chicken sandwich, onion rings and cheeseburger
Hello Burger King! I want to say that I love your chain and I am always stopping by for a quick meal on the go. Recently I had a very bad visit and am very dissatisfied with the service and food I got. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which is my favorite thing on the menu and unfortunately the chicken was not fresh, and had purple inside of it. Im not sure what that was but I couldnt even eat it. Then I also had onion rings with my meal, and the whole breading was barely on there it was just onions which defeated the whole point and lastly me cheeseburger the meat was ice cold and the cheese wasnt melted. I really do love BK and want to continue eating there but im extremely disappointed with how my visit went, and Im hoping there is something you can do to make this right. Thank you

I ordered a whopper and was very disappointed at what I received as it did not meet any of the qualities of the burger advertised.
I understand that you have to make pictures look good but once I pay for the product I believe that I deserve for it to look and be good. It was messy and the onions, lettuce and tomatoes were just there.

The reason I visited this location this lovely evening was to receive a Whopper that replacing the burger I ordered last night that was not prepared the way I ordered.
Walked in, ... Wait before I get to that when I drove in the parking lot, I saw a family two adults one child under three years of age woman was smoking, and the man? I'm thinking ok the woman had her BK uniform on and the guy was in Street clothes? Anyway I walk-in to the register the kitchen was in a state of pandamoneum, disarray, three minutes go by before I'm helped, so while I'm waiting there another customer who has just ordered in walked up to the counter with two burgers that were not prepared correctly. The young men behind the counter started to help myself and the other customer. All is good. Then out of nowhere comes the gentleman that was in the parking lot with the baby with rage in his voice yelling at the workers about getting the job done right and so on... One young man who seemed to be doing his job said are you talking to me? Then the guy from the lot told myself and the other customer, " I'm the head manager" took the two burgers that the other customer was told keep by another BK employee.. And threw them in the trash... He then asked the the hard working employee what are you going to do? He then reply I'll quit... The street clothed manager said out loud go ahead! It's not like I can't replace you... In front of everybody customers and all... From the other side of the register while his daughters blanket around his neck, his baby girl crying in the lobby, total chaos... Myself and the other customer look at each other with discuss, he told me if he's the manager that was totally unprofessional, I told him it's a time and place for everything. The"head manager" then storms out of the store with his baby girl..I couldn't go to bed tonight, not know that someone with the power to put the head manager in his place very disrespectful... It was right around rush hour, and mistakes are going to happen but disrespect is and will not be tolerated no matter who you are, . Very sad.
I would call the corporate office and tell them about this. There is no excuse for anyone to treat their employees this way.

Can you please explain to me why this particular location is so wrong with things I order? This is not the first time it's happened and I'm sure it won't be the last. It's insane... This has happened 4 times and I ONLY went there because my vehicle broke down and I was with someone else. I'll NEVER return to this particular restaurant. If a restaurant relies on the motto, "Have it your way" why can't they live up to it? I just don't understand it. I work hard for my money and I've NEVER screwed ANYONE out of what I promised. Why can't you do the same? I just don't get it...

incomplete orders
Yesterday I picked up Burger King for lunch for my roofing crew, get out to the job site and they shorted me a whopper, luckily I got myself lunch to so I was able to give all my guys lunch by giving up mine. Big deal, but not worth a fight so I just let it slide. Today I still wanted that burger I did not get yesterday so figured I'd get both myself and my son food on my way home. My son is 4 and the toy is always a good bargaining tool to get him to eat quickly but instead today I have an upset toddler because your employee could not follow a simple procedure of placing a toy in a kids meal bag. They did get the juice box which you would think should spark the thought of "these are for kids meals, I'm putting a kids meal together, let me grab that toy." As a parent something as small as a missing toy can make for a much more difficult time. I don't feel the problem is entirely your staff, but how you as an employer treat your workers. If they felt you cared about them, they would care about your company and the product they produce. I see this first hand in my own trade, my workers are happy and respected, that is why we put on the best roofs in the Low Country.
wrong orders and half cooked food
I go to Burger King every morning to pick up biscuits and I never had a problem with that location. Now that I have moved to a new location this Burger King #11685 was more convenient for me to swing by to pick up two biscuits in the morning but the last three times I've been there the order has been wrong or the biscuits was half cooked this will be my last time visiting the store (#[protected] w.craig road and now talking to other people in the area this is the worst location to order food. Corporate needs to get involved with their management to have this location revised. The morning crew is terrible.

This is my 3rd visit to this location and all 3 times my wait time has been over 12 minutes.
This morning I sat at the drive thru, waited for the employee to rinse the coffee bin, put the filter and coffee in and press the start button. I told the employee if I am waiting on coffee just give me a tea. No its fresh, you wait he said it will be good.
I ordered a sausage and egg on an English muffin. no butter no cheese.
I received an egg with cheese on a hamburger bun no sausage?
I couldn't eat the sandwich because of the cheese. The hashbrown was cold but the coffee was fresh and hot.
The 1st few visits I let it go because it was a new store. I thought I would give it try once again this morning but everything seemed much worse.
The employee was pleasant, I was the only car in the drive thru and I didn't get to enjoy a breakfast. I would like a refund on my meal.

spicy crispy chicken sandwich
I love the spicy Crispy chicken sandwich alot. And I have gone to multiple Burger King locations and at all locations I have purchased this sandwich and all the times the chicken was under cooked and I can literally only eat a small portion of it or just the breading. I purchased the meal thankfully so I was able to enjoy the fries and pop instead. I still crave those sandwiches but I'm scared that they will not be cooked thoroughly. I've spent my money on something Burger King promotes and I can never say that it was cooked fully at all 3 locations I went to. Otherwise my family eats there at least 2 times a week.

On September 25, 2018 I ordered food from the Burger King on
16730 SW 88th St, Miami, FL 33196 at around 7:38 pm . The manager and employee was beyond rude. They messed up our order twice. After we asked them for the missing items, they told us we had never ordered them. And when we showed them the receipts they asked for the bag with the food, when we gave it back to them they asked for the receipt aswell. After showing it to them they started making faces, when asked for a refund the manager smirked, still giving us a hard time, even after noticing he was wrong. This man is beyond unprofessional. We ended up leaving with out the food and without a refund. I am extremely disappointed and can not believe people like that can even hold the position he has. He clearly lacks communication skills and should not be a manager.

Manager Aaron Collier is very Rude . After placing my order I proceeded to the window to pay for my food, at that time I was told by a cashier that they had no fries at all to cook. I then asked why I was not told this at the time I ordered so I would have known whether or not I wanted to place my order at all. At this point the General manager pokes his head out and says "You don't have to pay just leave" I don't believe that is the way to talk to customers at all!
I had not even asked for a manager nor was being rude while asking my question to the cashier so I don't know why he poked his head out with attitude and thought he could speak to me like this! I really hope this issue is brought to his district manager because I don't believe this is appropriate at all!

my order, I got the wrong order.
I did not realize that I had gotten the wrong order until I got to my home taking my clothes off and got comfortable realized I had the wrong order. so I took it back to the Burger King that's in St. Joseph Missouri on North belt Hwy 64506, The manager was then argumentative with me about my order and after him we had a few disagreements the crew fixed my order and the whole time I could hear them talking complaining about me coming there to bring the food. she then starred at me and sized me up . then she slammed the window in my face and I drove off and called corporate.

On 9/16/2018, I pulled up to the drive thru and asked if I can have a moment. The drive thru attendant said she can give me one minute. I was startled by the comment, therefore I went ahead and hurried my order. After 12-13 minutes in the drive thru I told her... If you are going to limit me to one minute, you should show the same courtesy and provide timely service. She responded that there were only two people working, she was frustrated and visibly upset. I asked her name. She was rolling her eyes and walked away from the window. She returned to the window and repeated the total. I gave her my money. When she gave me my change, she handed it to me quickly as if she was trying to avoid me. She walked away again and ignored me as I told her she dropped some of my change. She returned with my food. I told her she dropped my change, she retrieved a dime from the register and handed it to me, she was irritated. I said... My God as I proceeded to drive off. She said Ghetto [censored]! I hit my brakes in shock. The three children with me we're in shock. One said... Mrs. Lisa, did you hear what she said? I responded... yes and drove off. I called the store and Burger King headquarters the following day. I have not heard back from anyone and it has been a week today. I will never spend money at Burger King and have encouraged others to do the same.
After a week, you probably won't hear back from them. Personally I think you were the rude one.

Stopped at burger king in shenandoah, va this evening, they were not busy at all we were the only ones in line, they of course like always are sold out of what we wanted we then waited 5mins for them to take our order. They had us pull forward to wait for our food, WE WAITED 20MINS and had to go in after it! Horrible service something needs to be done. I always choose bk over mcdonalds but after this episode i see why others say this location is so terrible!

Went there to get a grilled chicken sandwich for my son and french fries. Let them know a few times at front counter that wanted lettuce only. They said they got it. After about 15 minutes they gave me the wrong sandwich and didn't even apologize along with cold fries. Waited another 10 minutes finally got my sandwich but no fries. Let the manager know the fries were cold. She said they weren't. This burger wasn't crowded only one person in dining room. They were rude non apologetic and spoke in spanish. This is by far the worst burger king that I have ever been to.

My croissant only had a small piece of egg on my sandwich . Who make this sandwich like this no pride in their job. The owner and workers need to made aware of this and show them the picture I have attached. There is nothing more aggravating then getting home or to work and seeing this when you get ready to eat. Talk about putting someone in a bad mood. People work hard for their money .

taking too long to get what we ordered?
We arrived at Burger King # 7377 on 23 Sept. 2018 and ordered with a coupon for 2 chicken Jrs, 1 SM fry, 1 SM Coke, We watched the employee's making hamburger's and cheese burger's. But our order never came up after waiting 12 minutes and several customers behind us getting their meal's my wife asked the shift manager when would we get our meal and she said we can only process the food as fast as our help is capable? We asked for our money back, while we were waiting for our money back. one of the employees asked what sauce someone wanted but none of the sauce bottles were marked so they could not tell what was in the bottles. This appears to be lack of management from the store owner down to the shift manager. We suggest the store close for one day for employee training?
double cheeseburger to go
After making a purchase at the Auburn, Maine Burger King near WALMART, we arrived home to find a VERY poorly put together sandwich. It was flattened on one side, and one side of the bread was only HALF on the other side. The rest of the order was good, in great shape, and tasted fine... We ended up throwing the sandwich away. The order was placed on 9/23/2018 at 11:30 A.M. Our travel distance to the store was is nearly 20 miles, so needless to say, we were not going to turn around. Quality has never been an issue before, so we were dis-appointed. We trust that this will not be a re-occurring issue, and you will do what you feel is right.

On Friday, September 21, I stopped at Burger King at 4900 Skyland Boulevard, in the afternoon. I had a coupon for "buy one Whopper Sandwhich, get one free". The cashier at the drive-thru asked me the coupon number, which I gave her. When I pulled up to the window to pay, she told me that the charge was $11.43. I have been a BK customer for a long time, so I questioned that and reminded her that I had a coupon for "Buy one Whopper Sandwhich, get one free". I questioned whether that was for Sandwhich only, she said that it was. "In that case, I would like to change my order. I have a coupon for "But a Whopper Meal, get a Whopper Meal for $8.99". At that point she called another employee to change the order in the register. I questioned him about the price, he said it was correct. I said that that made no sense at all, he replied that it was BK way. I checked on line, and the price of a Whopper is listed at $4.19. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence, a mistake, or a scam. Someone should check it out. By the way, this BK was at the above address, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
