Dear br team, today we had visited your br outlet aath rasta laxmi nagar nagpur location. Time 12 - 12:30. I had visited along with my family and the the bill which was told me is rs. 273. Only one staff was available during that time. When I ask for cash invoice he said due to some it issue he can't give me the bill. When I said, "then being a customer how should I know what was the amount you charged me?" he again done some work in system and said your total amount was rs. 278 and you will have to pay 5 rs. More. He had shown me in system. Now my question is, being a customer I am having rights to get my cash invoice, then why didn't you pay at outlet? When I had asked if you are having some system error please give me manual bill and he was ready to give me manual bill but on one piece of paper "is I was not standing under the roof of street side shop?". This is the way "br" will issues bills? Either your staff was doing manipulation / unfair-means because if he can show me bill on system but why can't he print the same? If genuinely you have system issues let update costumes during conversation and tell customer if you want to speak with my superior you can speak.in store please mention contact number / mail id in case customer is having any concern.
