We ordered Flowers from you yesterday, NOV 10th for delivery today, NOV 2023 at an address in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. (order No: 4207593): Since it was getting late, we contacted your IM on your website around NOON on NOV 11, 2023, and a guy came on who, after hearing our question as to when the flowers would be delivered, simply NEVER came back to the conversation on IM and left me hanging on there for another 20 minutes…!
At around 3:30 PM my wife called your number (in Calgary). He then had to admit that the flowers would NOT be delivered today, but on Wednesday or on Thursday, at the earliest…!

How dare you take the money, then not deliver on the day specified Day, without so much as letting us know, since you had our cell number and an email address – but to add insult to injury, simply stated that, oh, by the way your flowers would now be delivered 4 days late?

I will make sure that nobody else we know will ever again order flowers from your sorry outfit ever again and a great number of others will get to know your Corporation and its MO as well. Social Media can be very useful to care of this.
