Pre website store was to open at 3 am, it is now 3:41 and the store is still not opened. Staff did not arrive until 3:20 and then a employee came out at 3:36. Placed an order from Bath and Body Works online on 10/25/2019 (order #[protected]). Received a confirmation that the items have been shipped on 10/28/19 (FedEx Home delivery) tracking #[protected]. After not receiving my package for some time, I contacted the live chat for Bath and Body on 11/14/19 and explained my problem. They did a replacement order (order #[protected]). I received a confirmation that the items have been shipped once again on 11/16/19 (Lasership) tracking #1LS729701854203. After not receiving that package, I called customer service at Bath and Body on 11/29/19 and this time spoke with a representative. I was told that I needed to contact the shipping companies and try to track my packages! The representative did give me an option to issue a refund or to send out a third replacement! She said she would issue a refund but I could still try to track the package if I would like.
As a note, when I tried to track my packages the first order would give me no tracking information and the second tracking just said its been in Dayton, NJ since November 16, 2019.
To make a long story short, I am extremely frustrated with the fact that I was told that I was the one to have to track down this package! I have placed and have spent a lot of money with Bath and Body works and to make the customer responsible for tracking down their package is wrong and very poor customer service as far as I'm concerned!
I would like to also mention that when I contacted Lasership I got disconnected and I just filled out an inquiry online and hopefully will here from them. When I contacted FedEx, they told me that a shipping label was just created and I would need to contact Bath and Body works for more information!
As far as I'm concerned at this point I should not only receive a refund, I should be getting my packages at no charge!

My brother was staying at my house over Thanksgiving. He unplugged the wallflower and set it on my bar. I noticed it the next morning and was too late, it leaked and removed all the finish and stain down to the bare wood. This is a $10, 000 bar that is now ruined. From what I read the oil may not come out of the wood to allow me to sand and restrain. This isn't something I can just paint over either. Still waiting to hear back from BBW but I am telling my story on every one of their posts to warn against this horrible product. What's in this stuff that it can so easily do that much damage!
customer service is horrible
I submitted a order to Bath & Body works...I was using a promotion that just started for Black Friday, my fault that i didn't understand it till after i submitted it so got on computer before even 5 minutes was up. Customer service rep told me too bad but we will give you free shipping, told her i didn't want it . She basically told me too bad you hit submit button so can't do nothing now. I will returning my order and never shopping online or in the stores and i have tons of your stuff shopping 4-6 times a year. Won't ever shop again at Bath & Body Works again!

I ordered total 13 travel size products on 22nd of oct, very next day got so happy since receiving order so fast.. when i open the box what i see is TWO items are missing 🙄 and i launched a complaint on customer service support..No updates no action for a week. now finally when i literally shouted on them they are telling that they have ran out with these two products and asking me to choose some other two items /they can refund money back. highly unprofessional and disappointing responses so far.
three wick candles
I have two different three wick candles that are burning unevenly. One is cinnamon and clove bud and one is sweet cinnamon pumpkin. I tried to take them into my local bath and body work store to show them how they are melting and they informed me they no longer will replace the candles. We purchase candles from you guys on a regular basis. We have never had an issue before now. We bought fall scented seasonal candles and they are not burning. Sweater Weather, Maple Pancake, and Welcome Home the wicks curl down into the wax and are unable to be burnt. The candles are expensive, so for them not to burn is highly upsetting. My husband and I spend about $100 every other month on candles from your stores. This is discouraging me from buying anymore candles from your store.
Ship lantern night light
I just received this last week as a gift for my birthday I had to unplug it this morning because my 2 yr old was trying to touch it. I set it on my dresser upright (but slanted a little onto the actual plugs) and it leaked all over and ruined my dresser. It wasn't on its side or even close. I have all the pictures. I am super anger. This was a very expensive bedroom suit. I didn't think it would leak leaning just a little bit like this... I can see if it was laying on its side or something. Now my dresser top is ruined. It cannot easily be replaced! I never imagined this happening. I figured setting it up there was a lot safer then my son getting ahold of it. And now that it did this to my dresser, I can only imagine how toxic it is to even be breathing in! Errrrrr

Order #[protected] Don Atteberry . I purchased 7 of the Warm Vanilla Sugar, Wallflowers ITEM# [protected] and 4 of the White Flare, Wallflowers Plugs ITEM# [protected]. I was in the process of a complete remodel on my home and had ordered these for once my home was done I could use these to make my home smell Awesome constantly. Well I unpackaged them this week ready to use your product. Upon putting the refills in the plugs and plugging them in, I was so angry that as soon as I left the room to plug enough one in, the refill was COMPLETELY EMPTY, DONE! Nothing spilled out as I checked for any leaks or spills. All four of them that I plugged in were gone in last then two minutes of plugging them in! I thought ok I bought extra to enjoy the aroma for weeks or even months to come and NOTHING! THERE WAS NO SMELL TO ENJOY WITH HOW THEY EMPTY SO FAST! As a result I have not used the other refills until I contacted your store of my great disappointment.
double charged for purchase
We made a purchase in the Canoga Park, CA store as the West Hills store did not have the item we wanted. We were doubled charged because of a malfunction of the equipment at the Canoga Park store. We were ASSURED we would not be double charged. WE WERE! Our purchase was on 9/20/2019. I saw the double charge on 9/24/2019. The store manager was contacted and she referred us to the sales person. The sales person said we had to go the store with the receipt. That if we called customer service we would spend far more time dealing with customer service than her. That she could FIX the issue right away. My husband went to the store and was referred back to the Manager, not the sales person! After 45 minutes he was assured we would see the credit in a few days. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR CREDIT! I called customer service today and was lectured that I should have called them to begin with. I told the person that is a conversation for their store manager, not me. I did what the manager told me was the process! After customer service rep. telling me 7 times I should have called them to begin with, I told her I did not want to hear that again! That she needs to have that discussion with the store manager! After almost another 45 minutes on the phone with the customer service rep, she said it would be at least 3 - 5 days before we receive our credit. That the manager could not issue the credit, even thought the Manager had told us she had! What this means is that this company has the use of our dollars as well as countless others for weeks while we do not! Sounds like a scam to me! We still do not have our credit and no one at this company seems to care! Time to call the CEO's office. Hopefully he can resolve this

I have online order, which should be shipped to my address within 3 working days as mentioned on bath@body works website. I irdered on August, 16. I was embarrassed that the assistant did not really believe me. Where did she think I got the coupon.
The waiting time was too long as the other payment machine went offline.
This meant there was a line behind my husband and myself which made of more embarrassing. I was asked for the email and as you have no WiFi in your stores it took a short while to locate the email.
The attitude of the cashier made me feel really really uncomfortable.
She should have stayed at home with her attitude.

wallflower diffuser
These diffuser oils have caused me terrible burning, watery, and itching eyes, terrible sneezing and a headache. I opted to be outside in 100 degree heat than to be in an air conditioned house tainted with this wallflower diffuser, I suffered less in the 100 degree sun. So disappointed that these are so full of irritating chemicals that cause such a physical reaction.

The last order I placed with you was lost due to your choice of shipping companies. The rep at that time over-nighted that missing order using UPS. I told that rep that I do not want to use this shipper ever again because when I tried to contact them, I waiting on hold for 30 minutes before I could speak with someone. When I did, the girl was extremely rude and hung upon me. I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS! That shipper is LASER SHIP.
I'm still waiting on my current order # [protected] The rep I spoke with refused to re-ship because the order is not considered lost. So, now you are wasting my time for tonight and again, tomorrow, when I do not receive my order. I was also told that you could not flag my account to prevent using this vendor to ship to me.
Because you choose on using an incompetent shipper, and refuses to satisfy my simple request, I choose to no longer do business with you! You wasted my time, refused to cancel this order and refund my money. LASER SHIP is a vendor who I will not support. Because you placed me in a position where I have no option to prevent this vendor from gaining g my financial support, I will not support you!
Very sad! Up to this time I was BRAND LOYAL. But apparently, you have too many customers and no longer need me. Bath & Body was the only place I would buy my body lotions, home fragrances and candles, now, I'm sure, I will not have very much success in finding a new vendor who offers fragrances that flavor the air as long as your products once did. Please note, that I did notice that these products no longer last as long as they once did, but, a lot longer than your competitors.

My complaint is similar to one sent to you on July 7, 2017 from Carla Jean in Georgia. I also purchased hand sanitizers along with a holder that attaches to a purse from Bath & Body Works. The same thing happened to me - the lid came open and dripped onto my purse which was an expensive secure travel canvas purse. Is there any product that will remove these stains from my purse? If there is no product that will remove these stains I will not be purchasing any more hand sanitizers.
