I ordered flowers from bloomex on Wednesday the 22nd of November for same day delivery as they were ordered in the time frame stated for same day delivery and I paid the extra money to get them sent out that day.
I received an email later that afternoon telling me the courier had already left and they would upgrade my already upgraded order and refund me the extra postage money - which I still haven't received back and the flowers would be delivered the next day , I called the customer service number to make sure they would be delivered the next day and they confirmed that.
I waited for delivery confirmation all Thursday which did not happen and called customer service again and was told delivery would happen that day and it may be later in the evening but they will absolutely be delivered , he guaranteed it. I called first thing Friday morning as they still were not delivered, so they've been in a box for several days now in a heatwave so you can only imagine the state of them they were finally delivered later that day at about 10am, they were wilting and dying and absolutely horrible, especially not to mention I paid $97 for this order and paid for the super upgrade for the most disappointing bunch of flowers, I would have got a much nicer and fresher bunch from Coles or Woolworths and had money left over ! I let the representative on the phone know I wanted to speak to someone about a refund and sent my own email as nd still have not heard anything from them.
Claimed loss: $97
Desired outcome: A full refund and an apology. Worst case scenario a new and much better bunch to be sent out.
