Hi… I bought a ticket to Shah Alam. Departure time is 11:59pm. After 30 mins the assigned bus reached, but we being told change another bus!

Now is 01:03am, the bus still didn’t turn up!

Billion Star, you just simply change the time for your own benefits?

You know what? I seen another complaint which is just like the same situation with me.

Why bus express after so many years still can’t follow the schedule? The bus operator simply change bus, yet late for more than 50 minutes?
