Sept l, took my car in for 4 new tires. The service people, Sam and Adam, were very rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. The service worker kicked my hubcap and cracked it, the car was returned to me with missing parts, mismatched hubcaps (bicycle caps mixed in) and protective parts taken from the tire rods. They stripped parts from our car. When I declined the tire alignment they insidiously over inflated and underinflated the tires. When I drove it home the steering wheel was unstable and very dangerous. I wasted many hours with the credit card company to no avail. Their promotions are no good, hassle. Bottom line "big headache". The two managers Sam and Adam refused to discuss the DOT information and because it was the end of the day and the holiday weekend told me to leave the premises and threatened to call the police if I did not.
I sent in photos and lots of documentation which accomplished nothing. They will not honor two of the three promotional cards they advertised to be applied to the balance?
I wish I would have read the reviews before buying from Belle Tire. I should be compensated for the missing and broken parts, corrected paperwork reflecting the proper DOT codes, as well as the two promotional cards being accepted as payment towards the balance.
Claimed loss: 1. Tire stem cap covers: $10.002. Hub Cap cover: $174.623. Hub unit caps: 2 $7.25 ea.Total: $191.87
Desired outcome: Two promotional cards applied towards the purchase Compensation damaged/cracked hubcap, the center lug nut cover caps, air stem caps (that they removed and replaced with bicycle caps).Correct DOT numbers on paperworkWritten apology.
Update: Though Citibank refused to accept the debit cards as payment I was able to use them elsewhere.
