic of fraud. Please do not shop, do not make your spouse friend. They have a ready answer and whatever complaint you write, they return with the same answer. They want a refund, they say wait 70 working days. Well, it was coming in 10-18 business days :) If they told us, we did not send the product we put on the money, or we pretended we sent it, wait, we have no place to apply. They are doing cargo business with a company that does not do a terrible job as Alljoy, I do not reach that company neither mail nor WhatsApp or phone can never reach the national international internet channel that I did not complain about, but they are just kidding there is no answer. Please don't be fooled. Do not give a chance, you will regret it. Shop from abroad, at least if there is a problem, there is a court. There is a consumer arbitration committee. They took the money. What a disappointment!
For a few years I am buying things through the internet like most people.
I tried Aliexpress, Amazon and eBay, I found eBay for me the best choice absolutely user friendly and nearly zero disapointment. Unfortantly I encountered Banggood which was bad experience from the first beginning but I decided to give them a chance, what a big mistake!
On eBay I felt that someone listen and care, I evevn received a few refund to my surprise, A positive feedback is the most important issue.
Banggood on the other hand gave me the feeling they realy don`t care. Last purchas was the last straw, I bought an item that cost only 30 $ and was willing to pay another 28 $ for prompt delivery (what a mistake!) they promised it will arrive between 8 to 12 business days but was only sent after 11 days and now almost a month later I have been asked to pay another 60$ by DHL EXPRESS for some kind of tax!?
Regarding DHL I can only say to S - Y - S (save your soul) and keep away! (Also not the first bad experience)
My advice to you all friends is to keep away from Banggood company and from the delivery company DHL.
