king rodeo burger
I recently went to a local Burger King in Rochester, New York and ordered a take-out for a King Rodeo Burger, which I had ordered multiple times earlier in the summer of this year. When I got my food home, the burger I was given was a single patty with one onion ring and a squirt of barbecue sauce and looked like it was a kiddie burger. I was expecting double patties with cheese and bacon and more than one onion ring. I took the burger back and was then told they don't have the Rodeo Burger any more, (which I should have been told when I placed the order) so the person took the burger (now very cold) away from me, plunked a 2nd patty on top of the original burger and threw on some lettuce and a tomato and said that was the best they could do. Clearly they had no idea what was on the original Rodeo Burger.
The only reason I went to Burger King earlier this summer was because I had seen a commercial for the Rodeo Burger, which happens to be exactly the way I like a burger when I make one at home or order one in a restaurant. I sincerely hope that if you have indeed discontinued this item, that you will consider reinstating it permanently on your menu. I will only be a customer for that particular item - it is the only reason I went to Burger King in the first place and will not be a returning customer if this item is no longer on the menu. You can sell anything if it is promoted properly!

My son just got hired last week and worked only 4 days. They told him they were letting him go and didn't give him a reason. They trained him for 2 days in different areas and nobody really didn't want to do anymore training. They didn't give him a chance to learn anything or find a good rhythm to improve himself in a new environment . Just to let you know it was his first job. They really discouraged him by not giving him a chance or a reason! Burger King needs to give there employees time to adjust to new work. I'm very upset because he was so excited to start work and now he's questioning himself that he's no good! The Burger King is in the Colorado mills mall in Lakewood Colorado.

I drove up to drive thru speaker and sat there 4 minutes before saying hello. Then the lady said hold on mam. So I wait another 5 minutes and she was talking on her head set but I could hear here and I thought she said go ahead so I proceeded to tell her my order when she said "I said hold on a minute", as she proceeded to talk on her headset where I heard her calling someone's name which I was guessing was another employee. I was very upset at that point like I was disrespected so I said " are you serious right now" and she came on the speaker again and said " mam I asked you to wait a minute." They weren't that busy it was like 9:20pm only 1 vehicle ahead of me and 1 behind me and I heard other employees laughing in the background so I drove off without ordering what I wanted and that is one burger king I wouldn't go back to.. 10/25/18.

I ordered the new sourdough Philly sandwich meal and some breakfast items in witch I got very sick and was in drive threw almost 45 minutes no one said sorry for the wait I have diver tic u ites I got a seeded bun now am in extreme pain very sick would like to make this right would like food replaced and more please I might be contacting the board about food poison might be getting a lawyer involved hope someone can contact me asap to get this taken care of I am in a lot of pain please help

On oct.25 at 305 pm I went to 14420 Outer 7th St, Victorville, CA started to go thru the drive thru only 2 cars there I waited over 5 min but nothing moved so I decided to go inside waited over 10 min till someone adressed me at that time said be right with me she came out to dinner room and started to talk to someone else waited another few min then got fed up and went to carls where I was served I less then 5 minis this normal in this burger king

Waited over 20 min to get my order while at airport, in a hurry for my flight. Several customers who ordered after me received their orders before me. Eventually my order just disappeared from the order screen without my being served. I had to go to the counter, where I was told they were out of everything I had ordered except the drink. I received no apology and no refund.
philly cheesesteak
Just ordered the new phillycheesesteak sourdough combo and the phillycheese steak regular bun combo, The grilled onions are burnt and old, and what is philly cheesesteak about this item? Its 2 burger patties with a slice of cheese and burt onions. Just because you tgrow some sauteed onions on something doesnt make it a cheese steak. I am very disappointed. And anyone else who loves a good philly cheesesteak would be as well.

I ordered through DoorDash and the food was disgusting and inedible. In regards to the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, The chicken patty was extremely burnt and overcooked, cold, and it was difficult to even chew. I decided to just toss it out after a few bites. The sandwich was also missing tomato. The Nuketown Whopper was also missing tomato, cold as well so I threw it out as well. Not happy at all with the money I spent.

closing early and rude staff
I arrived to burger king located on 72nd and stony island at 930pm and they was close. On the door it said the lobby closes at 10pm. A person walked up at the same time I assumed was a costumer and started banging on the door. A employee came and opened the door for the man then I realize he was also a worker. I proceeded to ask why was they close early? The employee was extremely rude and yelled because we are. I asked for a manager he yelled again and pointed to her. I asked her why are they closed early she said call corporate and closed the door in my face
filthy place and bad management
on Oct 23 2018 we stopped at Burger King on 3314 Greensboro Hwy, Quincy, Fl. I asked to use their bathroom, the cashier said that it was at a separate building outside. While my friend was placing our order I headed to the bathroom. In front of the building housing bathroom were two Burger King employees feeding two large stray dogs. when the animals saw me they ran towards me, and one of them put its paws on me. I am scared of large dogs and hollered for the employees to get them away from me. They did not. The dogs did stop when, I went into a filthy smelly bathroom. Upon my return inside the restaurant I asked for the manager to complain about the dogs, First he said he did not know where the dogs came from and added that they were hungry and deserved to be fed. He could care less that I was scared and upset. I am not even sure if the two employees washed their hands after handling the strays. That manager needs to be fired. I am a senior citizen and am partially handicapped. I could have easily fallen when the dogs came at me. Horrible place and horrible people.
restaurant often "out of" items
I have gone to the BK at 16004 Shady Grove Rd, Gaithersburg MD 20877 a number of times, including today, only to find they are out of important items. Today it was ICE. In the past it has been Coke products, Hershey's pie, etc.
I am very fond of BK burgers and consider them a treat but half the time I choose another restaurant, like Popeye's, just because I am reluctant to go to BK and find them out of items I want. This has been going on for years, so I don't understand what the issue is with the owner or manager or whoever is responsible for smooth operation of that store. I don't experience that with other restaurants, like McDonald's or Wendy's.
To add to my annoyance, twice I have attempted to fill out a "mybkexperience" report, only to be rejected on the grounds that the reporting period is over. Today I tried multiple times just to fill in the restaurant #, having it rejected time after time because it was too long. When it finally went through (by leaving off the last digit), up comes the "too late" announcement.

I thought it was because the time but questioning him he said they weren't available at this location. So why advertise? I thought all burger kings served the same food

No one seems to care that I was given lousy service and that the people you have working for your locations don't seem to care. I even told the location that as much as I love Burger King I will boycott their restaurants. They thought I was kidding I wasn't. The last time I was in any of your restaurants was September 2nd 2018. The restaurants need to start caring and have better relations with their customers.

rude staff
There is a staff member by the name of Charita Davis that is rude and nasty at Burger King in Vidalia Georgia ! Everyone reports her yet they do NOTHING at all to her! She talks trash and slams windows in your faces. Once being in the store talking amongst my family she stuck her nose in our business and was rude instead of doing her job, kids that come with me have to see her act that way and talk that way! She needs to do her job and stay out of customers business. This makes me not even want to go to Burger King. I am appalled at how nothing gets done about the nastiest of this girl. She got my order wrong and got upset with me for telling her! She was also rude to my mom. Every time I come up there I have never seen her being plesent to ANYONE! She is rude to all customers and they try to keep her at drive through for that reason but something should be done about the rudeness of this lady! I am sick and tired of it. I know nothing will be said not done to this lady because it never is! Disgusting

Went in at 10:25 about to order breakfast and menu moved to lunch. Cashier said we could still order breakfast so we did. Waited 20 minutes still no food. Waited another 10 minutes to have cashier come over and say we can't have any of the food we ordered because they forgot about us and turned off egg machine. false advertising/early closure and rude manager
Last Tuesday, October 16, my friend and I drove to Burger King to enjoy a late night snack. We chose to go to Burger King over a few other restaurants in Cedar Falls, IA that were open at 11pm. Before heading to the location, we checked online to make sure that it would be open. Online, the website said that they would be open until midnight. When we showed up at 11:02pm, the manager was preparing to leave already! We asked if they were closed and we received a quick, "yep" and a chuckle.
Either this is false advertising online or your manager closed the store early. Either way, we went to McDonald's instead.
We returned to the same Burger King on Friday the 19th. While we were waiting for our food, we heard a very loud and rude altercation between a different manager and a customer who was waiting for his coffee. He stated that it was taking too long and the manager took on a loud, rude, sarcastic tone and actually told the customer off. It was very uncomfortable for my friends and I.
I can't believe that I had two bad experiences in this location in less than a week!

Tonight my husband and I were going to Burger King in Greenville, AL while my husband was on duty to get something to eat. Upon arriving, no other customers were in the building and no one was in the drive thru. We waited about 3-5 minutes for service. The drive thru clerk was standing by the drive thru window and would not take our order. She asked her coworker if she knew how to ring up orders to which she replied yes and when she was asked if she would serve us she promptly answered no! Then they both laughed. My husband and I decided that we didn't want these people handling anything we would be eating so we left while they laughed that we were leaving. My husband is a Sergeant with the Greenville Police Department and when I questioned if that's ever happened to him before he said yes... it's happened twice at the Burger King in Greenville, AL! My husband risks his life to save theirs and they can't do their jobs and serve us a burger! Burger King will NOT have my business anymore and I encourage others to share this post! This is NOT ok! #backtheblue

How are they going to be on sale for $1 and I can't even buy any I think it's a trick to get people into the store you should know that there is going to be more demand for that I generally like the deals but for some reason the past couple days they have been sold out from what they told me can you please resolve that somehow or can I get a free whopper or one for a dollar or some kind of meal I came all the way up there and for two days nothing
