My father went and paid Rs 500 for getting an internet connection in my village. After taking the money the bsnl people told that they would come in 24 hours to give the connection, however, even after two days they did not respond. When my father went this morning to speak to AE, Mr. Chiranjeevi Reddy, TT - Mr. Anand spoke rudely and told that they can't give connections to small villages and they are not interested in serving village customers. Many trips to these offices have resulted fruitless. My landline number is [protected]. Hope the authorities take action against these insensitive people who treat customers with no respect. They are a disgrace to BSNL and to the society as a whole.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have being using broandband connection of bsnl at night times, i do not get connectivity continues it breaks quite frequently, even i have complained to bsnl still there is no fruitful result!
We had applied for broad band connection during Feb07 and now its June 07 and still there is no response from the department. While private operators turn around in a week to 15 days time, we are finding that BSNL is not even willing to respond on the status. Is this the indication from BSNL that existing consumers should move to private operators.
From last 1 month, my internet is not working. Everytime i want to connect the internet there has been a error, what a fu***ng facility bsnl give to their customers? Many times i go to the bsnl office for complaint but no one comes to my house to attend the complaint, bsnl hasx a very very poor facility,bsnl is just like a ###, fu***ng ###!
BSNL Broadband provide bad data cable bad services. We applied for broadband though its working but it disconnects after few seconds due to bad data cable The cable is new and they dont even entertain complaints.
I had opted for the bsnl broadband service on 1st april 2007 with the virar exchange falling under kalyan dist maharashtra, but i have yet to receive the connection even after 6 months is this there policy to handover their customers to pvt players.
The connection between net and internet goes off very freqently. Dowonloading is frequently intrepted because of this problem.
Yes , I too have been experienceing the connection snaps in the middle of download. DSL light on the modem is never steady there after. Complaint to the concerned is not yielding any solution. The filed staff it appears know only about Line repairs but nothing about the routers and splitters!

I am very much frustrated after taking the BSNL Broadband line to my home. The service is very bad. They just take the complaint and I don’t know where they throw it. The Area Manager and Line Man are so lazy, they are not even ready to pickup the phone and listen to us. Even the customer care people are so rude in the call, they just say they have forwarded the complaint to the concern department.

i got my broadband connection in the month of january 2008.but still i din receive my user id and password to check my account usage...i went direlcth to bsnl office and asked but i din get the proper query from them...then i called to customer care but there too i din receive any query...so am requesting u to create a new user id and password and forward to my mail id as i mentioned above and call to my land line number and inform me...
my internet work's once in a week and telephone number assigned in my portel id is wrong. the phone no. is 245264 and portel id phone no. is 245269 which is wrong. since past ten days no action has been taken against it. so do needfull as early as possible.

This is vivekanand vadlamudi from tenali having my landline number [protected].I got an Extra Bill in the month of february.If you observed my log in february month.Daily i am connecting internet by 1:59AM.ON 12th feb the log is 1:59AM to 2:59Am of 492MB data.i think you are offering free usage from (02AM-08AM).Then how is it possible to download a 492 MB data in 1 minute in2 MBPS line.it happens in the whole month.Daily your log is minimum 15 minutes .daily i am connecting at 1:59AM.so that i got an extra bill around 800+ in the feb month.So, I request you to please reemberse my extra amount as soon as possible.Waiting for your reply...

I applied for BROADBAND services with BSNL, Kolkata, India. Instead of allocating my desired user ID ("klzsk") an user-ID ("kizsk") was allotted to me, by default reading. I have been harping hard for the change since last THREE years. More than a DOZEN requests have been made over a period of THREE years.

When the dataone broadband installed the service engineer told that in a couple of days the free e-mail facility would be made available by pop-ups.
Till date we could not enjoy the free email facility and do not understand why there is no call from data one after installation till date.
