My father went and paid Rs 500 for getting an internet connection in my village. After taking the money the bsnl people told that they would come in 24 hours to give the connection, however, even after two days they did not respond. When my father went this morning to speak to AE, Mr. Chiranjeevi Reddy, TT - Mr. Anand spoke rudely and told that they can't give connections to small villages and they are not interested in serving village customers. Many trips to these offices have resulted fruitless. My landline number is [protected]. Hope the authorities take action against these insensitive people who treat customers with no respect. They are a disgrace to BSNL and to the society as a whole.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Its really Fu***ng service and Bulls**t people at BSNL. Not bother of customer service.
For the past 2 - 3 weeks we are facing the problems of connection. As we as paying Rs.750 per month for the unlimited usage. we are not able to know how we will we able to come up with the problems. We have also got a fixed line number 252 00 00 given by the one of telephone exchange, we have called around so many time there is no responce from this no.
In the day time once we get connected there is problem popping up redail for around half an hour there is no connectivity or it take more time and in the night there is once the internet is connected for around five to ten minutes it ask for redial after that there is no connectivity at all.
So, We request you to pls do the needful.

I have a BSNL broadband connection. The moment I switch on the connection, after few minutes it automatically gets disconnected. This is a regular problem with my broad band. Please get the fault rectified.

FIRSTLY I GOT BSNL BROADBAN CONNECTION ONLY AFTER 4-5 MONTHS DELAY AND AFTER THAT WHEN I GOT THE CONNECTION THE BROADBAND CONNECTION IS TOO SLOW, ALMOST LESS THAN 20-30KB/SEC. WHEN I COMPLAINED THE SERVICEMAN CAME AND HARDLY DID ANYTHING.

This is very problematic. In our area (Thalagattapura, kanakapura road)we are not having Internet connection from past 2 weeks. The reason for issue has been PPP server down.
