Original chicken meal
Earlier today I saw an ad on tv to get a Boston Mkt. meal for $7.50. I decided to go get one. When I drove thru Boston Market in Clifton Heights, PA earlier today I was disappointed first because the girl said she didn't know anything about that price. I decided to get the meal anyway so that I wouldn't have to cook. Then they were out of cornbread, mashed potatoes and two other vegetables that I ordered. The garlic new potatoes I ended up with weren't cooked all the way so I couldn't eat them. The gravy I got tasted strange so I couldn't eat that. Also, as I watched thru the window waiting for my meal the girl with an accent who said she was manager knocked over a column of soda cups onto the floor then picked them up and put them back with the others that were waiting to be used. I live on social security so when I buy food out it is a special for me. Part of the reason I decided to go to B.Mkt was the $7.50 ad, also so that I didn't have to cook for a day and also because I like the meal, cornbread and all. When I got home and found the potatoes were uncooked I had enough and called the store. I spoke with the lady with an accent (island accent?) who said she was the mgr. she said "I'll talk to you later" and hung up. I was confused so I called back. This time she laid the phone down walked away and never came back. I heard her talking with a male coworker while I waited on the phone. eventually she hung up again. I called back a 3rd time and a guy answered and talked over me the whole time asking me questions then not letting me answer them. Then he hung up on me. I am angry and frustrated and thinking about posting about this over my media. All I wanted was a good meal which I didn't get and the respect of the server and mgr. BAD!
Desired outcome: Disciplinary action towards the manager and whoever the coworker was she was talking to. A replacement meal. And a coupon to get my next meal for $7.50.
1/2 chicken meal
I ordered a half chicken meal to go when I got home and opened the container, I found only 2 drumsticks and something that resembled a thigh, also potatoes were not fully cooked. When a chicken is cut in half it consists of a breast, wing. Thigh and drumstick. Mine had no breast or wing, two drumsticks and something that may have been a piece of a thigh.

Women there rude and Refused to open to sell me ribs from case while selling to pre orders. All doors locked with posted hours opening at 11 am. I drove there so that I can purchase rack of ribs ahead of Father's Day. If you post hours Nd reads open of google maps the. Your store should be open. I am disabled and had to get someone there to drive me.
Desired outcome: Compensation for time and aggravation and rudeness of employee
So you are mistaking not getting your as rude. Are you not a little too old to make this sort of mistake?
Filthy store
This restaurant is filthy disgusting from parking lot to kitchen
Drink dispenser drinks are not in any way fit for human consumption
The whole entire place needs reported closed and not open until they can meet proper criteria
The doors and windows haven't been cleaned in years the floors to the crevices of the baseboards are packed with filth and dirt it's so disgusting the dining room was so filthy the tables haven't been wiped down and God only knows how long.
There was a bucket On table in the kitchen along with some other items that was improper and dirty the employees do not care they have a lazy attitude.
I want to call the health department it's not bad or worse

May 20 at the location of Bell Road and 3rd Street Phoenix Arizona. I waited in line for about five minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me ordering. It is now 829 pm. I get to place my order and she's like we're closed. I was like what time do you close she's like 830. I said it's only 829. She's like it's 830 at our office so we're closed. I felt she was rude. It would of been different if I just pulled up.

Customer Service or lack there of
I entered the Boston Market at Centerville and NW Hwy in Garland, TX, to a completely empty restaurant with the exception of the two women working. The place was a ghost town. My husband let me out of the car on the side where any other fast food restaurant would have a drive-thru. Was I greated with a, "Hello, welcome to Boston Market!"? No, I was immediately accosted by the girl behind the counter informing me that I could not park there. I said, " I'm not parked there. My husband is in the driver seat of a running car that can easily be moved should the need arise." She said, "It doesn't matter, he can't park there. Again let me say, this place was a ghost town. The two meals I had intended to order would have likely been half of the days revenue. But because the person behind the counter was also apparently assigned parking control duties, we left and went elsewhere. It was unfortunate because I'd been craving meatloaf for a couple of days and was looking really forward to a good home cooked meal. Instead I left with a bad taste in my mouth for Boston Market that will probably keep me from ever going back there again. Someone should probably retrain these ladies on the importance of the taking care of the customer, especially when they are your only customer.
Desired outcome: I would like to see some effort made to retain my business.

Yesterday May 8th my husband and I were at your 18 Westage Dr, Fishkill, NY 12524 restaurant for lunch. We were greeted by two rude employees. I went to take a lemon blueberry cookie from the display by the unattended register and was yelled at from someone in the back of the kitchen "Do not touch those". Within a few mins a young woman appeared at the register. Talking in her headset and then talking to us which was back and forth thru out taking our order. When my husband asked if they still offered the manager special she said she knew nothing about it, very rudely. My husband said let's go. I convinced him regretfully to stay. I finished placing the order of a 1/2 chicken with 2 sides of roasted vegetables, a carver chicken sandwich with soup, 2 fountain drinks, and the lemon blueberry cookie. We were thrown our beverage cups. We proceeded to fill our drink cups. My husband chose unsweetened tea from the multiple tea dispenser, to find unsweetened tea was sweetened. We took a seat at a nearby table to wait 10 mins for our food in the customer vacant restaurant. Our food when they threw it at us in a plastic bag was then found to be cold and minute of your chicken on both orders. My carver sandwich had more lettuce on it then chicken. When I requested pepper was told they only have salt. My cold soup came with out the usual oyster crackers, when I went back to register to request them the employee then had to wander through the kitchen to find them. It was a horrible pre Mother's Day lunch to say the least!
Your lemon blueberry cookie was the best thing of our meal!
chicken pot pie4
i went to pick up a chicken pot pie they told me they had none ready it would take ten minutes so waited in my car and went back in ten minutes and got one. i get home, open it up and its barely cooked, the doughs is raw in the middles. i called the store and got hung up on also i did not get a corn bread attached will be a picture of the pie and the receipt. There was no resolution as they hung up on me twice. I was over 30 minutes away so it would have taken me an hour to go and exchange it. I think something should be done as how can you send someone home with uncooked food, not a very good representation of the company.

I went there at 12:00pm. To get their special for the day. 4/20 Chicken Pot Pie. The manager told me to come back in 30 mins & more would be ready. Well I came back in 48 minutes & their was a customer sitting down eating a pot pie. This customer wasn't there the first time I came. I wait 4 minutes until someone came up front to assist me. I had to yell for service & the customer eating the pot pie went back there & told someone they had a customer out front. The manager comes out to tell me they are just now putting the pot pie in to be cooked. Which I would have to wait another 17 minutes. This is horrible customer service. They need a fresh team of workers. Manager included. This place needs an overall new team. It's always something with this location. I go there for my elderly mother once a week or else I would drive out to the one on Brice Road.
