over night shipment
Now I know with all the storms things can get backed up but when I order over night shipment and it's coming from Kentucky I think something is up!. I order a shipment of hand sanitizer lotion and a holder for the hand sanitizer on Friday and I paid for the over night so it be here Saturday not monday!. If my order is coming Monday then it's not overnight and I want my money back for that charge
refrigerant refill
I got this refregrance refill and I opened it in my car because my kids want to smell it and the surprise happened; it is spelled in my cup holder on tissue paper which was there. It destroys the tissue paper and made it stuck to the plastic. At the beginning, I thought it just need some water to clean it but, I found out that the cup holder was destroyed, eaten by this refregrance leaving my new car look horrible.
I need your company to fix my new car because it is your company's fault to sell these chemicals. It can destroy our respiratory system given it destroyed plastic.

an additional product promised to me but never sent to me
On or about 8/6/17 I ordered on-line. There was a special on a body cream I wanted, buy 2 get 1 free. I made a mistake and put 2 items in the order instead of 3. Anyway, I called the next day I believe and a customer service representative said she would send the 3rd body cream out to me. I've never received it and would like it please. My order number was #3633827. Two items were Champagne apple & honey body cream. I was charged $27.91. Please send the 3rd to me. Thank you. Barbara Szymanski

I shop at the store in Victorville, and 1.5 months ago I spent $150 and used a 10 of 30 coupon. The next day they had a 20% off coupon so I took my items and receipt to the store to return and rebuy them and a manager told me that "you bought the items yesterday, you pay yesterdays prices" and turned me away. A few days later they advertised on their website that their bath bombs were $3.50 or something so I went and brought a bunch to the register and was told that even though its advertised on the website, you have to have the email. I've signed up for their emails like 100 times and I never get them. They said they'd "make an exception" and the cashier got her own personal cell phone and scanned it for each bath bomb, sighing and acting like her phone weighed like 50 lbs for each scan. Then today they're advertising on their website $2.95 room sprays. I again went to buy a bunch and the cashier was like "you don't have the email they're $6 each!" I explained that I've requested their emails and that I don't get them and she wouldn't budge. I find this all very ridiculous. If there is a banner online that says "IN STORES NOW $2.95 ROOM SPRAYS" then they should honor that pricing as it doesn't say that you have to have a matching email. They act like I'm trying to steal from them or bend their policy in some way.

I have been a faithful shopper since the Hamilton Ontario Limeridge Mall store opened many years ago. Never had any issues love all your products and enjoy them thoroughly. I frequent the same Bath and Body works semimonthly and share sale information with family friends.
Most recently I experienced back to back terrible customer services experiences and I thought I would share this as I was very disappointed in the customer service I experienced to the point that I am questioning my next visit if ever at all.
I recently attended the sale three candles for $12.50 CAN with 30% off fabulous deal and of course I was certainly not going to miss it. I purchased 6 candles and 6 hand sanitizer and 6 soaps. Unfortunately while having lunch in the food court my Bath and Body Works bags were left unattended and were taken. I contacted security no one turned in the the bags but was advised to visit the store of the purchase perhaps someone returned it. When I arrived at the Bath and Body works store I was treated as though I wanted my entire purchase re given to me which obviously I did not it was not the responsibility of Bath and Body Works but my own I merely asked if anyone returned the items of great value to me I had lost in the food court. To which the sales associate responded "no one would return free candles and sorry about your luck" as she smiled as though it was a funny scenario. I left very upset. No one asked for my contact information in case it was returned nor did anyone care they simply thought it was preposterous that anyone would return something that was of that value.
Secondly I returned to the store with two wall plugins that spontaneous started to leak oil from the bottom which for one is a safety hazard and secondly the oil damaged the paint. I went into the store and spoke with a sales associate who asked me if I had the plug in installed upside down? She then advised that hers at home do the same thing because when they get old that's what they do, leak oil. She basically advised me to get new one. I think that if I purchased them knowing they had a two year life span before ruining my walls with oil and potentially causing a fire I would never have purchased them to begin with. At this point my faith in bath and body works was at the end I trashed the plug ins in the garbage and told myself it would a very long time if ever to return.
I fell that it is important for you to know this; my experiences were not pleasant and quite disappointing and rude.
Poor customer service. They should let you know to replace them after 2 years.
sale candles, item's.
Hello, I am a regular customer online, in your store's. I spend alot of money with your company. I'm constantly getting sale e-mails, etc... and I find it very wierd and not professional, and makes me upset. That you guys will have a sale on item's for like a day or 2. I go in more then one store. I try to order online and I put in my cart. And I go to check out and it's saying the item's are no longer available. Why would they be online to order If there actually not available. So now I'm not gonna be able to order those item's and miss the sale price. 😑 Angry Customer.

Good afternoon, today I visited the white oaks mall location. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with how I was treated today by the cashier, her name was Jessica. I was at Bath and Body works with my mom, she loves the wall flowers and I was excited with the deals to try them I have used the car scents many of the soaps and have a lot of the lotions. We stock everything in our house with mainly bath and body works items. I had picked out the wall flowers I was going to buy and we got up to the counter to pay. My mom had received an email about the $10 off when you spend $30 I was looking for it in my emails but for some reason I don’t always receive the emails I only get some. So I said to my mom well Ill just use yours. The cashier turned and said that was not aloud and I needed to find it with my email attached. I explained to her and showed her that I do receive the emails but for some reason I don’t always get them all. She told me to check my spam folder and if I couldn’t find it there was nothing she could do about it. It was very frustrating and I ended up leaving the wall flower refills there as I was upset on how she handled it especially since I have signed up for the emails but this one didn’t come through. My mom had the barcode and the email up as she used it for the order I do not understand what the problem was in using her email for me as well. My mom could have very easily just went through again with my things. As I said I SHOULD HAVE got the email but for some reason I don’t seem to get all of them. It is unfortunate that I was not able to have the opportunity to try this as I wanted to try them when they were on for such an excellent deal.

soap sleeve
I have been a faithful customer of Bath and Body Works for over 10 years. I LOVE this store! I LOVE their customer satisfaction guarantee! HOWEVER, this is a LIMITED guarantee. I have purchased 3 years in a row a sleeve for my soap; please note these sleeves range from $7.50-$10.50. I have never quite understood why they keep making them in steel; however, it keeps rusting. This is ironic because it is a soap holder and if it's rusted then it is anti-hygienic. I went to exchange my holder and the cashier advised that they can NO LONGER exchange my item and I am quite disappointed in such a "trendy" company that they have not re-vamped the STEEL sleeves to perhaps silicone. I would never recommend anyone purchase these items and I further will not be purchasing anymore items for this store in reservation that they do not honor the "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE".
I agree, and not only that, they keep changing the soap holder sizes so the old sleeves no longer fit! I buy the taller bottles of liquid soap (exfoliating or nourishing), and the only holders they sell fit the gentle foaming soaps, which are shorter and wider. I am really disgusted with this practice!
I looked this up as my holder is completely rusted and was going to go to store to return it. I'm very annoyed as I splurged on this as it was over $12
3 wick candle
I was lighting my Island Margarita and Lemon Mind Leaf 3 wick candles and the wicks started popping and spraying flames. This has happened before with your candels but, not to this degree. Not only did it ruin the candals but, it also burned my hand and got all over my table. This is unacceptable. It's a serious safety hazard and needs to be fixed. If I had been lighting it anywhere near something more flammable it would've caught fire. I'd like to know what is being done to resolve this issue and I'd like a gift card to replace the candels.

The plug in to your insense is black all around it it shorted out and could of caught my home on fire never again will I buy one of these that's scary would like a gift card to buy something else besides these I bought 5 of these things for my home... you really need to take a look into these before it does burn down someone's home and you get sued if this could of went bad and I have children it makes me mad thinking about it please pull these and fix your problems I myself will never buy another
staining caused by your product pocketbac beach breeze
I purchased a PocketBac antibacterial hand gel in Beach Breeze Mermazing.
I also purchased a clip on accessory to attach it to my purse. My purse is a genuine Kate Spade expensive purse and I have a matching wallet.
I did attach it to my purse and I was vigilante at making certain the hand sanitizer was snapped closer after using it!
I am extremely upset as the lid on the hand sanitizer came open at one point and the BLUE hand sanitizer got on my purse as well as on one of my cream colored leather car seats on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. My purse and car seat are permanently stained by your product! I have tried several ways to remove the stains without damaging my purse and seat further to no avail! Why you felt the need to add color to the hand sanitizer that would stain is beyond understanding! I have been a customer to Bath & Body Works/White Barn Candle for many years purchasing many candles and other products. This is the first bad negative experience I've had but it is a seriously negative experience in that personal things have been damaged due to your product.
I paid $350 for my skate Spade purse and another $80 for the matching wallet. Not to mention the stains on the seat of my $42, 000 vehicle.
I am requesting some type of compensation for this damage! I have pictures of the damage to prove it as well as many witnesses to the damage. I am waiting on a response from you.
body spray holder
I left this in the car while shopping and all the glue started to melt and the gems all slid down and started falling off. When I took it out of the bag, glue was literally melting to my fingers. It didn't burn my skin but was hard to get off. Maybe these should come with some kind of warning or be made better. These are not cheap and it is ruined before I got to use it.

wallflowers
I am so disappointed for a couple of reasons. I love BBW, and spend so/too much much money there on wallflowers and candles (at least $100 per visit/at least twice a month). My issue is I don't get coupons like I see others in line have. I am asked my email address each and every time I'm at register and I receive nothing. I try retailmenot app, but there never is a signal in the store. My other issue is, which I've written in before about, is WHY isn't there an imprint on bottle or a small sticker on the bottom of wallflower naming the scent. Once that little name tag comes off, I have NO CLUE what that heavenly smell is. When I go back into the store looking for it, I can't remember or know name. It would be really helpful to have name ON bottle.
A desirable resolution that would make me smile is complimentary Rose Water and Ivy 3-wick candle(s) and wallflowers... ABSOLUTELY LOVE that scent :-), but it (wallflower) is not in any stores and not in stock online.

I have shopped at Bath/Body for at least 15 years and am happy with their products. I shop with my best friend. She always has coupons she receives in the mail. Her average ticket is $30. I however spend anywhere from $50 to $176. Bath/Body has send me only one set of coupons this year but have sent my friend coupons every 2 weeks. Just wondering why B/B is discriminating against me and why this has been going on for so long? I am a professional who has money to spend. I don't appreciate the way I'm treated and demand an answer immediately. If you cannot treat me equitably, then I won't shop with you any more. If you treat others this way, it won't be long until you're out of business. Send me coupons regularly or goodbye Bath and Body.

When I came into the store I was greeted by a sweet young lady who offered to help me and gave me a short list of sales that were currently going on. I had a return with something I had previously received as a gift, the scent gave me a headache and wanted to return it for something I would like. Something more mild. Manager was very rude and condescending! He acted like he was too busy to help the cashier with the return as she stated she was new and still learning, he spoke down to me and then scolded the young cashier for not getting my phone number and email, as I told here I was not comfortable giving them out. A personal preference of mine. I felt terrible for the cashier. She looked like she wanted to cry. He scolded her in front of a line full of people and it was highly unprofessional. On the way out I got his name, Matt. I was appalled by his behavior and shocked he was in fact a manager. I will never return to the Albertville, MN Outlets ever again! Horrible experience and would never subject myself to being treated so poorly again! Furious!

I was recently shopping in your store in the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester, NH and had a very bad experience. I had a question about a sale coupon that needed to be answered by the store manager Angela Turmel. Although the employee was very helpful and professional; Ms. Turmel had a confrontational attitude and was very unprofessional. She spoke down to myself and my sister and was also very rude to the associate that helped us. She clearly cannot handle her position professionally as she was barking orders to her associates as well. I'm writing to apprise you of this woman's actions because I have always had a good experience at your store, but my sister and I will NEVER go back here because of the way she acted to us AND to her employees. You need to retrain this woman or get rid of her; she makes Bath &Body Works look bad!

The employee at this store that rung me up was not friendly. When I took my purchase up to the register and sat it down, the cashier asked if I was ready, I said yes, then saw something else I wanted to look at, that I'd be ready in a minute, she then gave an attitude like I was bothering her. I bought shower gels that were 75% off, I added up my total (as I always do at any store) and it should have came to approx. $15, cashier told me my total was approx. $23. I asked if everything rung up the right price because my estimate was not that high, she said yes, without even looking at anything, I said well, it shouldn't have been that much, then I'll have to put some back because I did not come up with that much, only then did she look at the receipt and say, "Oh, wait, there's something else on there." She then came up with the total I did, a little over $15. So I'm wondering, had I not said something, if I didn't total my purchase myself, if I would have been charged for that "something else that was on my total", and not even know until I got home, that I was over charged, and would have had to make another trip to the store, then I'm guessing it would have just been my word against hers, that that something else was not in my bag, but on the receipt. product availability, product price & quality
Bought a lotion during the holidays that was very popular but stores kept running out of it. Doesn't make sense when you have a product everyone likes & the stores don't replenish it but you keep trying to sell that awful Twilight Woods, Japanese Cherry Blossom & Thousand Wishes. It's overkill & isn't moving half as fast as the Frosted Coconut Snowball scent I fell in love with... Along with many other people. Alot of the scents have a very weak fragrance & are starting to all smell the same. Rose smelling scents smell like funeral flowers. There are very few scents I enjoy in this store anymore. Packaging changes but that's all. Miss the slippers & robes though. I also don't like the fact that you keep changing the hand sanitizer sizes & have to keep buying new holders to accommodate the new SMALLER size! Why did you get rid of the lotion holders for the key rings? They were so convenient & kept you from digging in your purse. Lastly, the prices are ridiculous. Plain & simple. The $10 off of $40 even more ridiculous. What a ripoff. I really used to enjoy shopping @ this store but now it's just disappointing. Same ol' crap, different bottle. My visits are limited due to the fact, nothing changes. Will go back to buying drug store lotion.
