Bath & Body Works Direct car air freshener

I have always loved Bath and Body products and use them all the time.The car fresheners have always been a favorite of mine. The fragrance lasts a long time and they are easy to use. But, last week we purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee automobile. I was anxious to put a new freshener in the car. I put a new refill into its carrier , and clipped it on the visor. When I got in the car a few hours later, I noticed a liquid drop about the size of a dime on the leather seat right below the freshener. I wiped it off as best I could, but it appears to have eaten the leather and discolored it a bit. The car dealer tried to clean it ,but you can still see it and feel the roughness.I am very disappointed in this disaster. We puchased the car on October 6,2022 and it happened the same day. What, if anything can you do to correct this. Thank You

Bath & Body Works Direct 3 wick candles

I spend hundreds possibly thousands on 3 wick candles each year ! Out or say 10 candles maybe 5 burn correctly . Now I can’t return a candle unless is 75 percent left ! I guess customers should pay $26.95 plus tax per candle and throw them out half burnt . I was at the limeridge mall location and this is what I was told “customers take advantage “ ! Well make a better product and it would not be an issue ! Done buying your products as I’m sure are many others with the NEW policy on candle returns !

Desired outcome: Take your candles back that only burn half way !!! Tiny flame on the wick so you can’t even smell them! Or refund me for the 3 candles I tried to refine today !

Bath & Body Works Direct Shop shut

I was visiting and have 3 rewards vouchers to use up then we had storm Ian the local store posner park was shut for 3 days all other stores open I then had to come home so unable to use voucher, I have a friend in USA I would like her to redeem my vouchers as it seems unfair as I drove to store 3 times and I am going to lose over $50 in rewards including birthday voucher.

Desired outcome: To be able to have my reward vouchers redeemed

Bath & Body Works Direct candle

Placed an online order for 4 candles and receive the 5th candle for free with the pro mo code because I spent over $50. went to the store which is located at 2922 Watson Blvd.in Warner Robins,ga and representative stated that she could not honor the fifth candle because it was not showing in my basket . I stated to her that it was. before I checked out . and was told I would have to take it up with higher management . I was very displeased with because she was the manger I think this could have been handled in the store. my order number is [protected] last name poole and my address is 405 southland trail Bryon 31008. the date is 10-02-2022

Bath & Body Works Direct Hand soap (6) / body mist (4) / hand lotion (2) anti-bacterial gel (1)

On Sep 11, 2022 at 2:pm, I purchased $64.81 worh of products and after using the hand soap three times, there was no fragrance at all. I opened the other 12 items and smelled mostly alcohol. I intended to use most of the items as gifts but no longer can send gifts with very little fragrance (the purpose of buying these items)

Bath & Body Works Direct Customer service store # 82536

On 9/23/2022, I visit store #82535 I visit this store often. I was looking for Nore men spray. I didn't see any on the shelves so I checked in the drawers like I've done and many other customers has done before. one of your sore associates Lameka looked at me and yelled what are you doing. I said to her looking for the Nore spray. she replied if you don't see it we don't have it you can't open the drawers. I told her I've done it many times in the past and at other stores and no-one ever said anything to me or other customers. Lameka was very rude. Lameka customer service was very unacceptable. The 2 associates who was at the register was very helpful and gave great customer service.

Desired outcome: I would like to speak with your district manager

Bath & Body Works Direct Wallflowe

I am so upset right now or should I say my daughter is in pure tears . We unplugged the wallflower and sat it on the window seal to plug in her hoverboard only to return to the fragrance leaking all over my window seal and hoverboard. It ate thru it and when she picked it up the hoverboard literally broke and nearly crumbled on the side it leaked on. Re read the label on the wallflowers and there is zero warning or cautions that this product can be this damaging.

Desired outcome: Replace my daughter's hoverboard and warn people about this product

Bath & Body Works Direct Cashier

I came in September 3rd, 2022. I spent 135.00. Every time I come in I spend a lot of money. I went to cash out and their were 3 black woman and the cashier who was also black. It was no big deal. I have no racist bone iny body, in fact I gave one of the ladies a coupon I couldn't use. We were all laughing about spending our money at Bath and Body works. The 3 ladies went before me. One just came on for the free coupon, the other spent 20 and other 60. After each of their ring up the cashier loudly put a 10 dollar coupon in their bag explaining how it works. It was my turn and no coupon. I thought to ask but thought maybe she put it in my bag. I thought no way would she purposely do that. But I definitely believe she did. I have never felt like this or believed someone would do a racist thing. I am 57 and never had this happen before. I then had one coupon, one item up to 8.50 plus 20 percent off. When I was through I asked if she did the 20 percent. She hesitantly said yes. That's why I decided to check my receipt. She did not give the 20 percent. She did have a bunch of merchandise she was showing the other previous customers that she was going to buy after her shift. I believe she was somehow going to use my 20 percent coupon for her order. I called customer service and they are reimburseing my e but I have never on my life had this happen to me or felt embarrassed like it was being played by a fool. The cashier number is 3715053. I hope you take this matter seriously.

Bath & Body Works Direct Getting somebody else’s name on my address to my home

I want to know who Cesar Sanchez is because he doesn’t live at my house, nor has he ever, but his name is on the coupons that we received Bath and Body Works today, 8/23/2022.

We normally get the coupons ourselves so getting them at our address for someone who has never lived here is a concern. We are hoping he has not used our information to steal our identity.

Bath & Body Works Direct Wallflower plug in

I purchased 2 plug ins & multiple refills about a month ago. The first few days of using them, they smelled wonderful! Unfortunately, that was very short lived and though there is still plenty of product left in the vial, it no longer gives any scent unless you put your nose right up to it. Not worth it if it only lasts a couple days! Febreze & Airwicks last longer :(

Order #[protected]. I received my order this morning and found miniature bars of soap in the box. I expected regular sized bars of soap but received miniature size bars of soap.

My order was originally returned back to Bath & Body by the carrier because it got damaged. I called your customer service & was assured that a new order was being sent out immediately to arrive in 2 day. I waited 2 days and I never received anything so I called again . I spoke to a lady who told me that the shipment was never sent out. She apologized and said she would send out asap. I received the order yesterday and one box was damaged and it did not contain my full order. I’m so disappointed and upset. Please cancel my order and I’m requesting a full refund. If you send me a paid label then I’ll ship what was sent to you back. Please help me get this taken care of.

Desired outcome: Full refund & provide me with a paid ship label so I can send you the damaged package that was sent to me.

I've have been a very loyal customer of Bath & Body Works for over 15 years. And to even having to put in a complaint saddens me. I went on my lunch work break and stopped by my local BBW store to pick up few items for a recent trip. Once I entered the store I was never once acknowledged, approached nor spoken to from beginning to end of checking out. The check out employee asked how I was doing at the counter as I was paying I was silent at first contemplating whether to say something or not, but being as many years that I myself have worked in Customer Service and Retail I could not let this opportunity pass me by for speaking up and letting her know I was not fine and told her the reason being due to poor Customer Service. Her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way" not once but several time's and even pointed out to her attention the other customers' that came in the store after were approached and spoken to and asked if they needed assistance. I proceeded to tell the clerk that I was a loyal customer to their store in my Home town, however after this experience I would must likely not return to their store and pay the extra money to go elsewhere.

What ever happened to training and instilling into your employee's to be being professional and courteous to all customer's and not be singled out!

Bath & Body Works Direct Customer service

Was in the store located at Gulf View Plaza in Port Richey Fl store #80893 on 6/22/22 around 1:00 pm.

I had picked out some candles and was sitting them in the floor since I was purchasing several and finally took them to the register counter so I wouldn’t drop and break them. I was still shopping.

About 5 minutes later a blonde hair girl came up to me and said “ I put your candles behind the register, your not supposed to sit your stuff on the counter that’s why we offer bags. I was speechless and just looked at the girl. For one I was NEVER offered a bag even when I was sitting them on the floor. I had been in the store for 30+ minutes already.

There was several girls working but was too busy talking in a group up by the door.

I work in retail also as a mgr and this would be unacceptable in my store. I’ve never been talked to so rude before.

Will never go in this store again. Most of the stores in this mall never reopened after the pandemic maybe this one should of stayed closed too.

Desired outcome: Need to train your young employees how customer service works.

I placed an online order for hand soaps to be picked up at the Bridge Street Mall in Huntsville, Alabama on Saturday night and my sister picked it up on Sunday Aug.21. She goes in between 530 and 6 and one employee kept passing her to another employee saying they can’t find the order. That was giving her the run around and an inconvenience Poor service!

Went to Woodfield mall in Schaumburg, IL. Had a very bad customer service interaction at the register with a rude and snippy worker named Shelby a younger college student. When asking a question she got very snippy and wasn’t very helpful at all. I honestly will not be back at that location ever again. The way they treat there customers. Just awful.

Bath & Body Works Direct Fresh getaway sand and salt body scrub

I bought the fresh getaway sand and salt body scrub to try. Bath and body works many years ago had a sea salt soap that was amazing. I was so upset when they discontinued it. I thought this may be similar. However, it is not. I have used this for a few weeks and I will be throwing this away. It is too course. It is literally like putting sand on your body. Typically you wash the sand off. It is not a good body scrub. It is irritating and I do not feel clean at all after using it. The sand gets all over my shower and makes it difficult to clean. I am upset with myself for paying so much for it. I just wasted my money. Please save your skin, shower and money.

Desired outcome: I would love a refund.

Bath & Body Works Direct Wall flower damaging floor

I had a wall flower fall out of my electrical socket when I was at work. The liquid leaked out onto my hard wood flooring. When I went to clean it up, it started to damage my floor. I immediately stopped wiping it and now I am afraid to try to clean it in fears it will damage it more. I am very unhappy as these floors are from the 1950's and we had just had them refurbished. My floor is now ruined.

Desired outcome: I am looking to get my flooring fixed.

Bath & Body Works Direct "free item" coupon

My daughter had a "free item" coupon, so I took her to the Nampa store to redeem it. She told me she wanted me to get something for myself with it. I chose some hand wash. It was priced at $7.50 (full price). The coupon was good for items up to $8.50. When I went to make the purchase, the clerk told me I couldn't use the coupon for that. She claimed the coupon stated that. We read the fine print on the coupon. The only exclusions listed were "accessories, gifts, and products regularly priced above $8.50." I asked about that and all she said was "well, the coupon won't work on that. It seems it should be illegal to not accept a coupon that is being used as defined by the wording on the coupon. Seems this should be considered false advertising.

Desired outcome: I would like to use my coupon for a free hand wash. If this is not possible, the coupon language should be updated to include hand wash in the inclusions.

Very Disappointed with the tiny purse size item that is supposed to be a Birthday reward. The company should be EMBARRASSED to downsize their gift (and a purchase is needed to receive it...B.S.) You should be ashamed of yourselves after customers spend plenty of money in the store ALL YEAR LONG.

Bath & Body Works Direct Service I received from cashier

On 5/14/2022 I went to the bath and body in holly springs north Carolina to buy a candle. I asked the worker Valerie if they had eucalyptus rain. She was really short with me and said it was seasonal. Making me feel like don't bother me. Then I went to purchase the candle and she was still in her feelings. If your going to hire employees with that type of attitude you don't need my money.

So disappointed in the service I received.
