Don't use Bull Moving, LLC!
Don't use Bull Moving, LLC! My couch got damaged because one guy carried it down three flights of stairs by himself. They dropped my high top bar stools multiple times, causing damage. They left my TV alone at the elevator door for 10 minutes, and then dropped it in front of me. They put both TVs on their sides. My mattress got damaged because one guy carried it and dragged it against the walls. Why send two guys if they don't carry heavy items together? They used my daughter's grocery cart as their main moving tool, and now the wheels are ruined. They threw my couch cushions on the floor after tearing the cover. They put a large mirror sideways on the cart and hit every jut in the hallway. I could go on and on! When I called to complain, they told me they had a "great" repair man they use for this. Really? Seriously? Bottom line, if you care about your stuff, don't use this company.
I called Bull Moving to find a cheap, good mover and they had the best price, so I went with them
I called Bull Moving to find a cheap, good mover and they had the best price, so I went with them. Cody and Zeke came right on time, checked the work, and got busy! It took a few hours to pack everything because there was so much. At the end, I ran out of boxes so an employee from Bull Moving came over with extra boxes to use. Somehow the two men got around 95% of everything from the house into the moving truck. All that was left were fragile things, live plants, and a few other small things. On the way to our new place, I picked up some take out and we had a dinner break. Unpacking took a few hours because of the amount of stuff again. They never slowed down. The move took about 12 hours and was estimated originally at around 7-8 hours. This was my fault though as I needed help packing and have a lot of random stuff. I'd hire those two again and trust them to do another great job.
My move was schedule for March 19. Chris introduced himself as your general manager. He came to my house at 9:00 AM. He gave a good sales talk about making sure they treated me right, and that the customer is always right. Chris reviewed the entire job with your two men, then left.
These two men were moving as quick as they could, and were very professional about the way they wrapped and moved my boxes and furniture. However, at about 4:00 PM it became obvious this was not a 2-man job. I called your office and spoke with "Eric" and explained the situation. I requested an additional man or 2 to help complete packing the full truck. Eric said he would see what he could do to get more help at that time. I never heard back from him, and no additional help arrived. When the boxes and furniture were unloaded at my new home, less than 3 miles away, it was 7:30 PM. I asked them NOT to put my 2 beds together because they were exhausted and I was too. It took over 45 minutes to reach someone to take the payment over the phone, and it was 8:30 PM before we could all leave for the day. Chris was nowhere to be found and only a recording answered your main line. I was getting really angry and said we would just handle the payment the next morning. These two men were worried they would lose their jobs if they did not get payment. So we waited. Finally, someone was able to help, but it was very late and everyone was extremely tired. We were also promised a receipt via email or cell phone, but never received one. I sent this complaint to Brian B.. I did not receive a response. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend
Had such a great move with Bull Moving! Devon and Elton arrived on time, communicated ahead of time their ETA and were so careful with my mother's breakable items. They put the bed together and even wrapped the glass separately for her curio cabinet! Will use them again for sure!
I used Bull Moving (Devon and Javanta were the movers) for a de-staging of a home. Moved from Wesley Chapel to Clearwater. Everything was carefully handled. I highly Recommend them.
Great experience, Devon and Javanta did a tremendous job on our move. Would recommend highly.
Horrible experience!

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
My move was 3 hrs maybe 3 1/2. I was charged for 5 hours with over an hour unaccounted for. I had an hour travel time and they did not arrive until 2 hours later. I sat for an hour waiting for them. I called to dispute this over charge. I spoke with Brad and was told I was remembering the day wrong and they arrived at 1:10pm. There GPS states to the fact of their driving time.
They did not arrive until 1:40pm. They left my place at 11:30am-I signed for that- It does not take 2 hours and 20 minutes to drive from Riverview to Largo. There is obviously over an hour unaccounted for.
I have security footage of when the truck arrived at my storage unit. I sent this footage to Brad. He still will not admit fault and is sticking with his GPS bs story.

Do not use them! Couch damaged due to ONE man carrying it by HIMSELF down 3 flights of stairs. High top bar stools damaged due to being dropped multiple times. TV sat at elevator door for 10 minutes alone (can not believe it wasn't stolen) dropped TV in front of me. Sat both TV's on their side. Mattress damaged due to ONE man carrying it and dragging and hitting it on the walls. Why send 2 men if they do not carry the heavy large items together? They used my daughters grocery cart as their primary moving tool. Of course the wheels are ruined due to the extreme weight they put on it. They threw couch cushions on the floor after they tore the cover that was on it. They put a large mirror sideways on the cart and while going down the hall he hit every jet out! I can go on and on! When I called I was told they had a "great" repair man they use for this. Really. Seriously. Bottom line, if you value your items do not use this company.

Don't hire this company unless you are willing to wait months to receive your goods AND are okay if items are damaged or lost
Don't hire this company unless you are willing to wait months to receive your goods AND are okay if items are damaged or lost. If you hire them, expect to be overcharged since I think they train their drivers in how to scam, extort and abuse the customers. Our goods took 2 months to arrive. Two items are lost permanently and most of our furniture is damaged. Then, when you try to file a claim, they string you along, hoping you will give up. You are not allowed to file a review or they won't process your claim. Claims take up to 120 days to process. Also, you can't repair your furniture while the claim process is progressing. So, you haven't had your furniture for two months and once you get it, you need to wait another 4 months before fixing all the damage. Never once during the two months did the customer service line answer the phone; nor did they ever return my messages. However, as soon as I filed a review on Yelp, they had time to call me and offer me $300 to retract my review - and give them a 4 star review. So if you see any 4 star reviews, you now know why they are there. I see other bad reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com and then I see some good ones. I suspect the company is posting those good reviews. The other bad reviews talk about the same experiences we had. I can't say enough bad things about Bulls Moving. Their driver even extorted tip money from us, saying the company would charge us more if we didn't tip him. When the goods came (after two months), they told me I had to sign a document stating that I would not contact regulatory agencies or else they wouldn't deliver my stuff. That can't even be legal. These guys are BAD NEWS.

Bull Moving messed up big time
Bull Moving messed up big time. They lost two big rugs, each measuring 9x12, and wrecked two tables of ours. The tables can be fixed, but Bull Moving won't help us out, even though they say they offer repair services. We just want the insurance money that we're entitled to, but they won't give it to us. We've tried to get in touch with them several times, but they won't respond. It's frustrating because they don't have any phone numbers except for a sales office, and there's no insurance agency we can contact to file a claim.
Bulls movin made us wait a few days for our stuff
Bulls movin made us wait a few days for our stuff. We had to stay in a hotel for an extra night. My wife, who's preggers for 6 months, and my 3-year-old boy had to sleep on the floor. Bulls movin put our stuff with other people's stuff and lost some of our things. They also messed up our old house in Brookfield, Wisconsin. They lost parts to our bed and dresser from Ashley Furniture. They lost our tool set. They lost our clothes and jewelry worth over $5k from our master bedroom. They also messed up our dining table and entertainment center. Rafael O. and his team were a nightmare to deal with. They gave us the wrong info the whole time. This move made us lose money and feel bad.

I hit up Bull Moving 'cause a bunch of folks said they were good for our move from NPR to Citrus Park
I hit up Bull Moving 'cause a bunch of folks said they were good for our move from NPR to Citrus Park. They were quick to answer my questions and sent me a credit card agreement to sign. Brian B. said we only needed two dudes and it'd be a quick job. I was like, cool, let's do it. But when the movers got there, they couldn't even park the truck right (my hubby had to help). We had one bed (already taken apart by my hubby), a dresser with a mirror, and two nightstands. It took them 2.5 hours to wrap and load it all up. They were moving so slow, my neighbors started talking. This went on for hours. When they finally got to the apartment, it took two hours to unload (which was expected), but they messed up some of our furniture. We filled out the paperwork, but I've called the owner a bunch of times and no one's fixed anything. I want $500 back and all our furniture fixed up like new.
Bull Moving moved my daughter's apartment from Gainesville, FL to Tampa, FL on May 15
Bull Moving moved my daughter's apartment from Gainesville, FL to Tampa, FL on May 15. Before the move, I had to sign a contract on their iPad. They said they would send me a copy via email, but I never got it. After the move, the head mover charged me $1569.57. I paid with my credit card and was supposed to get a receipt and all billing documents via email. But just before they left, the head mover said I owed an extra $110. I paid with my credit card again. I only got credit card receipts and never got a Bill of Lading, even though I asked for it many times. The Bill of Lading has important info about how to file and when to file if there were damages during the move. Because I didn't get a Bill of Lading, I couldn't get paid for damages filed after the deadline. They acted unfairly and deceptively. They owe me a Bill of Lading by law.
I had a move with Bull Moving, LLC on October 25
I had a move with Bull Moving, LLC on October 25. They charged my credit card $975 without my final authorization, even though it was just a preauthorization. I estimated the move over the phone, but they showed up an hour late and said that our stuff wouldn't fit in one truck. They underestimated the job. They damaged my property and belongings, and refused to unload the truck at the storage facility because of a credit card issue. The local sheriff had to be called, and an employee walked off the job. There was a strong odor of employees being under the influence. They charged my credit card without an "end" time and didn't file any damage report after I brought it to their attention. The general manager, Bradley R., was verbally abusive and accusatory over the phone, so I don't want to deal with him directly. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, but I haven't heard anything from the company. I want a complete credit of $975. The movers were unprofessional, damaged my property and belongings, and didn't work for the time they charged. I didn't sign a contract, only a preauthorization on my credit card, which I signed under duress at the storage facility.
I hired Bull Moving on Nov 2, 2019 to move me to a new place
I hired Bull Moving on Nov 2, 2019 to move me to a new place. They broke many of my items and didn't move everything I paid them to. One of their employees even said he ran away from Georgia because he was accused of molesting a child. They did move most of my stuff when I hired them before, but they had to come back for some things they left behind. I talked to Drew B. from Bull Moving, who gave me an estimate. I had to hire another moving company to bring the stuff Bull Moving left behind. When I showed them pictures of my damaged furniture, they said they would send a furniture repair company, but they never did. Their lawyer threatened me when I asked for my money back from the second moving company. I have documents and two witnesses to prove what happened. Bull Moving is not a good company, even though they say they are a family business. I will tell other companies about my bad experience.
bull moving is not a good company to use for moving
bull moving is not a good company to use for moving. they loaded our truck very badly and we had a lot of damage to our things. they didn't wrap our son's bed from RH and it got ruined. they only offered us a little bit of money to replace it. they also damaged our master bed and didn't care about our delicate things. they didn't even wrap them up. we had to pay them $7,000 to move us and now we have to pay even more to replace our damaged things. they offered to move us for free but that would cost us more in the end. we are very unhappy with bull moving and don't recommend them to anyone. the pictures show how bad they did.
They didn't do what I asked and my adjustable bed is messed up now
They didn't do what I asked and my adjustable bed is messed up now. Brad was cool on the phone and the price was decent. Caleb was alright, but he took too long to take apart and put back together my platform bed. They took forever to move the big stuff and charged me more than they said they would. They said they'd only take 5 hours, but it took them 8 or 9. I did most of the work myself. I paid them in cash, but it wasn't enough and they threatened to call the cops on me for "theft of service." What the hell? I've moved a bunch of times and no one's ever charged me extra or threatened me like that. I'm so mad and my bed is messed up. Don't use these guys.
Bull Moving moved our stuff from Belleair FL to Palm Harbor, FL, which is like 20 miles away
Bull Moving moved our stuff from Belleair FL to Palm Harbor, FL, which is like 20 miles away. Here's what happened: 1. They gave us a truck that was too small for all our stuff, even though they knew how much we had. This made the move take longer and cost more than we agreed on. They tried to cram everything into the first truck so they wouldn't have to get a second one, but that just made everything too squished. 2. They didn't have enough blankets or padding for everything, which they said is normal. 3. Because of this, a lot of our stuff got damaged. They put wood and metal things together, which messed up some of our furniture. 4. The guy in charge said the first truck hit a curb and messed up a bunch of stuff, including a really old dresser and an expensive lamp. We tried to talk to the company about it, but they didn't want to listen. They said they handle problems well, but that's not true. We think they were careless and didn't do a good job protecting our stuff. We've moved a lot before, but this was the worst moving company we've ever used.
Bull Moving is so unprofesh and sketchy
Bull Moving is so unprofesh and sketchy. They didn't even follow the rules we agreed on and the work they did was super crappy. It all went down on November 16 when I paid them $1,204.00 - they made me pay cash or else they'd charge me 3% for using a credit card. I gave them $905 in cash and $300 on my card. The main dude I talked to was Bradley R. but the owner, Jay L., was never around. They're supposed to be a legit mover with a FL. REG. MOVER *** but they're a total joke. I hired them to move my whole house over four days but they only worked for one day and then stopped. Plus, they packed my stuff all wrong even though I told them how to do it. They just threw everything into boxes without any care and some of my stuff got broken. Bradley R. gave me his cell number but when I called him at 9:00pm to complain, he was a total jerk and acted like it was my fault. This company has no idea how to treat customers right. They don't care about us, only their own mistakes. And the owner is no help either - Bradley R. said he only cares about marketing and doesn't care about customers. What kind of owner is that? At 10:00pm on November 16, Bradley R. even changed the agreement without asking me. He made me sign a credit card statement and pay upfront for their crappy service. This is so wrong. Don't ever use Bull Moving - they're the worst.
Bulls Moving ain't good
Bulls Moving ain't good. They didn't give us enough workers or equipment to finish the move like we agreed. We hired Dedicated Van Lines to move us and they hired Bulls Moving. We were supposed to get 4 workers but only got 3 and they still charged us for 4. They were supposed to move a big house but only showed up with a small U Haul truck. They said we had to pay extra for stairs and bubble wrap even though it was in the quote. They were supposed to come at 9-10 am but didn't show up until 3 pm and didn't start working until 5 pm. They didn't work while DVL and BM argued over the contract but still charged us. They couldn't fit all our stuff in the truck and didn't stop at our storage like they were supposed to. They didn't pack boxes and we had to get our friends to help. When they got to our new place they demanded cash and added extra charges. They said we had to pay or they would dump our stuff. We were supposed to pay $4850.02 but they charged us $6750.00. Our furniture got scratched and dented and they didn't put it back together. They said if we complained our insurance claim wouldn't go through and the claim form is a mess.
