bad service.
I visited Buffalo Wild Wings this passed Saturday Night and this is what I got.
First of all we were there 15 until midnight and I did not know that this facility closed at midnight. Just as we sat in the waiter came and said the kitchen is closed the only thing that we can order was just wings.
I said it okay, and we ordered two medium size of wings. We got 4 cups of ranch dressings there were no salary and carrots. I asked him could we have those, he told me that there were none and they don't care because we were in late.
Finally I asked him who was of the manager on duty that night and told me her name was Michelle that all he knew. He also mentioned that they do not make enough money any way and he did not care; he was being rude to me perhaps because of who I am. I am an Asian person.
I did explained to him that I used to work in restaurant many years ago, starting as a dish washer to burstable and finally I was a Chef. I suggest to him when I was in the restaurant business my kitchen never closed until the last customer leave and he still rude made unprofessional comments about Buffalo Wild Wings. Finally, I told the waiter perhaps he should seek other profession if he is that unsatisfied.
However, I paid in full price for what I ordered but I believe I was short changed and would like an letter of apologize from customer service. I believe Buffalo Wild Wings lack training of its employees and managers.

RACIST, RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE restaurant! To give a background, BWW is one of my favorite and regular go to places. I love the food, their concept and in most cases, the staff is extremely friendly. Little did I know the Fairfax store is going prove that I've made a mistake by ordering their food. A few friends come home, we are all hungry, what better to have on Tuesday? BW Wings right? Well, that might be true in most cases but not here. I placed an order for pickup and wanted to get their BOGO boneless wings which promises 24 wings on the website. My friends drive from Tyson's to Fairfax and pick up food. The waitress doesn't go over what's in the pack and hands over a bag. Friends come home and we realize that we only got half of what was promised. I call the restaurant and ask about it. The manager gets on call and suggests that I might not be saying the truth. He had the audacity to say I don't know if you ate them. I wouldn't have called him after eating them though! He says there's not much he can do and hangs up. We go to the store and the manager stops by. As he was rude I wanted to document the whole incident so I recorded the conversation. His staff is uncomfortable and I assure them I am doing this to just show their GM but no other reason! Surprise, the manager threatens that he would call the cops on us. I was considerate and stopped recording. Cops show up and ask what happened. The manager takes our food and doesn't return our money! Cops talk to us and then the manager and stop by to say that we wait till morning to reach out to their GM. He literally asked us to leave the store and called the cops on us! Isn't that being racist and rude! I am personally going to make sure I spread the videos and get justice.

Called store - spoke with Sara- advised of our order & this a continues to happen when we order from the store- we called before order was completed to ensure all things would come w/the order. She apologized and stated she would send out comp tickets. 9 days later nothing has been received. Called the store again- spoke with manager Jordan. He was VERY rude, advised of call on 10.1.18 with manager sara and he stated she's new and she doesn't know what is going on. He stated we need to call food dudes about this issue this isn't their problem. Advised if I was told that from pervious call I would have done that, he stated he would speak with GM but doesn't feel they should send anything out and to deal w/food dudes. He asked for my name, # and address. He stated he will stress that nothing gets sent to me due to this being a deliverly through food dudes. I advised this is a continuing occurrence from this store and if I would have known it was coming from this store I wouldn't have ordered the food. He stated then I have no business calling and complaining and I shouldn't eat bdubs anymore, he stated he will send out the comp tickets but feels its a waste of his time and bdubs money. I told him I'd use them at another store, he stated I don't deserve this, I need to call food dudes and stop eating at BWW if I'm always unhappy with them & hung up.
I would like a refund for the 2 salads and small boneless wings and I do love eating at buffalo wild wings and have found a store that does take pride in their customers and getting the orders correct.

Experience took place Aurora, Illinois location. Friend and I arrive during Pay-for - View wrestling event. Placed and received drinks at bar, each time tipping bar staff. When event was over and seat opened, my friend and I sat at bar.
Wait staff did not engage at all. Finally got their attention and asked if we could place order. After huffing and puffing, she responded with, " You got 6 minutes." We ordered 10 wings and 1 more beers. Waited about 25 minutes for orders which was 2 wings short. As we ate, staff turned all lights on, used cleaning solution to wipe down bar top all around us and shouted to fellow workers about getting out early so they could attend party. Staff didn't ask about our food or if we wanted assitional drinks.
We received bill and paid without leaving additional tip...we had already tipped $5 for our drinks. As we walked out, bar staff yelled, "No tip?" Then they clapped and shouted something else as we walked out.
Not a proud moment for Buffalo Wings.

This is the second time in the last couple of months my husband and I have gone to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Wilson, NC. Each time receiving horrible service. This time the waitress, Jasmine only came to our table ONE time to get our order. She wasn't even the one to bring us our food, another waitress did. We didn't receive silverware, and Jasmine never checked in on us to see how the food was. I had mango habenero wings and therefore needed a water refill, that I never got. So, I started drinking my husband's Dr. Pepper, which then became empty and needed a refill as well, that we never got. We even placed our glasses on the end of the table to give our waitress, and even the manager passing a hint. The manager noticed our glasses and never did anything as well. Our waitress didn't even look at our table to see how we were doing, instead she was laughing it up with some other employees, playing on their phones. Finally we received our check, which she then realized she had messed up. She said she had gotten super busy, which we knew was a lie. I used to love this place, but because of the service, my husband and I will NEVER eat here again. We'd rather drive an hour to eat than spend another dime at this place.

On Oct 5, 2018 around 9.00pm, The waiter at Buffalo wild wings on Devine st, columbia sc 29205, is out of control, No.1- I cant believe the guy waiter ask my family to leave him a tip this time because he served us last time an we didnt, No.2-he catch attitude with me in front of his boss an customers basically he just didn't care about his job or the customers, it was to point my son had to step in, an tell the waiter guy to back up, the manager there needs more training in that field, because clearly his workers runs over him, the manager told the waiter to go in the back an wait, the waiter storms out the door an jus leave, , I explain to the manager, this location gonna lose alot business with attitudes like this hanging around..I love buffalo wild wings, but after my experience lastnight I don't know if would go back, , I only ask the waiter one question how long more of a wait we have, we already was done waited an hour still know food, an he blew off steam, an insisted me an family can go somewhere else to eat, not a good rating at this location
poor service
It was my first time going to the location in Carbondale Illinois. I was pretty excited to see that they were really busy. The hostess kept asking the same question over and over like she didn't understand "how many people" we told her at least 5 times. While we were sitting there 15 minutes go by and we have still not gotten even an acknowledgement from anyone there. Wait staff was standing around talking. Then a table of about 10 got sat about 10 minutes after us and they received immediate service as we were sitting there waiting for even an acknowledgement. Will never go back to this location. Which is sad because I used to eat at the one in North Carolina every weekend.

the boneless wings
I am a reoccurring customer at Buffalo Wild Wings because we love the wings and the flavors that come with. The last time I ordered wings to go, there was sauce all over the boxes. Tonight I ordered wings to go and yet again the boxes had sauce all over, making everything sticky. The quality of the wings were not that good this time. It seemed as if they had been sitting out a while and were not up to the quality as the many other times. Lately it seems like I have only been getting good quality wings every so often. The meat quality hasn't been the greatest lately and I keep finding weird texture. I understand this company gets very busy at times but just hope for some better quality in the boneless wings and will stop receiving my to go boxes all sticky.

I ordered my order of $60 at 1:pm for pick up at 2:pm. We didn't receive anything till 2:30pm. We waited there for 30 mins when they kept telling us it will just be a second.
Our wings are not hot what so ever and our onion rings are extremely cold. This is not the first time we had issues here. Very unhappy with food and service. Are spinach artichoke dip is freezing.

When we came home not only were the caps on our Asian Zing sauce spilling through making a mess on everything,
the $6.50 roasted garlic mushroom literally came like this. Please refer to the photo. Our receipt is also attached.
Our wedges are also way less than what we would normally get.
I tipped $4.00 on the order to only get pretty awful service, this wasn't the first time either.
I would appreciate if your company would do something about this. I feel awful always looking through the bag in front of the workers but every time I don't something like this happens.

Ugh where do i begin. Everytime i have ordered my order has been messed up. From the time to the quantity. It is really annoying. Your apps and online are horrible. Last time i ordered the bww never recieved my order so i ended up sitting here extra 25 minutes waitindg for my order. This should not be happening on daily basis. We order from you guys at least 1 or twice a weeks and we are always disappointed we keep coming back because we love the wings.
If you are having issues every time you go to Buffalo Wild Wings, why are you still eating there!?

On September 21, 2018 my husband and I went to your restaurant for dinner. It was not crowded at all. Once seated I noticed the table was dirty and there was a bad smell throughout the place. I asked the attendant to clean the table but felt it wasn't clean enough so I used the hand wipes. I also received menus that had old sauce on them. I wiped them down as well. Since everything comes wrapped and the wings are served in paper we decided to stay. After finishing dinner I went to the ladies room which was filthy. Poop stains on the toilet seat as well as toilet paper all over the floor. I think that this location is being mismanaged and should be checked up on regularly. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location.

On 9/16/2018 we decided to go to lunch at BWW because we had been gifted a certificate by a friend. We entered the establishment at 12:05 pm. We decided to sit in the dining room as we had 2 children with us, and thought it might go a little quicker. Our server was Robert our table was 113/1.
We were greeted and had our drink order taken, and also ordered an appetizer. It took us a little longer than I would like to get our drinks probably because we just had soda/water (10 minutes) but I understood it was a Packer Sunday. We ordered our meal when the drinks arrived 1 Burger, 1 Caesar Salad, Pork Taco Special and the Blue BWW Burger. When our appetizers were brought out they were delivered by someone other than the waiter and didn't bring us any plates/boats to share just plopped them down and walked away. About 10 minutes after receiving our appetizer the waiter came over slightly confused commented how we finished those so quickly and did we need anything else & were we thinking about desert. My husband and I were kind of confused and said we weren't sure we would think about it after we ate our meal. The waiter left returned about 10 minutes after that asking if we were ready to close out our tab or were we going to watch the game. We mentioned we still did not receive our meal. He laughed and said that explains it I was confused and thought your appetizer was your meal when I stopped over, your food should be out shortly. I preceded to watch the kitchen send out order after order of wings, salads, and burgers. About 45 minutes of sitting and 2 tables that came in after us ate, paid their bill and left decided to ask the hostess if they knew if we were going to get our food. He went into the kitchen I saw him talk to the waiter, and saw the waiter touch a screen in the kitchen (guessing finally submitting our order) and came back to talk to us telling us he was sorry that our food was taking so long, and unfortunately the kitchen just decides whos orders come out and ours happen to take a little longer. YIKES Really! Great job telling me I am not important! We felt like maybe we were really close to getting our food so waited out the last 15 minutes of our patience and when I counted another 4 orders (2 of which my waiter carried out) We decided to leave. However, my family and I felt it was important to not dine on what we ate and dash so I went to the counter to let them know we were leaving, why we were leaving and square up my portion of what we ate. The server went to get the manager. (This gets even better)
When I spoke with the Manager he quickly figured out what my two sodas, and tatar tot appetizer we going to cost me, and asked if I wanted to take the food home with me (guessing I would still have to pay for those) and NEVER apologized!
I don't expect to get free things but an apology would have been extremely nice. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 15 years, and know crazy things happen. Don't try and tell me a line of crap when you forgot to put in the order and as a Manager representing your name you should own the mistake of the employee, and really I can't believe the place charged me for my 2 sodas, and my appetizer as we still NEVER got lunch.
My family and I went to another restaurant an had to pay an additional drink tab and purchase food all because of this confusion. Very frustrated and hopefully you can speak with this location to help them really prioritize and own up to customer issues.

they lost two of our cards for a decent portion of time
A friend and I ate at the Whittier location (Whittwood mall) and the server had lost two of our cards after collecting the bill. After waiting for 10 minutes she informed us that they had lost the card (I had to tell her that there were two cards with the bill), and the other servers were looking for our cards and we sat for at least 15 more minutes after she told us while they continued to look for our cards and when they found it we were offered an apology by the server who said that this wasn't the first time that this has happened and that they "usually" find the cards. We spoke to the manager who was working at the time and she just said sorry, but we did find your cards and we can assure that your information is safe. This was not believable because one of the cards was found underneath another table where there had been customers (not even on the way to the register) and the other was "found by another server" and we were not told where it was found either, this lead to us having to cancel our cards because we didn't want our information out there. Literally will never return to that location. Restaurants should not be losing client's credit/debit cards.

stereotyping my 18 year old son
On Sept. 1, 2018 my son visited buffalo wild wings on Monticello ave in Norfolk va. with 2 of his peers. He was told that he couldn't dine in because he was under the age of 21 which is definitely not a company policy. I feel they were stereotyped because they were young African American men. They let them order carryout and then sent them off the premises on the streets of Norfolk. They are only college students in the city and not residents of the city. They didn't get back to their dorm until an hour later with cold food. I notified corporate on 9/5/2018 and was told someone would be calling me back. I have yet to hear from them until I decided to call back on 9/17/2018 and told the same exact thing. If corporate can't handle the problems of their business who else do I call. Really considering calling the news station and a lawyer because this is unacceptable behavior and I'm not gonna allow anyone to subject my son to danger because of the color of his skin.

On Sunday 9/16 My girlfriend and I had stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings in Fort Collins after work for dinner, and to watch the last half of the Broncos game. After ordering our drinks and appetizer, a group of 3 homeless people came into the bar and sat at the table behind us. One woman with the group was visibly intoxicated and belligerently loud - clearly disrupting not only us, but several tables around us. Having been a bartender for 7+ years, I never would have served this woman alcohol to begin with. This woman backed her chair into the back of mine so many times, that my girlfriend and I thought it would be appropriate to move to the other side of the table to avoid being backed into again. The woman then knocked over her beer. After giving her ANOTHER beer, she proceeded to stand and sit, knocking into our table nearly spilling our drinks SEVERAL times while yelling at the televisions and spitting on our appetizer. This woman then spilled her second beer across the table, and became even more frantic running to and from the bathroom for paper towels, leaving me to hold onto my beer and water because she was hitting our table each time she moved past it. I would like to make it very clear that I have never once complained to a manager in a restaurant before. I stepped away when I saw the manager at the To-Go station, and politely explained to him what was going on, as well as requested to move tables. I understood the bar was full, and I requested to move to the next available table. His response was "Okay, I'll find out what's going on and I'll be over to speak with you in a minute."
After a passive conversation with the intoxicated table behind me, the manager proceeded to tell them, (while pointing directly to us) that we had complained about their behavior. In all my years of restaurant management, I NEVER would directly put a customer in the spotlight. With this newfound target on our back, the woman stood up and moved directly next to my table, within 4 feet of myself, pretending to watch the television I was under. When the manager returned, his solution was for myself and my girlfriend to move to the patio on a 95 degree day while he "slowly coaxed this table out the door." I decided it was in our best interest to pay for my beer and appetizer (that we couldn't even eat) and leave.
I am a frequent flyer of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this altercation left me speechless. While I don't want anything, as we will never be returning, I do think it's important to address multiple aspects of your staff at this location. In this specific instance, your company chose to accommodate and over serve an intoxicated table that was very clear they wanted the $5 pitcher of beer and nothing else, over the table who frequently visits, orders drinks, appetizers, 2 entrees, and usually dessert.

We were one of the first tables here to Buffalo Wild Wings Hampton with a group of 10+ we requested 2 tv to specific games and one of our TVs got changed for 1 guest. We have been asking to get our requested tv switched back for almost an hour. The managers won't even come talk to us over this one guest that got here 10min after his game started. This is honestly terrible customer service especially to a table spending well over 400 dollars in here today verses his soda and appetizer.

I've been sitting at my table for over 20 minutes. A server came over a got my drink order. 5 mins later I reiceved my drink. A female took my drink order but a gentle man gave it to me. I'm still waiting for someone to take my order. I'm sitting outside and I've barely seen servers come out if. This is ridiculous. If you guys are under staffed don't seat the door and have us waiting looking stupid. I could have been to another restaurant in the time period I've waited. Still no one. I shouldn't have to flag someone down to take my order. I don't think I'll come back to the BWW IN HAMPTON VA.
I was never served
My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with our 2 girls . They were going to have the fight So when we got there they mention to us we can only be seated in the patio to which we agreed on. We waited for about 25 min to be seated on the patio. We placed our order and saw other families come as we waited for our food. The thing is we never got our food. 3 tables that where there after we had gotten there were served before us. They had a different server than we did so maybe that was why they got there food and our server totally forgot to place our order. We waited for an hour! I took a picure of my daughter while waiting for our food when I saw two tables behind us being served I look at my picture and see the time we got there and I got up to ask our server about our order. He looks at me and tells me I'll go check on your order right now. I saw the last table that got there being served and I told my husband we've waited for over an hour and these people have all been served before us. My girls were frustrated as well from waiting. We where ready to go when the manager comes and tells me, sorry about your order there is a technical difficulty and he kitchen never got your order, they are working on your order right now. I was so upset because we waited to long and still all the other tables were served and our food was still being prepared. We got up and left! With empty stomachs and very very upset! The worse thing is that the fight wasn't even on yet so it wasn't like they were crazy busy at the time we were there. And the excuse they gave us didn't make sense. I mean everyone else's ticket got submitted and the kitchen got the orders but ours was a technical difficulty? I was to nice to have waited more than an hour with my kids. I didn't even get my side salad in that hour! Or a water refill.

My wild where not the right kind that i asked for and i asked for extra blue cheese and didn't get that either i also didn't get any napkins in the bag i come to this location often and this is not the first time it was something wrong with my order i also call to talk to a manager about it and he acts very rude and does not want to help me get my order fixed please contact me thank you.
