On June 28, 2018 at 10:00pm at the Owings mills, MD location we entered the restaurant, my family and I were greeted and told it would be a 5min wait which was ok was us. We actually waited 15min. After being seated we ordered our drinks which came out right way. Then we ordered our food at 10:30pm, which our waiter said would be out shortly . Two refills and a hour later and we were still waiting on our food. At 12:00am we received our food in pieces. The waiter would bring out one thing and forget the other part of the orders. At 12:30 we finally had received all of our food but it was cold and half the order was wrong. The manager was very nice and did come over to get our order right. By the time the right order came out our 3 year old son was sleep along with our 8 year old daughter. We packed the food to go at 1:00am and went home to bed. The waiter wrote everyone's order down and still messed our dinner up. We love buffalo wild wings and visit often for family night, but tonight was not a good experience. We $133.35 for food we didn't eat because we were too tired and half were sleeping when it came. Store # 3405. Store address 10391 Reisterstown Rd. Waiter- Alana. Dine-in order # 70017. The worst in our chain. The most unprofessional staff ever assembled. The managers were no better.
My waitress final comes to the table to clean it since there were no clean tables but there were at least 8 waitresses and waiter hanging around the door. I should have known this was going to be a very bad visit from the start cause when I pulled up one of the managers was affectionately hugged up and playing with her girlfriend on the sidewalk in front of the building instead of seeing about her customers. I get my order in (Large order of Lemon Pepper wings) and sweet tea. Food finally arrives and all I got is a basket of fried wings with a pinch of seasoning. When I mention it to her she had the nerve to try and explain to me what the yellow and black specks on the wings were. The male manager was moving around but really wasn't doing anything that a manager would do when the restaurant has a crowd. Things like checking on the guest. He is busy playing with the female waitresses. The cooks are on the floor also playing with these super unprofessional waitresses. The female manger (Shontae) is now at a table with her girlfriend and a bunch of waitress that were off duty but still in their uniforms. They are now talking loudly, cussing like drunk sailors while all other waiters and waitress drop in and out of the loud conversation. My glass is empty and has been now for about 10 minutes. Finally one of the trainees bring me another. I am a black male and from what I see is an entire black staff of all the same foul attitude black girls. All just as classless and ghetto as they can be. I asked the male manager have he read any of his reviews (In which they all speak the same way about the place). The most 1 star reviews I've ever seen. He then start trying to make it seem like he's the one that's trying to run the place correctly and he notice how bad the female manager is but until I asked him about the reviews he was doing the same thing she's doing. My entire visit the female manager remained at this table partying it up. My waitress walked by a couple times only to go to one of the gather up spots the unprofessional classless ghetto crew has going on. I think my questions arose some suspicion cause now as I wait for the bill (another 2o minutes) the waitress is concerned about my visit and the fact that I told the trainee that I barely saw her so she's all of sudden on her job now. Too late I am about to leave. Now the female manager knows that she has been the worst manager in history wants to know how about my visit. I think she had suspicion of me being a secret shopper and of coarse I told her exactly about the worst ever restaurant visit. Now she wants to comp my meal and I definitely declined. The only thing she needs to do is to quit or be fired immediately. The male manager as well. He showed me absolutely no management skills what so ever. You all need to send a secret shoppers in there immediately. Someone high in the ranks. they would probably fire the whole restaurant. Its that bad. Send a black secret shopper so that they will blend so that they will get the usual service. This is a 90% African American county so a white secret shopper will draw suspicion. This needs to be done immediately . It would take all night for me to write out all I saw in a 1 hour visit. This entire staff needs to be fired immediately

Tonight, we asked our server what the deal was. She said "80¢ per wing" so we thought "ok any wing", until we got our bill we paid regular price for traditional. Then, our food took long just to come to point they had no rice, our waters weren't being filled, our server had an attitude. And it was just irritating because our orders were messed up as well and we didnt want to pay for something we didn't order due to our server's wrong information.

My family and I were sat at a table at 9. No server greeted us or came to our table for 25 minutes until I went and asked for a manager. At the warwick location. She took our order (food and drink) and still after 45 minutes we didn't receive our beverages. We walked out. Both the server (ciara) and the manager caitlyn were rude and arrogant. I am beyond displeased. I have never been neglected such as I was this evening. We were not the only table that ciara left waiting either. The manager's excuse was that they were busy. Being a server myself I know that this is terrible service. After 45 minutes I asked about our beverages and they we're not even rung into the system. Unbelievable. Very displeased. This is third time we have tried this actual branch, first time food made us sick, second time food took over an hour to come out (boneless take about ten minutes to cook) and third we were just neglected all together. We left and went to aroogas. You should absolutely reconsider some of your employees... Managers included.

Yesterday I went to pick up my order and when I got home there's was small little quarter size boneless chicken like it was at the end pf the back wtf, if I knew I was getting this might of well gone to checkers. Plus some of them were burnt? Why and tasted like they been there a long time and reheated them. I pay momey for this and I love bdubs this gets me mad...
physical hands/wrongful termination
So I was fired for a guest complaint. Which was not me was another employee who agreed to saying"these [censored] left me 2$ tip" well my table heard it and supposedly thought I cussed them out as well as disrespecting them. The table was so close I can see where the mix up came in at. So today I went to get my check and manager physically puts hands on me (Matt) saying I'm baned. Well local police department said I was not & that I would be after tonight. Every Employee there knows how good I work. And I would like an investigation did on my termination as well as did the other employee"Johnnie cuss" bc that's wrong to fire me when I tell you it wasn't me. And you say "state of ar doesn't havet to have reasoning! I will be filing police report on manager who grabs my neck "Matt"! There management is very un organized and ghetto! I will not be mis treated I'm this manner. Almost want to sue you all. Will be looking into it.

I ordered three orders of boneless wings: parmesean garlic, medium, and honey bbq. I ordered it on door dash and when the order was delivered it was incorrect. I contacted the branch and they advised me to bring it in. I drove to the location and gave them the old order which they replaced with the correct order. We were not compensated in any way.
ultimate nachos description on menu and service people unaware of meat in dish
I went to the buffalo wild wings in boise, idaho. I ordered the ultimate wild wings. I asked the waitress if there was any meat in the ultimate nachos because the menu doesn't list meat but it has chili in it. The waitress said there was no meat in the nachos. So we ordered it. She brought the nachos. I was eating the nachos and I tasted something I thought was meat. (I do not eat meat! I am vegetarian for religious and health reasons.) she said there was no meat in the dish, only beans. Later, another person that worked there walked by and I asked that person if there was meat in the ultimate nachos. That person said there was no pork but there was beef! Beef is meat. Cattle are sacred in my religion. This is a huge problem. I received no apology. I paid and left. The service people at this restaurant should be educated about what they are serving and the menu should include what type of "chili" is in the nachos. If it is beef chili then it should say so. If it is bean chili then it should say so. If it is pork, it should say so. Identify the products in your food.
music selection being played in your crenshaw ca, location
On june 16th 2018 @ 3:00 I was attempting to dine at one of your locations for my stepdaughters 5th grade culmination. I enjoy a wide variety of music, but the music was at a deafening level and there were curse words which were inappropriate for the age of half of your patrons. I am sure this isn't the music selection chosen by this company but it does reflect your company and I will never dine at this location and will question dinning at your other locations when I am with my 11 yr old. I can only assume the reason for not many customers in the restaurant was due to the volume and music selection. I would appreciate it if you would address this with the owner/ manger as he is giving your company a disservice. Please feel free to contact me @ [protected] if you have any further questions. I too will call the manager of this location tomorrow as he wasn't available.

Server was named Karalyn I believe, location was in Sidney, Ohio. Service was awful, server seemed more interested in socializing then taking care of my table. Other tables around me complained but I did not care about them. Had typically always had pretty good service her except for this employee. I will probably never return here as the atmosphere was awful from this experience.

My family and I choose to go there for dinner (6/2/18) at the one in Asheville, NC and we asked to be put in booth and the lady gave me attitude. So she seats us and we wait for our waitress, he never came over and told us he would be right with us or anything. After sitting there for 15 minutes we got up and left. As we walked out the door the manager says "were you sitting there to long?" I said sure have! And had no common courtesy to offer us a damn thing. I will not be back and will spread the word about the horrible customer service is there!

Brian is the supervisor at bww in columbia sc on the harbison location. This is not the first time I seen him unprofessional, but it's only with the black kids there. So I witnessed him snatched the headphones out one of the cooks ear, a black child to be exact also go off on a black girl recently. He yells at the black kids in front of everyone but when it comes to other races he takes them to the office and speak to them with respect. I been working for this company for years and i'm just going to say he either gets the black people fired or make them quit. It's not right and something should be done about this. When we went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Saugus, MA, we went on a Thursday night and asked the waitress if it was half price for boneless wings and she said yes and then even checked to make sure and came back to the table and told us it was half price for boneless wings. We then placed our order for boneless wings then when we received our check at the end, each meal was only $2 less than the original. We then asked the waitress why it was not half price and she checked to see what happened then notified us that it is 70 cent wings not half price on Thursday, despite us asking before placing our orders if it was half price and the answer was yes. Then when the manager came over, he asked what the problem was and we told him and then he told us it was 70 cent wings and we told the manger that we previously asked if they were half price for wings today and the waitress said yes. His only response was that it is in the ballpark, but it is not half priced wings. The wings we ordered were medium sized and originally $16 each and and we ended up paying $14 each, instead of the $8 each we were told it would be. I am very disappointed in this service and not being told the truth of what the correct price is of the meals.

I am writing to report a complaint of a local Buffalo Wild Wings store here in Loveland, Colorado. Our most recent purchase/experience from the store was infuriating to say the least! We ordered take out tonight and when I arrived home and opened the bag to sit down and eat, we realized the order was as messed up as it could be for my family. We ordered, online, 2 large and a snack size of traditional wings, a regular size of buffalo chips, and 2 orders of carrots and celery. All of sauces were to be on the side, all wings were supposed to be fried in the gluten free fryer. The sauces were all ordered on the side and customized to be fried in a specific fryer for a reason…an allergy to Gluten and nightshades in my family! When I opened the bag, we discovered the large orders were split into boxes of 4-5 wings and were sauced with the sauces that only I, with no allergy or intolerance for spice, could eat. The snack size was the only one with no sauce on it. Furthermore, the order of buffalo chips was the only thing in our order that was fried in the gluten free fryer! Are you kidding! 36 wings that only I can eat and 5 wings for my wife and 2 extremely hungry boys could share! In addition, only one order of carrots and celery was in the bag. There were side sauces included, but again, only sauces I could have! I called the store immediately and spoke with the manager there named Laura. I have had a difficult encounter with Laura before, I will get into that later. I explained the situation, and she pulled up the order. She offered to replace the wings if I would come in, although this was not an option as we were unable to drive back to the store to pick up the order. I explained this and that we would need to have it delivered if we were going to eat the wings my wife wanted for her Mother's Day dinner tonight. She said the only way we can do that is put another order through ‘Order Up'. I told her I wasn't going to order again since she needed to replace and rectify the situation, her response was, "oh, that's the only way we can do it." She didn't offer to pay for the delivery service that would be charged by ‘Order Up' for their delivery service. I'm sorry, she's a manager and has an extremely displeased customer and she can't come up with a way to have the wings delivered unless we spend the money again and buy our replacement wings? She then offered to put a $50 credit on our account, but after the history we have had with this store, we are definitely not ordering take out ever again, and to dine in will be in the far future if their accuracy problems are rectified! Since she wasn't going to help me accommodate feeding my family for the evening, I did settle on a full refund, but that's not enough to ease our minds about visiting this store again.
All of our past 4 visits at this store we have encountered errors of some sort. 3 of those times have been take out and 1 was a dine in experience. 3 of the issues have been with ensuring that the wings were prepared in a designated Gluten Free fryer. At this point we, and some of our friends, really hope it is truly a gluten free fryer. One issue was an online order not being ready at the promised time, it was 20 minutes past the promised time before it was brought out to me, and that order was still inaccurate as far as the sauces we ordered. This instance was another one that I dealt with Laura, we had ordered pretty close to the same order, 2 large traditional wings, large buffalo chips, and 2 orders of carrots and celery. We made a note that we would tell them the sauces when we got in since they were to be on the side. When we were telling the staff the sauces, Laura was standing there and sternly told us that we only get 2. I informed her we ordered about 50 wings, and we only get two sauces? And, as if giving us leeway, Laura said she'll make an exception. Unacceptable if we're able to order 4 sides per large order of wings online.
The way this store handles accuracy, especially pertaining to allergies, is very poor, sloppy, and for us, the customer, disrespectful! I have attached a copy of the receipt, there was no review of the order accuracy! Why have a quality assurance procedure if you're not going to use it? Previously, we have had issues with Buffalo Wild Wings in the past nationwide! The same things were occurring in all the stores we visited in multiple states. We haven't been traveling lately so we do not know if this incompetence is happening elsewhere, but with our experience with this store in Loveland, we more than likely will not visit any other store elsewhere until we can feel confident that it will be an enjoyable experience, and don't have to go in guarded and ready to correct a messed-up order. That's not why we go out to eat, we expect to have things correct and enjoy our visit!
After the previous problems we had (about 10 years ago), I emailed corporate as I am now, and it appeared the issues were fixed, because after some time, we tried Buffalo Wild Wings again and we didn't see the issues again in any store! For this, I know that you take your customer complaints/reports very seriously. We have seen changes take place for the better of the business and the customers. We like Buffalo Wild Wings for the most part, but this has taken our desire, and a lot of our friends have been experiencing problems as well, to visit any store away. This is not to say that we will never go back, take out is definitely out of the question for quite some time, but we might try to dine in again, sometime in the distant future, in hopes that the issue has been resolved.
I thank you for your attention to this matter and hope that it gets resolve quickly. We have a network of friends that have allergies to Gluten and nightshades, and this has been a go to place to eat out at, but as of now out of safety for my family, it is obviously not an option. I appreciate the corporate desire for customer service, that is why my family and I looking forward to this problem being resolved.

Has no personality, horrible Custer service at the bar. Other employees told us Nicole does not treat you well unless your a regular with her. Took my soninlaw for the first time to do challenge, she took our order, no enthusiasm, she disappeared during challenge when he was burning up needing a drink, he completed ...never even told us he won a t-shirt. We took our family to a table because she was soo rude. This is not the first time.
poor service
placed a carry out order at the St. Joseph, MO location. Waited over 40 minutes for my order, the restaurant was not busy. Drove home to discover two orders of wings did not have any sauce. Drove back to the restaurant and just ask for a refund. The manager asked, "Oh, you didn't I wanted the wings with the sauce I ordered. They did offer to re make my order, but by now I had an hour and a half invested in a carry out order and wasn't about to wait another 30 - 40 minutes for food. This isn't the first instance of poor service and long wait for food at this location. I've eaten at several BWWs around the country. St Joseph is by far the worst.

I was at Buffalo Wild Wings, on Eureka Road in Southgate, MI (Store #352) tonight (5/18/18) with 5 other people. We had a nice dinner and when the waitress, Holly, came over to our table to clean up, she reached over and spilled a container of honey bbq sauce in my purse. It went into my the charge port of my phone, over my keys, in my checkbook and my purse is now stained. Holly did apologize and said "accidents happen". I said yes they do, however my purse is stained and ruined and possibly my phone because the sauce in charge port. She got an attitude and walked away. When she brought back our to go boxes, she apologized again and got an attitude with me because I complained again about my purse and with an attitude said...I will leave these right here (meaning the boxes), dropped them and walked away. Then a manager, Steve, came out and acted like he didn't want to be bothered and said "accidents happen" and I knocked a few bucks off your bill and he turned around and walked away. He didn't even give me a change to speak.
We received the bill, and it was just what he said, a few buck...$6.00 to be exact. Our bill was approx. $70.00. That is an INSULT! He should of offered to pay our bill or gave me a gift card or something, but $6.00. My purse is well worth more than that.
I have attached pictures of my bill, and of my purse (after I wiped it out at the restaurant) so you can see what damage is done. I had to throw it away. As I type this, my daughter is trying to get sauce out of my port, on my IPHONE, because it will NO LONGER RING, so now I have to REPLACE IT. Is BWW going to do something about this? This is a BIG EXPENSE!
Here is the final kicker of this. I called BWW when I got home because I wanted the name of the manager and when he came on the phone, I asked him if he was the manager that helped Holly tonight and he said, in a sarcastic tone, "are you really going to file a complaint on me? Are you serious". Again, RUDE! He is NOT management material.
I have NEVER had problems there before, and we are regular customers, but if this is how you handle problems, especially something that got ruined, then you have lost several regular customers. Again, I feel insulated on how this was handled.
I really hope that someone contacts me about this.

Our original server Sophia at the Buffalo Wild Wings location at the Streets of Tanasbourne in Hillsboro, OR. Provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She began with taking a very long time to attend our table, it was a very slow night. She then got our drinks wrong. She took our orders and it was about 1 hour later until we got our food. I emphasize it was a slow night because it should not have taken that long for our food. When our food arrives half of our order was completely wrong. She comes to our table and complained as to why we didn't accept the food that was brought to us. We explain that our order was wrong and told her how to correct it. She came back more than 30 minutes later with our food wrong again. There was 2 people in our group who still had not received their food at all. She then called a manager come over and never came back. 3 people in our group ordered the screaming nacho burger. And that comes with beef yet she wrote down chicken, when nobody even asked for a chicken burger to begin with. She never came back to apologize. I myself have worked fast food and know that if there is multiple options for a platter you ask the customer which they would prefer. She never, not once, asked if they wanted one or the other. Thankfully the manager, Bill, got our order correct after 3 wrong times. Once I finally received my food it was cold. It was such a huge disappointment waiting over and hour and a half to get everything resolved. The order should be correct the first time, and if you have any questions you should always ask the customer. I understand people make mistakes but this was ridiculous.

My daughter was a server here and was abducted one night leaving her purse and cell phone at work...they never reported it. 3 days later when I called there to locate my daughter once she was not returning my numerous calls or Ty's that she had been arrested and subsequently terminated. That was untrue. She had been sexually assulted and left in another state without her purse and cell phone!
