I ordered from Bloomex flowers for Over $90 US which my credit card was charged $130 Canadian and the receipient hasn’t received the flowers yet.
It was supposed to be received yesterday Nov 1st at 5pm and I talked to 7 agents, all said it wasn’t delivered and one said it was but the receipient was at home all day today and yesterday but they have not received this Sympathy flowers. The agents were absolutely no help as if the calls are recorded you would see that they kept putting me on mute and they disconnected the calls.
The order number is 560626 and the delivery address is correct but not delivered. I asked yesterday for escalation and for a manager to contact me, they said I can’t talk to anybody and someone will call me back which no body did. I have never had this experience before and I am very very frustrated that there is no single person in this company who could help me. Very disappointed and since the flowers are not there, I just want a fast refund on my card. This even effected my whole day mentally yesterday and today and I want someone to call me at +[protected]
