Bank of America and BAC Home Loans is the most criminal banking organization on our planet. Their only goal is to destroy millions of lives not help them like they say on their website. This is misrepresentation and false advertising. Quite honestly, the whole banking system needs to be replaced. Many people are standing up and fighting these monsters:

Just so you know, I did pay my mortgage on time and they kept screwingme over. I guess you work for Satan's bank and therefore scouring the internet in defense of their fraudulent practices. I guess you are ok with the widespread fraud that is being committed by Bank of America. People are fighting in wars and losing their lives for this country but no one is addressing the other war that needs to be initiated against these criminals. Then, where is the justice? Crimes are being committed against the people and I guess your ok with it. You better hope that you don't lose your house too. Maybe not if you work for BofA. They already ate Barbara Desoer's mortgage deficit wthout a problem but are screwing everyone else over. http://blogs.wsj.com/deals/2011/03/10/housing-crisis-bank-of-america-takes-533500-loss-on-execs-home/?blog_id=6&post_id=32614

You are a low life and you are very disrespectful by calling me a ###. I am far from being on. It is so sad that a disgraceful piece of crap like you is in the military. No wonder this country is going to the crapper. I guess anyone can be in the military. You disgust me and I refuse to reason with a idiot. Like I said before, I did pay my mortgage. It's not my fault that money was embezzled from me by a company that I am supposed to trust.

I understand Brenda but if the link I posted would have been read, he/she would have known the accustations. I have certain restrictions and I cannot provide every single detail about my case. I cannot understand how someone can scour the internet looking at negative posts about Bank of America and not be affiliated in some way with them. We are in an economical crisis and the banks are the main reason why. And this person "assumed" that I was a ### and that I did not pay my mortgage. Isn't that also an assumption? So who is the one that made the false assumption?

Update by Isabel1170
Mar 18, 2011 1:12 pm EDT

By the way Stealth, you were the one to make the first assumption and I guess you and Brenda failed to see it. You said and I quote: "Pay your mortgage on time each month and you will have no problems." You were the first one to comment on my complaint and "assumed" that I was having all these problems due to not paying my mortgage. You started the war! I was abused by Bank of America and that is it. They are allowed to do business in this country and they need to abide by the regulations. They continue to rob people that have loans with them and bank with them and they continue to issue illegal foreclosures and even foreclose on homes that they do not own and no one is stopping them. They are destroying everything that this country stands for and as a natural born American Citizen I am going to use my rights to the fullest and protect family. You, on the other hand have posted nasty comments that are uncalled for. If I were you, I would not be bragging about being in the military. I am just a hard working citizen who spent her life savings on a home and has disabled children and I do not use vulgar language against anyone. I guess I was raised right and I expect my children to also treat others with respect.

Stealt, it seems that you really did not read the press release because the word "allege" and "alleged" is all over it. Furthermore, if you are in the military as you say you are, you should be aware of one of the privileges we have in this country: Freedom of Speech. If Bank of America blasts their customers and investors publicly blaming them for the lack of loan modifications (they never said allege) then I can certainly speak the truth and speak my mind in a decent and non-profane way. http://www.propublica.org/article/Bank-of-America-Blames-Investors-for-Lack-loan-mods-its-not-true. http://www.bnet.com/blog/financial-business/bank-of-america-blames-customers-for-hamp-problems/2831. The truth is, I am not here to bicker like you. You have left over 4, 000 comments on this complaint board and it is obvious that you like confrontations. I am not here for confrontations, I am here to educate the public about a company that is not abiding to the rules and regulations of business practices. If anyone breaks the law, they have to pay. That's it. If I would committ only 1% of the crimes that BofA has committed, I would be in jail right now. I do not forge signatures, steal from bank accounts, file false or forged documents through the justice system, embezzle money from escrow accounts, misrepresent services, harrass customers, foreclose on property that doesn't belong to me and so on. That is just a portion of Bank of America's crimes against humanity. We are fighting wars in foreign countries for oil or to destroy terrorists but we fail to fight the financial terrorist right here in our own backyard. What a corrupt system we live in!

Just read Stealth's posts. Just so you know Stealth, my press release DID have the word "allege" written all over it and the "original" was posted on a website the following day that it was created. The only thing I did to that release "after the fact" was make a spelling correction to two words. You obviously did not read my press release the first time as I had stated before. How can you complain about something that you never actually read?

TheLoveFist II, you are obviously not aware with the amount of money that these banks are making on foreclosures. Many people do not. Do not take my word for it, do some research and you will clearly see the truth. All I know is that I can sleep at night because I am not fabricating a web of lies as these banks have (ie Bank of America). The government allowed this system to operate in Wall Street for may years and now the homeowners are the ones who are getting screwed after they all made billions upon billions of dollars. Most mortgage assigments are forged as well. Mine sure is. Again, don't take my word for it. No one should expect a loan modification from Bank of America. It is a trick to make you default and take your home. They make much more money that way. They could care less if you are dying, got an operation, lost your job or any other unexpected inconvenience that might happen in your life. Do not fall for their traps. This is called F-R-A-U-D! They need to be exterminated like a bad roach infestation that has corrupted this country's economy. They are committing "widespread" fraud. When you "lead" millions of people to believe that you are going to help them (with their own tax money of course, i.e. bailout) and even make them miss payments in order to get a loan modification, that is called fraud: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraud.

Bank of America is a Racketeering Enterprise! Please read my article here: http://www.piggybankblog.com/2010/11/16/bofa-racketeering/

Bank of America must be held accountable under RICO for Racketeering. Please sign this petition: http://www.change.org/petitions/the-president-of-the-united-states-hold-bank-of-america-accountable-under-rico-laws

Do whatever you have to do to stop this Mafia from ruining your lives. Get an attorney, join a class-action or even sue them yourself (pro se). We need to stop this Monster called Bank of America before more lives are destroyed. Don't let them STEAL your home, fight back. Bank of America wants you to give up and the statistics show that most of their victims do. Don't be a Bank of America Victim any longer!

We have filed a complaint against Bank of America at the Superior court in Rhode Island as the BAC Home Loans Lp did not give us a reaosn in writing why our mortagage was not eligible for modification. Bank being a public authority, they could only speak through public record as otherwise people wont have a material evidence to object to their decisions. Not only that the Bank of America did not mention the reason why the mortgage was not eligible for modification but also they have not mentioned under what options the mortgage was reviewed under.

I've had my share of problems with Bank of America. The economy has almost killed my husbands sole proprietorship, dropping our income considerably. We've done everything we can to keep our payments to everyone, including Boc up-to-date, and have succeeded. But it has cost us. Our home value went down so much we can't sell it, we've taken out loans to keep us afloat, all with the hope and prayer that the economy would turn around. It hasn't and we're in trouble. I've gone to BoA several times trying to get help under these stimulus packages. Each time, they give me a different reason why I'm not eligible. In some cases, I'm eligible, but there are time factors that shut me out. I've even called back and been told that the original denial was incorrect and I was misinformed, but then, lo' and behold, there was another reason for denial. Over and over again. Now my house is on the market in a short sale. Consequences? 1) I lose the home I planned on living in for the rest of my life; 2) the credit rating I worked so hard to keep will go in the hopper and 3) last but not least, are the tax consequences of a short sale - the bank sends you a 1099 for the difference between what you owed and what they got...and you pay taxes on it as income! Where do I come up with that money? So, no, I don't like Bank of America...they are out for their profits only.

We have been trying to get a retention on our morgage and nothing but lies. They keep requesting one document after another. It's been going on since Dec. they want to send to another agency. Lie, after lie. Depending on the rep you're speaking with they have your documents...then they dont. Then they do. Disgusting operation. Good thing they had a bail out. Guess they'll ask for another the way they run the banks.

Comptroller of the Currency Administrator of National Banks Customer Assistance Group 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 3450 Houston, Texas [protected]. This is who you need to contact because something needs to be done to help homeowners because Bank of America is ruining a lot of families and taking homes from individuals and families with them claiming non payments or they cant find payments, etc. I am finally in touch with the Comptroller because if they dont help me I am filing a legal lawsuit against Bank of America for what they are doing to me.

The whole banking industry and Wall Street are a scam. The legitimate players are by far the minority.

Example number 1. Banks lure uneducated consumers with zero percent credit card offers and then slap them with high interest rates on balances that they cannot afford.

Example number 2. Banks lure uneducated consumers with favorable zero down mortage offers and then slap them with high interest rates on mortgage balances that they cannot afford and fraudulent foreclosures.

Example number 3. Banks lure uneducated consumers into buying IPOs of junk companies; hype these companies with the help of the media; then the stock of the IPO companies tank and bank pocket the profits at the expense of the consumers.

Example number 4. Bank analysts hype companies like Enron.

And the list goes on and on. In the meantime Bill Clinton and George Bush's Securities and Exchange Commission, Treasury, and FDIC were "asleep" while Bernie Madoff and Enron were stealing from the retirement of millions of Americans and BoA and JP Morgan and other banks were (are?) taking advantage of consumers through credit card and mortgages.

Bank of America has dropped the ball on our mortgage re modification loan. We have been dealing with BOA for over 2 years trying to get this worked out. As soon as we thought everything was going through, it would come to a halt. They would state that we forgot to send something in, they never received something, they tried calling us. All lies. As of late we have been dealing with David Orr [protected] ext 242747. Everyday we would call. Each time he was "working" on it. He would explain that he was waiting for underwriting. The sale date was postponed from Sept 7 to Sept 12. During those 5 days David Orr said he didnt have the information and would call us. He never did call, not one time. By the time we talk to him on the 12th he said that it had gone through underwriting and now it needed to go through the modification dept. Oh, but wait.. He forgot to postpone the sale date. WHOOPS.. What kind of racket are they running over there. They are trying to resend the sale. We have retained an attorney. Be very careful with this company. They are either, under trained or very sneaky. Time will figure this out. Please email me if you have any info greshampaving@yahoo.com

Oh they are trained. Trained to be greedy liars. With the housing market being what it is today, they can have the house. I am through dealing with them. And BTW - if anyone out there also has a Band of America checking account - close it. Otherwiswe you will slowly see money disappearing and not know where it goes. They will tell you that money cannot "just disappear without showing up on ledger - this is so not true. Despite what they tell you, money can be withdrawn without your knowledge and/or approval (not legal, but it can be done). They will also tell you that banks and mortgage companies are different investors. Not true either. When I looked up my checking account suddenly I saw taht the mortagge information was there to. Now if these were separate investors how could that happen? It couldn't.

Bank of America to eliminate 30, 000 jobs

http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/money/2011/09/12/bank-america-to-eliminate-30000-jobs/

"2008 purchase of mortgage lender Countrywide Financial, "

hahaha well countrywide BANKrupt. So one bank gets over another one and blames the home owners people. Very funny.

"$5 billion in annual cost reductions by 2014 and the elimination of 30, 000 positions."

So 30000 people get paid 5 billions? lets do the math 16.666.66...7 per yr for a employe. $1344 a month.

Yeah I can see that, banks run out of money that they print.

Over two years ago Bank of America took six more payments then but will not credit us for the six payments and then foreclosed on us. I went to state representatives and no help from them went to Congress no help from them have written the White House no help from them who do we turn to when the banks turn on us. How many people must lose their homes in United States before Congress wakes up and sees what's happening I know Congress wants the money from the banks but if there's no place for these people live there's no place for people to vote. Please United States of America look at Bank of America all banks and see what they're doing to people

Bank of America is also cheating you on the Balance transfers. They offer free interest until a certain date but then turn around and charge daily interest on the amount you revolve monthly, even though you pay off you pay off your monthly purchases and add additional for the balance transfer. What is worse then do not disclose that to you nor can they provide a document that states daily interest will be charged...STAY AWAYFROM THIS BANKING INSTITUTION...

Bank of America in Chicago, IL. Have committed a fraud in my mortgage and now trying to sell my home. First of all they paid on taxes paid already - then refused to accept mortgage payments late- They have a Judge that work with them. They are attackers of CPS teachers now taking homes. The politicians in Chicago know that this is happenings and allow them to continue. Frauds on Mortgages where owners of homes were never late-Forced late payments by not accepting or posting payments- and returning payments-ghost transfer to someone who can not accept your payments.

Bank of America has the worst customer service of any business / bank I have ever dealt with. Account was compromised & BOA caught it but then decided to not only close my account but they would not open another account for me. I was a signer on my mom's account so they decided to close her account too even though her account was not compromised. They did not notify my parents that their account was being closed. They said they had the right to close any account at any time and were only required to send a notice out through regular mail. So for 10 days her some of her transactions went through and some were rejected despite having plenty of money in the bank. They could not explain why some transactions went through and others rejected. Good thing there was plenty of money in the account but aggravating that the account was closed without the primary account holder being notified until well after it happened. Customer Service, Fraud, & Risk department were all horrible and could never answer any questions. Plus once they started closing her account for whatever reason they put all funds on hold for 48 hrs. How a business can hold money that belongs to an individual for 48 hrs is something I can't understand. How they can randomly decide to pay some transactions & not others is just crazy and no on can give you an answer. Horrible customer service!

After hiring a lawyer to secure our home modification, after we failed trying to work with BofA on our own, we where able to save our home and avoid our home being sold on the court house steps 3 minutes before the 10am auction time. We did everything BofA asked us to, notorized with a cashiers check for the September payment with our next due in October and sent back the signed agreement by their deadline. We had been making our payments as scheduled, on December 31 we recieve via Fedex a packet with a home modification proposal, I call BofA and ask questions they say there was an error on the first offer we signed, of course we where not notified nor was the lawyer that there was an error, I asked what the error was they said because you cant have more than 2 interest rates, well the proposal that showed up on December 31 had the exact same amount of interest rates as the one we agreed to and signed the main difference we can see is that BofA changed the interest rate at year 8 for 243 payments from 4.375% to 5.000% doing the math this will cost us allot of money for the majority of the loan, not too mention that we have recieved no crediit for the payments we had sent in, and also added on more to the principle than the modification we signed and agreed to. The lawyer we hired is now worthless because they have done nothing to try and resolve this.

In June 2008 my husband loss his job in New Jersey and we live in Phialdelphia. I paid everymonth my mortgage until October 2009 when I knew it was to hard and I could qualify for a modification, especially HAMP since I have been eligible. I contacted them right away and was told to fax my documents and I would qualify . My mortgage payment was 819 and we received 1700 month. I have a family of five. I faxed what they told me and never heard anything so in December I went online to check out my account and it stated I was denied. I called BOA to ask why I wasnt notified and they said they didnt have to. So in January 2010 I started seeing a counsleor at the Dickson House [protected] rebecca Swanger to help me. We called them and received a fedex package requesting the same documents I faxed. On February 5, they sent me a letter stating they received all of my documents and will review them. never heard anything. Recieved another package, sent in same documents, never heard from them. I made several calls with rebecca where each time they said i qualified and they would send me out packages. (By the way we sent 6 authorizations stating I could talk on my husbands behalf and they never had anything) In April we finally talked to a Margurite( I am going to dickens house on Monday to get my whole file, it has the dates we called, people we talked to and the result) We were told a Devon in the excalation department would take care of us and he will be the only one, I was so excited it was like finally well he called one time in May then finally and ironically he called in July(6 mos after) but at that moment my husbands unemplyment stopped but my husband was approved SSD which we would get an award letter . Devon said once I get that send it in and they will approve it( why didnt they approve it all those months and they never told me why not, never) but August 31 I recd a fedex from them stating I didnt qulaify for the HAMP because of missing documents. So I contacted Darlene at the HOPE Hotline . We were on the phone with them for 3 hours and she has all the notes. We were never told why I didnt qualify even though she told them they were in violation because with my financials I should qualify. So we finally got in touch with a Christopher Boyd who said he will be our negotiatior and the final one and said I could fax him the documents which I did Sept 16 I called him Sept 17 and left message he called back and said he received everything and I was good . Now I just received another fedex requesting the same info and so I called HOPE hotline again and we spoke to an Anita who said I was denied becuase of missing documentation, she said I didnt qualify ( Darlene told me they can not deny me becuase of that) then tonight a member of the HOPE team from BOA called me to see if I got thier package. I said I was on the phone with thier modificaition team today for 2 hours. What is going on. We receive about now 1150 mo plus 600 food stamps. My Mortgage is above %31 but why wont they give me a trial period Please Please help. They are in severe violation See my house is nice and I have equity in The one negotiatior told me that the HAMP Program is for the people whose house is not market value the ones who caused this mess to begin with PLs I just want a Hamp and make sure my house is safe.

Also today Anita was talking about recently she had no answer when I asked why I was never qualkified since November when I have been trying.

Bank of America is the worst, they would not refi me but said I qualify for a modification. That was back in Oct. of 2009 by Fed. 2010 they approved trail payments. They send Fed Ex packages sometime twice a month for the same financial info over and over. The one time I did't send a package back was because the Hope team in early July said "your loan is under review" so you don't need to send us any further info. You should hear an outcome soon. Well I get a forclosure notice today nice hah!

Yeah BOA thanks for hiring all these 3rd parties and thank them for us homeowners for not doing there job that we are paying them for and thanks to the government for giving Bank of America all this money on our behalf because I'm not sure what they are doing with it but it's not coming back to us.

So the only thing I can do is go look for a personal loan to bring the account current and pray when I can refi out of Bank of America they don't but my loan back!

What the heck is up with this banking system!

I have 3 credit card accounts with B of A, called in this morning to ask a simple question about interest fees on 1 account, the only account with a balance. Jennifer ask a bunch of questions, example: On your drivers license are you 5'6, 5'9, 6', or 6'9, I answered none of these, then other questions about where I lived 36 years ago, again I gave her the correct address, well her answer was I failed, so she would not give me the information needed. So, I asked to speak with supervisor Jessica, same lack of common sense from her, would not tell me simple answer about interest fees, at this point I'm upset because I have been on phone for 40 minutes. I hung up, and called right back and got great customer service rep Tella in Scranton PA, after 2 minutes I got my answer, Tella was professional, effective, and had common sense, as well as intelligence.
