unprofessional behavior/ harassment
On 10/14/2017 at approximately 1630, I was just entering the bath and body works store at Prices corner in Wilmington, DE when I noticed the manager Jamie leaving for the night. I know OF her because I had a previous incident similar to the one I am about to explain. Anyway, we saw each other and immediately she got an attitude and decided not to leave and started to follow me while struggling to get her phone out. At the same time another employee had just come to the front and I looked at Jamie (the supposed manager) and was just like "really" "are you serious" She started talking very loudly with my friends and other people all around and said "I'm calling the police!" "You know you are not supposed to be in here!" I asked what the heck she was talking about and I also said Ive never been arrested here, nor have I ever stolen anything so I am not sure what your problem is! She just gestured to her phone saying "oh I am on the phone with the polive" "you'll learn now" I seriously do not understand this girls problem. This marks the second time I have left the store in tears and completely embarrassed. When I called the store back about 25 minutes later, Josie answered and said she agreed that Jamie was wrong for doing what she did, but she doesn't have time to "deal with me" because she "has a busy store to run." I am so upset, I have knots in my stomach, I am thoroughly embarrassed and mortified that she acted like that in front of so many people! Please tell me what options do I have for resolving this matter because I will not just disappear quietly. If she treated me this way and so easily, then I am pretty sure I am not alone!

Deer customer service support my name is Ana Crespo I had been a loyal customer online and in the store I had always had the Graeter's experience with your products I love them but today I had a horrible experience with a cashier in one of your stores she broke a bottle of lotion and their glass Splash my eyes, all I hear from her was go get another one with a very condescending tone, I was shocked but there were people on the line, so I went to get it I was really disappointed, my I did ask to speak to the manager but I was too upset to talk I was about to cry cuz I was in pain and I feel frustrated, I hope you can help me in contact me cuz she physically her me and emotionally I know you had the most great customer service and you proud of it cuz, I had been in there many times and I had the greatest service before but today it was disappointed.
aromatherapy sleep pillow mist
Hi! Sleep pillow mist was a product I frequently bought along with all of the other products of this line. I am very upset about the change of scent and wish it could go back to the old scent. The new scent does not smell anything like it. I use it every night before I go to sleep and I knock right out. The new scent does not have the same effect and I've been losing sleep! Please bring the old scent back all of my friends and family I have referred to this product line have agreed and stopped purchasing the new one.

Hello! So I visited the bath and body works store in Kingston Ontario, Canada; in the Cataraqui Town Centre mall earlier today.
I would like to submit a complaint about two ladies who are working there. I believe one of them is a manager.
My experience:
I walked in to the store, and picked out a candle that I liked, I went over to the body sprays, and took the cap off to smell it. I've had this body spray before, and just wanted to make sure I still liked it before I bought it. Anyway, a lady came up to me and said very rudely "uh yeah, you can't smell those, you're not allowed. They're not testers. They smell exactly like the candle version." So I said "oh okay sorry." And just continued looking on that display, she continued to kind of just stand there and stare at me, and it made me uncomfortable so I just kind of walked away, and decided to pay for my candle I already picked out, so I waited in line and the same lady came up to me with a candle version of the spray that I was smelling, and said "do you not wanna smell this?" Very very rudely and full of attitude, and I felt awkward so I said "no I'm okay thank you." And she rolled her eyes and sighed very loudly and stormed off. When I got up to the cash, the girl working the cash basically lost it on me, saying I can't be smelling things because you're not allowed, because of the kind of spray it was. (I didn't know this so I just apologized) I continued to say that I wanted to speak to a manager because the lady I was talking to at first was extremely rude to me, and the girl at the cash was like "actually no. She's right, you're not, you can't smell those, deal with It" and at this point I had already paid for my candle so I just said "okay, I'll take my bag now thank you, have a good day" and she gave me a massive eye roll and said "yup you tooooooo" very full of attitude in front of maybe 10 other customers. This whole experience was very awkward and embarrassing. This is my favourite store, and the only one in my area, and I honestly don't think I will be visiting there again, and a lot of my friends are agreeing with me and no longer want to go there either.

A month ago to be exact I wrote a email informing company that my instore expiernce was absolutely horrible . The cashier and manager at the time had a lot of additude towards me when I asked about a price check on clearance and even worse when I questions about sprays . Customer service said they we send me a gift card of $20 for my unconvince. I not once have received anything .
candles/promotion
Hi I went into the bath and body works store at Lloyd center because I got an email for the promotion of 11.95$ winter candles on 10/10/17 which was the date of the promotion. I picked out all the candles I wanted and went up to the counter to show the man working the promotion on my email like it said to and the guy told me that the promotion ended the previous weekend and didn't let me use it. So I paid full price for my candles even though I had the promotion email. I'm kind of upset because I couldn't gotten two more candles for the prices that I paid and you would think the employees would know what promotions are going on. I was hoping to get an in store gift cerfificate for two free candles to make up for the price that I paid since it was the employees mistake.
body sprays and lotions
What happened to the so loved original pumpkin scent, the new ones for 2017 do not have a good smell. I was disappointed in the amount to choose from. I ended up buying the Apple of my Eye spray and lotion, and I was not pleased with that, the smell does not stay on. The scents are getting weak. I always loved this store, among other people, but it's not worth the money right now. They need to get old stronger scents back.
lack of products
I have been shopping at bath and body works for many years and i always look forward to the fall scents that come out and there all really none available this year. I am really disappointed in the lack of fall scented products and the fact that in the beginning of October the company is already advertising for Christmas scents. I really wish there would be more available fall scents in all of the products.
retired scents
Hi. I have been a customer of your company for well over 20 years. I have to say that the only complaint that I have is that every time I find a scent that I fall in love with you retire them out. The most recent scents are Endless Weekend, Cabana Breeze and Bali Blue Surf. Is there anyway you can make these scents available online or something? Unfortunately I'm not liking any of the scents that are currently out.

aromatherapy line
I have been shopping at bath and body works for an extremely long time, and just recently is when I became highly disappointed with the store. I know it may sound silly but jasmine vanilla is the greatest scent that has ever come out of that store or anywhere and now it's gone. Also, cashmere glow is gone. What in the world is going on? I am really unhappy with the store right now and honestly don't see myself going back anytime soon. My roommate also feels the same way. I hope Honolulu sun is going to come back next summer at least, but more than anything I want jasmine vanilla back...just a bottle or 2 on Amazon or eBay is $100 up.😒
cache valley mall experience
As I was shopping in the Cache Valley Mall in Logan, UT, I was extremely upset by how I witnessed the store manager and another associate treating the one other employee. They were completely belittling her in a very unprofessional and humiliating manner. It was very inappropriate and made me uncomfortable as a customer. It made for an uncomfortable feeling in the store and I felt just awful for the girl who was being treated so badly. The manager needs to be put in line, it's never ok to treat people as badly as she was treated. It also makes loyal customers like not want to come back.

I shopped in Bath and Body works yesterday. I frequently shop there, and spend a considerable amount of money in the shop for teachers, friends, etc. When I got up to the cashier, I asked if there were any promotions or coupons available and she said no, only online. I paid for my $50 worth of goods, and she told me she put coupons in the bag for next time. When I got home the coupons included a $10 off coupon if you spend over $30, which I had. I wrote to customer service and got a response from Lori D, a Customer Relations Representative telling me that the coupon was intended for my next purchase, not this one. So, I went back and looked at the coupon and it says in large block letters USE NOW! It would be helpful if the supposed customer service representatives were familiar with their own store's coupons. This very negative experience had made me vow never to use Bath and Body Works again. There are plenty of other stores that sell similar products, but I do intend to write to the CEO because it's not the money, it's the rudeness and the lack of customer care that is really unbelievable...

I went in store and made a purchase. Cashier gave me a coupon and told me that I could use today with my purchase . It was a coupon for any item under $13.50 free. Told me he would honor coupon today. It took me a while to find exactly what I wanted because I love everything ! By the time I got back to register, different cashier said he told me wrong and she would not honor what he said. Said she was manager and he told me wrong . Said he was new . That is so wrong. What happened to good customer service?
wallflower plug ins
I recently visited your stores in Las Vegas with my friends from Scotland 14/09/17.
We spent a lot of money between us in your store.
I personally bought 4 wallflower plug in nightlights the dearest being about $15 and also 12 refills, all as gifts for friends and family. Amongst other items!
My friends also purchased several of these.
We spent a long time in the store and spoke at length to the store assistants who were well aware that we were visiting from Scotland and planning on taking these products home

We asked about adapters for the plugs and at no point did anyone point out that the wallflowers wouldn't work in Scotland as they were the wrong voltage!
They not only didn't work they burnt out altogether after about five
Minutes!
I am highly disappointed with your service and as far as I am concerned quite underhand way of selling products to your overseas customers!
I certainly won't be visiting your store again next time I'm in the states and won't be encouraging my friends/family to do so either!

hand soaps
I received a package of 6 hand soaps I had ordered today. I was disappointed to open it and see that one of the bottles wasn't sealed properly and had leaked out all over the box and other products. About 1/4 of the bottle had leaked out so I was left with a soapy mess on everything else to clean up as well as one of my bottles not being full. I usually wait u tim I'm close to a store to shop in store but was excited to just order online so I could receive the soaps for home and my business before I would be close to a store again.;(

Hello, my name is Kya. I placed a order on thursday and was told my items should be delivered yesterday. Well I gave it another day to see if maybe it was late but my package still hasnt arrived. removal of products
I have shopped at your stores for years and spent a lot of money on your products. Within the last year I have almost completely stopped shopping at your stores bc every time I find a scent I love, y'all get rid of it. I loved the fall scent Plum Moscato and Almond and the Black Raspberry vanilla mists. No where to be found. It's ridiculous. These new scents are no where near as good as most of your old scents.

No wonder why everyone likes their products. They smell like heaven.
But did you ever think what their products are made of? What exactly they use to make the stuff smell so good? Why the prices so low sometimes? What they use is unhealthy for your skin, your body. Their products have no right to be called natural because it's not true.
Please, don't use them, don't make your skin feel worse. Yet, it will smell perfectly well, but nothing else. You better spend more on really natural beauty products or make them by yourself. It will be more useful and you'll stay healthy.
wallflower liquid
I purchased 2 wallflower plug in yesterday at the spartanburg sc location. I came home and laid the product on my kitchen table, n thinking anything about I left to continue m day. When When return home i noticed liquid all over my table, my $2, 500 farm table! The top was not secured and the bottle and pilled the stain off of my table! There is no type of warning label that states it damage furniture! I am so angry what is a thi product to cause it to make that much damage. And the worst part that it was open!
