This place was terrible from the start
This place was terrible from the start. I brought my car in and asked them to fix the issue so my check engine light would go off. They took a wild guess and Shana called me back with a list of things that added up to $950. They finished the work the next day, I drove my car home from the dealership and the light came back on. The next morning I dropped my car back off and that was the start of the terrible communication. They informed me that Shana would keep me updated but I called several times all to find out that Shana was not working that day and I got in touch with ***. He stated that they had test driven the car after they removed the light for the second time and he was still testing it. After hearing nothing for hours I returned back to the dealership and they gave me my car with no light on. On my drive home the light comes back on. At this point I'm angry. I return the next morning and after several hours Shana calls to inform me that they need another $1000. So they can break the engine down. They had no clue what the problem was and why would you break the engine down? What did I just pay you $950 for? You guaranteed me that I was paying to fix the issues and you now want another thousand dollars to troubleshoot? This service department is a joke and they are scamming people out of their money. I took another mechanic to pick up my car and ask why they wanted to break my engine down and they said they were going to replace the timing when it doesn't even need to be changed. I will never deal with this company again. This place is terrible and they have no credibility.

I got my car from Bellamy Automotive Group, Inc. in May. They said I'd get an extra key, but they didn't have it then, so they told me to come back. I've been back 2-3 times, but they still haven't told me anything about my key. I talked to the boss over a month ago, and he said he'd take care of it and let me know. But I still haven't got my key or heard from anyone about it. I got a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox.

I went to Bellamy Automotive Group, Inc. to get my tires changed and had a terrible experience. Sherry was yelling at me for no reason, even though I was just telling her that they had changed my tires before. I've been coming here for years and have all the paperwork to prove it. None of her coworkers did anything to help me, and everyone was just watching. Steve was just sitting there and the lady at the front desk didn't care. Another worker told me not to come back and my rims were damaged. I have a picture of the worker who said that and there are cameras in the parking lot. Talk to the manager, but he didn't care either. I've been a paying customer for years and this is how they treat me.

So, I had a problem with my 2021 Chevy truck and took it to Bellamy Automotive Group, Inc. for service. They fixed the lifters, but then my Wi-Fi stopped working. I left it with them for an oil change and to fix the Wi-Fi while I was out of town for 10 days. When I got back, nothing was done, so I had to make another appointment. While waiting, my truck kept stalling and wouldn't start. I told them about it, and they fixed the oil and found out the radio needed to be replaced. But then, two days later, my truck shut down completely while I was driving. I had to tow it home and then take it back to the dealership on Monday. They didn't have it ready that day, and I had to drive it even though I'm a disabled vet and worried it would break down again. Plus, they promised me a loaner if they had to keep my truck, but they didn't give me one. And now, the technician who worked on my truck won't be back for 8 days, so I'm worried they'll keep my truck that whole time and leave me without transportation. It's frustrating when people don't do what they say they will.

He looked at me like I was crazy, but when he saw the computer, he realized I was telling the truth. He said I shouldn't be driving the car with all those problems. I told him I couldn't afford a new car because I'm on a fixed income. He called me on Oct 19, 2022 and said it would cost $1100 to fix my car. He said they wouldn't fix it unless they did all the repairs, even though it was under warranty. I showed my past repair orders to the service *** and talked to the service manager *** on Oct 20, 2022. He said there was no warranty and my car wasn't worth fixing. I talked to *** on Oct 28, 2022 and he said he would look into it. I called multiple times and didn't hear back until Nov 8, 2022. The other *** said they wouldn't fix the warranty part and other things were wrong with the car. I haven't gotten a repair order yet.

But on my way home from work, my engine overheated and coolant was leaking. I called Bellamy Strickland and they said it was because they repaired the thermostat-housing. They told me it would cost $822.11 to fix the water pump and water valve. I was upset and called the service manager, Denis. He promised to look into it but I haven't heard back from him. Shana called me and said they would refund me $200 for the thermostat repair, but I still have to pay $822.11 for the leaks.
