I want my account back! I have over 100 grand invested and my account got disabled because they just decided to? If they want to remove my account then I should be receiving every penny I gave them since it was not at request to be removed when I did nothing wrong! I have been playing for years and if I didn't want to play I would of removed the app myself! I find it funny they are aloud to treat paying customers this way! And I have rights as a consumer not to be treated like this I would like this issue addressed

Monitors not doing there job
There was another player that was discriminating against me and even after I had blocked him he was still able to type more hate speech for 20 minutes without any monitor stopping him nor after I messaged them about it No response not even an apology about the incident nothing The second comment was done after I had blocked him and then they stopped but he continued to say things to another player of witch I don't know if they where at me or them but the other player started arguing with him after the second comment
Desired outcome: I want them to make it right with a public apology about not having someone bane him right away and being aloud to continue to keep saying without any intervenes
Wow I thought it was just me! A guy was smearing my name everywhere as well and I showed them screen shots of him saying I should kill myself and everything and they punished me! They made it to wheee I stopped winning and then two days ago they deleted my account ! I say we rise up all together and sue them for everything they have$!
Resolution of an outstanding issue

I first contacted big fish games regarding Midnight Castle on 28.12.2020 as I had a hard drive failure and had to have a new one. As I have been playing Midnight Castle I emailed for support to see if my game could be transferred to my new one. I was asked to provide information which I did but heard nothing back (support call 3246858) despite sending several emails requesting an update.
I raised a new call on 11.01.2021 Support call 3282626. I have received no response from this email despite sending several emails.
I have been a loyal customer for many years and still pay a monthly subscription so I am disappointed that I have had no response as previously if I have had an issue it has been resolved very quickly.
I would be grateful for any help and support
I have a word document of the email trail and information I previously provided you but am unable to attach to the email as it will only accept photos/videos

Cancelled Membership
I cancelled my BF membership 3 months a ago and my profile shows I don't have any membership now or billing information yet they keep taking money every month since for membership via PayPal. I have contacted them 3 times.
I cancelled in October via their website. Contacted them a month later when charged again to which there was no resolution, then completed their customer service survey which didn't receive a response to and then again a month after that which I have had no response to either.
Desired outcome: They stop billing me for a service I don’t have or use

As you can see by the support ID number this query was open a long time ago, and as a gentleman called Roy (from Seattle) seemed to be making headway when he asked for ALL of the Order Confirmation numbers, I was expecting a result as I sent the numbers as an attachment (as above), but as yet I have not heard anything.
I was especially concerned when the first time I emailed the attachment it was DELETED!
I am not the sort of person to publicly to complain about companies as I rather sort things out amicably, therefore, could someone please help me

No help in reactivating my games on my new computer.

Since having an SSD installed into my PC I have been trying to re-activate all the games I purchased from Big Fish to no avail.
I have sent every "confirmation of order" going back to 2010, which Big Fish had requested.
I explained that my email addressed had changed, as the SP had closed down, but I could not remember my password.
I sent every email address I had since 2010; if I had known my password I could have re-activate my games on their website, but they kept sending me a password to my old email address. Therefore I did not receive it.
The last email I wrote to Big Fish was 24th Nov to a gentleman called Roy from Seattle who seemed like he was on top of the situation

Anytime I win a large jackpot or get 1-5 billion they let you play with it for a few days and then you go on a losing streak in every game. It is so obious and I have complained about it before. Zero wins one after the another on every single game until you drain every dollar. Once you buy more chips then normal play activity begins again. They think we are stupid and deny everything. They owe me billions. There stuipd little 100, 000 freebies you get every 30 minutes are a joke. I want my money or billions of free chips.
Billing
I have stopped my account almost a year ago. And they keep on billing me. I no longer have an account. I also no longer own any of their games. I have tried to change cards. Call customer service. I can't get ahold of a person. I have tried everything. But they won't stop. They won't pay me back.
I insist that they stop charging me. If not also pay me back everything they have stolen from me. Cause it is theft.
refund not received
I made some purchases from 1st Oct to 13th Oct for which transactions were sucessful, however i did not received the item purchased. Since then i have been contacting Big fish games to return my money but they are not giving any proer response. I have attached the screenshot of the purchases made. I tried contacting them so many times over the email as the phone number is not valid. Recently they have replied that they jave investigated and i have received the content. My credit card was charged three times for a single purchase. With a full day between every charge. Of course, iTunes would not issue me a refund. In the end, my bank had to reverse the charges. This game makes it impossible to cover a significant amount of ground without making any purchases. I am ok with that, I can afford to pay $14 once a month, to be entertained. I felt like I was taken advantage of, and since this has happened. I refuse to make anymore purchases. I really enjoyed this game, but now I can't even play it, without having to look over my shoulder, because I could be getting robbed again. I'm sure the creators, nor anyone else that could make a difference, even reads these boards, it's just a place for us to vent. I'm sure that there are many people that play this game as well, so they may not care about loosing a loyal customer. Which is sad.

So I have been with big fish for over 10 years and I have just recently started to pay attention to my bill. And they have been overcharging me on numerous occasions. I am going to look into filing a class action lawsuit bc I know for a fact I have been charged on numerous times for something I didn't do. I have purchased two games from Big Fish Games. One I bought a few months ago installed with no problem. However, three days ago I bought another game and had to reinstall the game manager, as the previous installation had been deleted when I had to refresh my PC. Now the game manager says it doesn't recognize the email and password combination, even though I can access the website using that email and password. I have reset my password, cleared my browser cache and cookies, uninstalled the game manager and all associated files in my app data, and still the game manager won't recognize my email and password. I contacted Big Fish via email three days ago about this and have received zero response. I tried the customer service number I found online for Big Fish, got through to their automated menu, but merely got dumped to their voice mail.

missing purchase
On the 7th May 2019, I purchased $14.99 and $19.99 to a game called cooking craze with Big Fish, I checked my bank and the money was pending, so i played the game anyway, the next day i checked my bank again, and the money had gone in, receipt sent to me from Apple itunes, while playing the game the balance still had not shown the $14.99 and $19.99 that i had purchased it is 3 days now and still no balance showing, I am concerned about this as i am always a prompt payer but i am confused to why it has not gone into the game. That is alot of money that is missing when it should be in the game, i would like it put into the game or refund back. Nearest reply appreciated.
