Hello I was at Burger King on October 31, 2018.
I herd a colored male employee tell another employee after tonight he is going to smoke a joint. I believe the employee who said it name was jordan/Jordon. Unsure of other employee name.
If an employee or employees are doing drugs i am not a fan of that establishment. I also feel that the employee or employees need to do a drug test.
I have herd other employees say the same thing. But to have high employees around food an children I think it is very gross and disrespectful.

we went inside the around 22:40 they sent us to the cars order side and we where on foot, we did that as they tooled us so we can order after we ordered and we where waiting for our order they left us the last ones even after the people how ordered before us and with all of that the manager had a bad altitude with us traiying to kick us from there after paid for the food and in end they didn't gave us the stuff we ordered as we ordered and the food where burned and in a bad shape
chicken nuggets
Just got home from Burger King where I bought 2 orders of chicken nuggets. I smelled burned food as soon as I received the bag but didn't really think anything of it until we started eating them. They taste as if someone mixed them together with burnt food. We have a really terrible taste in our mouths. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with this location.

10/31/2018 - about 3:40 pm. 5135 Broadmoor Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49512 - A co-worker and I have gone through this BK drive-thru about 3 times over the past few weeks and each time we have experienced terrible customer service each time. Today, once we were finally able place our order they she took my name and we pulled forward. The first person that we came into contact with was acting stressed out and made the comment "They can sit there and wait I don't even care" and "God, I cant wait to get out of here" (which is understandable, but this has happened every single time that we have been there and it is just unprofessional) this woman has complained about being SO busy and we are one of the only 2 cars there... Then we drive forward to the second window. Our total came to $16.29 we ordered 2 salads, a drink and chicken nuggets. A man handed us the chicken nuggets and closed the window. We had to tell him that we had two salads as well which he got an attitude about and we had to wait for them to be made. Another woman noticed that he forgot the drink and handed it to us while we were waiting. This is the second time that we have had to ask them to for the correct food that we ordered within a week. The entire staff either needs to be completely re-trained on how to provide competent customer service or the majority of the staff needs to be replaced. The food was decent but the service was terrible and the reason that we will not be returning.
the nightmare king
I found out about the nightmare King weeks before it was released. I waited to go get one. I finally went to get one last night, after being asked to pull up and wait I received my order and went home. Once I arrive I open my sandwich and discover it is not what I paid $15.98 for as advertised. I just received a king sandwich with a chicken patty. I have been dining with BK for many years. The whopper is by far my favorite fast food burger, BK is/was by far my favorite fast food establishment. I could have bought the 2 for 6 whopper and chicken sandwich and made a better sandwich than I received. I'm highly dissatisfied with my experience for the first time ever.

My FINAL Burger King Experience:
A few weeks ago, I ordered the new "Nightmare King" at my local Burger King in downtown Miami, Florida. I was so excited to share pictures of the Halloween sandwich with my foodie brothers on Instagram and Facebook.
At the store, the employees were arguing with each other, swearing, and texting in the middle of preparing orders. I've been to this store many times, it's typical behavior there, so I was used to it. I was really just excited to try the new sandwich! Even at $7, I was excited to try it.
When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich, I was instantly disappointed. The "Nightmare King" was prepared incorrectly! It was made without bacon, with an old/dry chicken patty, and it had ketchup and mustard on it for some reason. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. It was disgusting to say the least.
I called customer service right away, and was told I'd get a call back from the local store to set up a replacement sandwich... No call. I followed up with an online survey, and was told I'd be getting a call shortly... No call. I contacted the local store and was told their was no manager available... I was done.
Now it's too late. The sandwich is gone and I'm over it. I'm done with Burger King. I've been a customer for over 35 years, spending thousands and thousands of dollars over that long and loyal time. Not any more.
I don't want a replacement sandwich, I don't want my money back, and I don't want a "Whopper Coupon". I'm no longer a customer. Burger King has made that clear. I guess it's for the best.
No one reached out to me. No one tried to resolve a simple issue. All I wanted was a replacement "Nightmare King". I was so excited about it.
Burger King doesn't care about its customers anymore.

We purchased this burger at Vermillion Road location. As my husband was eating it we discovered it had no bacon put on it. So we looked it up online and realized that it indeed was supposed to have the bacon on it . The disappointing part is that the burger itself is actually called the bacon big king, so somebody making the burger was clearly not paying attention to the job at hand. We did not go back in to complain because it was a drive thru order. I took A picture of the burger and do have my receipt if need be.

forgot a whopper and whatever this is
Burger King on recker and mckellips has construction so you can only go threw drive threw I wait for the car ahead of me to order I ordered a whopper meal and 2 nugget meals when I received my meal I only had 2 nugget meals in bag a a fry they forgot my whopper so I kindly drove back to the drive threw and had to wait for 2 cars ahead of me to explain they forgot my whopper. Then I waited for the whopper as they gave me a whopper for the inconvenience but by now my other food was cold. I drove home to open up the whopper the first one tasted odd I opened the second one luckily my husband doesnt like onions and took bun off to remove onions to find a time sticker in the sandwich got grossed out and did not eat it. Everything was cold by the time I got it home due to having going threw drive threw twice and waiting a while.

I order my food at 8:23 which was two double cheese burgers with no pickles, chicken jr and small fry. Finally got my food just did a quick check everything looked good. Get home which is not even 5 minutes away and about to eat... check neither sandwich was a double cheese burger and fries was cold as every. Go back tell them my order get back to the window still not right had pickles on my sandwich and fries don't even get me started. This doesn't make any sense what's so every. Poor customer service and you need to hiring people that wants to work instead of playing around and messing up people orders. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MORE OF MY SERVICE!

Hello. I am disgusted by the service I have received from the burger king in Johnston ri. Putnam pike. I do not have the name or the store number because the male that was at the drive thru ripped my receipt . The phone number to the store is [protected]. I was asked what I wanted as I am telling him he continues to huff and puff and did not allow me to correct my order. When I saw the wrong order on the screen, I tried to tell him it was wrong he ignored me and asks anything else. I repeated my self again stating I did not want what was on the screen. When I drove up I was overcharged for something I did not want. Also he forgot to give me my drink. He was disgustingly rude. I personally would not want him to work at my store. Poor customer service/extremely bad service. I than drove again to the window and he asked the other woman who seem to me she was the night manager/shift leader and I told her. That man is rude and she also ignored me. Did not acknowledge anything I was telling her. She gave me my drink. No apologies what so ever. This happen 7:12pm on 10/30/18. T=10L I=9 C=124. I am disgusted by the service I received. I hope in the future you will get the correct people to manage and work with great customer service. What a horrible experience!

Towson Town Centre,. Working there are two males, one female. One man, African American, very over weight, had headphone in both ears rapping while I'm telling him my order. He took out his headphone and asked me again. I repeat myself. I only asked him for a Small Coke, the guy ring up the coke. Now he's rapping to the other male worker. So I asked him if he could hurry. He got upset at me for rushing him, at this point I'm running late to clock in at my job, and told me I can't get my money back because I didn't have to rush him. I went right next to them at Charley's as he continue to threaten me and more.

On Saturday October 27 2018 I came to work I was scheduled 11am to 8 pm and clocked in a little before my shift started then I got ready to get a bank but the GM Sean Morris told me (with sarcasm) don't bother you won't be here all day.. leaving me confused as I was scheduled for a 9 hour shift and always cashier either at the counter or drive through when I replied I was scheduled until 8 he said he knew as he was too I said then if he had a problem he could send me home then but he said no and that I was to just use his bank at the drive through, after taking care of a couple of customers the credit card Machine started declining cards it said batch set full? when I told him the customers card got declined because of the batch issue he asked me what I did to mess it up and told me to run it in two payments which didn't work then got mad and said it was my fault because it worked until I got there then walked away to fix the issue when the customer who didn't have cash sat there for 6 minutes I went to find him to see how to handle it or if it was fixed he screamed at me to just give the customer his order which I immediately went back and did when Florence came into work he pulled me off the drive through and when I asked him where he wanted me he replied with just go over there and do whatever motioning towards the fry station so I did after replying once again that if there was an issue with me being there I would be happy to go home which he once again denied after Florence was there for a few minutes on drive through he remarked loud enough for me to hear at the fry station how the drive through time was down 1 second.. as I stayed because of the busyness of the day I told the other manager that was there I really wanted to go home he said just go but I didn't because I didn't feel he could let me go without my being fired being second under the GM Sean after the rush I was having a headache and panic attack sick to my stomach because of the interaction with the GM the other manager Cynthia told me to get a drawer for the front counter I told her no I was going home I was sick and asked Sean to leave he said I could go.. so Sunday, Monday, and today after waking up sick and having a panic attack I have called in sick when Sean told Noe I needed a doctor note to be able come back I told Noe I don't have insurance or money to go to a doctor so if Sean was going to fire me he could then I called later and spoke to Noe explaining why I have been sick.. depression he said Sean said for me to not come back, I am assuming I was fired today and asked Noe to see if I could give a two week notice and just not schedule me so I won't have to explain why I am fired on the application I am now filling out to find a new job. I purchased a new gift card for 15$ and when the recipient tried to use it the burger King in Bear Delaware refused to honor it. I spent several days on the phone trying to resolve this matter and I was never able to get it done This has caused me and the recipient great embarrassment and humiliation.We were not even offered any compensation for the trouble this caused On Sunday October 28, 2018 I contacted by again and all I was told to do was a complicated and tedious resolution.

My family and I visited the Burger King on Campbell avenue in Lynchburg Virginia the evening of the 29th of October 2018. After ordering food for my wife and two children. Consisting of kids meals with extra fries, two large value meals and two additional side items. We waited for over 15 minutes only to receive food that was haphazardly thrown together and fries that were soggy. I opened my sandwich to find that it included all condiments after I politely requested it to be plain. My wife's meal was wrong all together and had to be made again. This of course meant another long wait with rude stares and a "why are you bothering me" attitude. My drink was also in need of having the syrup changed and to beat all of that the newly renovated store desperately needed cleaning. 22 years in the restaurant business and it was among the top five of my worst experiences. Went in to have dinner with my boyfriend and ordered food and got our cups.
Went to the machine and filled mine up and waited for him to fill his up, as the manager of the store was filling the lids and straws.
Once she finished I walked over and grabbed the lid and straw " mind you she was glaring at me the whole time she is filling these" and she walks over by the Icee machine and has the nerve to look and me and say "Ma'am you cannot put Icee in your drink if you did not pay for it" I said Excuse me and she repeated it. I said I did not put Icee in my drink and don't even drink Icee, but thank you for accusing me. She then said " I just cleaned this machine and it is dirty again, You cannot put Icee in your drink" I again said I did not put Icee in there and opened my lid and showed her the cup but it didn't matter she was still accusing me.
I got upset that she kept accusing me and would not believe me. I am 38 yrs old and do not need to steel or lie and the fact the Manager of the store would not drop it and kept going makes it that much worse.
I don't care if your having a bad day or unhappy with life, but Do Not take it out on paying customers.
She did not eve apologize and I felt like I was being watched the whole time.
I did my best to not get loud and angry and did pretty well.
But I have never felt so mistreated especially by management.
I will NEVER go back to store 00522 and will make sure everyone know not to go there unless they want to be accused as well for something they never did.

I called the store when I got home and saw that it was wrong. So today 10/29/2018, I went back up there and spoke to a manage and picked up my two free meals. Once I got home I realized they did the same thing as before. Now I calls them again and tells them the problem. At this point I want my money back because if their manager can't get it right how are the employees suppose to get it right. And all they can do is give me another meal. I am wasting time and gas by going back and forth just to receive something I didn't order nor pay for. This is ridiculous and just plan bad service. We ordered a couple of regular burgers at the Burger King at 11590 SE 82nd, Portland, OR. Noticed that there were at least 10 customers waiting for their orders already and we were the only new customers ordering. After 1/2 hour of waiting, only a few had finally received their orders. I went up and told the manager how long we'd all been waiting - his response was "good for you." Our order took another 10 minutes. The manager was not at all concerned about his customers. We will never be back!
