closing time complaint
The burger King in rahway NJ states that the closing time is 12:00 am.. I have went to this location several times before 12:00 am.. Specifically at 11:30 tonight.. 11:40 on another occasion.. 11:45..11:26..and 11:38..and I've gotten were closed on all of these occasions.. I have asked why are you closed and the sign says 12:00..and I have heard everything from were short staffed. To we threw the food out

Girl, isabelle I think her name is. Was not wearing hat or hair net was walking around swinging her pony tail. Gross. Later received a burger with hair in it. Will never return to this burger king again. And neither will my family. I see this all the time while her. And I always she people touching food without gloves and everything. I was in line with my kids waiting for our food about 8:00 when I heard the manager. His name was Mike ask this sweet young lady who I have meet a couple of times withpretty nails and funny she makes everyone smile even her co-workers. She asked if she could go on break cause she had been running like crazy. Cooking washing dishes. I mean he called her for everything. Priscilla in the fourty five minutes of being there her name was all I heard. And when she asked to go on break he talked to her like he was good he said I tell you when you can go on break that was not right what if she had to go to the ladies room. Mike should not be working for this company if he can't treat people right it was like she was his servant and only her no one else everyone depending on this young woman she is only one person. Priscilla is awesome and I come every day she works cause she makes me smile and she cares about her fellow co-workers and customer service is excellent
whopper sandwich
My name is Marcus Wilson. I started working for Burger King on March 30th 2019 in Freeport, il. The managers had me doing clean up around the store, which was fine, because it was only part time hours. I had only been at the store three times, but evertime I was there working, I had at least one of the managers threatened my employment, so since I work in Monroe Wisconsin full time, and visit the monroe store almost every night for lunch. I spoke with the managers there and asked for a transfer to that location to do my part time morning hours. I'm still waiting to hear an response. Today! April 17 2019 I went to the Freeport location around 12:30 to get myself and my fiancee something to eat before we go to work, and we both were given whoppers that had so much mayo on them that we couldn't eat them. I feel this was done in retaliation to me wanting a transfer from the Freeport location. I have enclosed a picture of my sandwich as proof.

I am disabled with a service dog. I was. recently stranded in Jackson, TN because Greyhound bus lost my luggage. No transportation, I walked to Burger King was told with no paperwork for my service dog that I couldn't enter. Came back couple days later with paperwork...ate there. Then entered next day manager then said sorry your dog doesn't have a vest on...you to leave. I have epilepsy, hydrocephalus, hypoglycemia and was very hungry and thirsty...tired from walking. bk manager lakeport ca is crazy
the manager at 2 pm today on april 16 at the Burger King in Lakeport CA. I have been a daily customer there for as long as the building has had a BK in it. YEARS AND YEARS I am an elderly man and not a child. After I went through the drive through I ate in the parking lot and then went inside to refill the drinks i had purchased. Upon leaving the manager asked me in a confrotational tone as if I were a naughty child if I was going to pay for the drinks. I told him that they were refills. He called me a liar and said that they were not refills in front of everybody. I said that I has went through the drive through and that they were refills. I left the store and he followed me out yelling at me across the parking lot saying that they were not refills abd that I could not get free refills after going through the drive through. He then yelled that xent time he would charge me and said sarcastically... Have a nice day Sir.
I do not appreciate this kiind of treatment. This manager has been short with me and surly before but I letit go on several occaisions. This tine He went too far and I feel that he went out of his way tp pick on me. This job is too much for the guy and I feel he is a liability to the public safety. He is going to end up punching someone and NK will be paying out a lot of money. I honestly feel like taking legal action myself for being yelled at in public as ifI were a thief.

Went through the drive through in Greensboro, Ga. They were selling food but out of drinks. Really?
Just across the road from Wendy's, Zaxbys, Dairy Queen, etc.
I don't expect a response or any action to be taken but I'll never go back with other choices so close. Never had this experience at any of the other places.
This must be a corporate store. Can't imagine a owner letting that happen.

I regularly get food from Burger King in Owatonna. This restaurant really needs better management. As no one is being held responsible to keep this place clean. Everything is so dirty. Please do something to change this. I'm seriously thinking of no longer giving them my business. Who is checking on this restaurant. Is there not a good regional manager. It's disgusting.

I bought 2 egift cards in august of last year. I went to every local bk and not one of them would take the ecards. I called customer service in september and was told they would exchange them for plastic that I could use if I contacted their gift card support. So I did. I called, I emailed. I got no cards in the mail. I waited a few weeks and called back, they once again assured me that it was handled. I waited and received nothing. This happened again, and again. It is now april of 2019 and I still have not received the cards that were promised. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. They forward me over and over, assure they can handle it and said they do this all the time. Then I need to email proof, I do, still nothing. Requested phone calls from managers, nothing. Requested to speak with person in charge and was told they were unavailable. Absolutely unacceptable to offer ecards if all locations do not take them.

I've been to Burger King three times this week and never been handed a receipt. I called customer service and they told me I have to specifically ask for a receipt which I just think it's ridiculous. Every other company gives the receipt when you purchase something but apparently at Burger King you have to specifically ask for one and I feel that anytime you use a credit card for a purchase you should be given a receipt.

I tried to order through the drive through, spoke clearly and loudly. The person taking the order could not have been more RUDE. Maybe they couldn't understand me for some reason, but it was a very simple, straightforward and basic order. They seemed to react like I was speaking a different language or something (we were both speaking English). They didn't ask me to repeat it. They just went silent for a while and then said rudely "what is it you want?" after each thing I ordered. I approached today with an open mind, but quickly remembered that in the past when I pick up order here at drive through, I say thank you, they say nothing, maybe occasionally "you're welcome". Excuse me, they should be thanking me too. I'm the paying customer. And I expect to be greeted friendly and with respect when I place my order. Not treated like I am an unwelcome interruption to their day when I try to place a simple order through the drive through. Does Burger King not train anyone beyond the mechanics of how to use the equipment? They need to be trained on how to speak to paying customers. You just lost one for good. I've had enough of being treated rudely when I was just minding my own business in the first place. I am a working professional, that has an office nearby. I will drive by this location on my way to somewhere else to eat to eat from now on.
