the order of chicken fries. burger requested was all wrong.
At about 2:55pm on April 11th 2018 I went to Burger King drive thru ordered !-lg fry, 1- lg onion ring, a whopper (only), 1- chicken fries, 1- original chicken sandwich and I ask For just a Sour dough bun (not toasted) with a single hamburger patty on it and nothing else on it but that. I spent 22.94. The chicken fries were like really hard sticks and not edible. The sour dough bun was grilled Hard and it was a really big bun. The patty was cooked good but also was really big like a whopper bun. I was making a burger run for my mom (who is 83 and blind) and my sister( who is 61 and does not drive) they really enjoy Burger King over any other place. I was very disappointed with the order and then find out they could not eat the chicken fries and sour dough bun. I guess why I was so surprised by the way the food was, was because they were not busy at all.

I told the workers that I wanted ketchup and pickles on my burger with no other condiments or toppings. They have me many other things, one of which was mustard. Mustard is the most disgusting thing I've ever consumed. I have called the company's customer service number, and I have emailed them and filled out their survey. I was told through the surgery that I would be contacted, which wasn't true. I'm very upset about this and feel scammed.

On Tuesday, April 10, 2018 I went through my local Burger King in Biloxi Mississippi, the one on the corner of pass road and Popp's ferry. The drive thru workers were very friendly and polite, but the manager on duty, who is an older black woman was very rude. I got to the second window, and asked if I could add something on, and the girl who was working there said yes, and asked what it was, while the manager mumbled, what she thought was under her breath, "oh my god". I said that I was sorry and the girl said that I was fine
and then she yelled it out to the people working in the back, and the manager went over to get it, when she came back she(the manager) practically threw the bag at me, and then walked away, while the girl working the window told me to have a nice day. I prefer this Burger King over the rest in my area, because the workers are really nice, and so are the other manages, as well having fast service, but this one manger is making it to where I would rather not even go anymore, because I don't know when she will be working .

I went to burger king on 191 12 ave in norman ok. Service was fast. My hambuger was cold and fries undercooked. They had a full staff and only one other customer there. I had to microwave my food at my house. I paid nine dollors for this quality of service. Laziness is the techincal term coming to mind.quality of service schould be the same as any time of day. Night time schould not mean bad service.

I normally get good service when i come during the evening. Why come the quality of service can not be just as good at nighttime.
I fell they need to have a better manger overnights or take more pride in thier work.

This morning (4/11/18), on my way to work I stopped at Burger King located at 3595 FM 1488, Conroe, TX 77384 for some breakfast. I have stopped here before and never had an issue but this morning was different.
When prompted to give my order, I did. I asked for the new Double Sausage Breakfast Sourdough King (#13), with a Diet Dr. Pepper. The woman/young girl, taking my order asked me 4 times to clarify. There was clearly a language barrier as I could tell that she was struggling to repeat my words as I told them to her. Even when I asked, she never repeated my order. I honestly thought about just going around the car in front of me as I surely though my order would be wrong since there was a communication problem between myself and the young woman taking my order. As I approached the window she stuck out her hand, she did not tell me what the total was and I hadn't noticed it on the electronic screen. I was quickly given my bank card back with my drink and no receipt. I was placing the straw in my cup when the window opened again and a bag was basically tossed at me. I asked for ketchup but the window had already closed and the young lady apparently hadn't seen my hand gestures. With cares behind me I just figured I would be ok without the ketchup. I work in Conroe and usually eat my breakfast on the way to work. I left the Burger King at the above location and started towards my destination again. My first sip of my drink, I realized it was Dr. Pepper and NOT Diet. I thought, "Are you kidding me?" So my drink was not correct. As I sat in stopped traffic, I opened my sandwich wrapper and immediately realized that my sandwich was WRONG! It was bacon! I do not like bacon. On top of that I had FRIES instead of TOTS in the bag! I called the store and the person that answered acted like they could not speak English. I know this is not true or at least CAN NOT be true. I asked for a manager and was hung up on. I tried to call back, there was no voicemail and the phone rang and rang and rang.
I am extremely disappointed and angry. I threw away my entire breakfast, checked my back to realized that my card was charged $8.79 for a breakfast I tossed and I couldn't even give my complaint to the store.
For my sake, I hope that other people's experience with this location was like mine so that maybe this location will get management involved and correct the issues. I was treated very rudely, not given a receipt and on top of everything --- my entire order was wrong (down to the drink!) I believe that if people are going to be asked to work a drive-thru window, they need to be able to speak English. I think that if there wouldn't have been such a language barrier then my order may have been right, although I have no idea why I was treated so rudely. Guess it's all a management issue. I will not be back to this location. I will find somewhere else to take my morning business.

I am sorry but I don't like to complain but I went to this Burger King on Brambleton Rd and at first they didnt even know what to charge me for the food and when they did tell me how much it cost then went to pay and it was more then they said she over charged me and to top it off when I went to get my food the tray was nasty and I mean it was very nasty and they had my fries all over it, my hamburger was burnt I just couldn't believe it but while I was there they didnt even get another person food right either something needs to be done about this Fast Food Restaurant and I mean fast!

This morning I went to store number 7627and ordered breakfast for work. The bisquit was burnt hard and tasted old. I could not eat it and had to throw it away. Please improve this store. Our was at least correct but bisquit was horrible. I would had been embarrassed to serve such to a customer. when served food such as this makes you not want to return.

My daughter, grandson and myself went to burger king in the drive through for lunch, and upon leaving and retrieving our items from the bag... I unwrapped my two cheeseburgers I found them to be over compensated with mustard, the cheese was hard and dried out and the buns was like wise. egg normous burrito was cold
Hello Burger King Customer Service Representative, I ordered an eggnormous burrito combo today. Moments later when I got home (I only live one mile from the Burger King location), and I open my burrito wrapper. Not only was the burrito very cold, but the cheese wasn't even melted. I don't know what they did wrong, but I feel like I paid for a waste of food. I could not stand to eat it. The woman serving me was impatient and lacking of any kind of customer service care. As a working man myself, I try and treat my customers as family. Especially with the regulars (as I am a regular there). I felt unwelcome on top of receiving a cold meal. Usually I feel welcome, and the other staff and I are mutually kind to one another. Very sweet people.

On monday 04/09/2018 I entered my usual burger king on 280 broad st in providence a little after 6:30 pm I walked in because I want to grab a bite but I also needed to use the restroom urgently because i'm pregnant & could barely hold it. When I walked in to use the restroom before I ordered, I could over hear the guy behind the counter say "if you ain't buying nothing you might as well get out" I turned back & said "excuse me?!" he's response was "nothing" then I asked "is your bathroom working?" he said "yes it is" at this point he could have said you need 25 cents or purchase something. He had me walked all the way to the restroom, where I almost had an accident on myself. To end up walking back to the front to tell me "he don't make the rules"! Raising his voice in front of customer. With a full bladder I was suppose to order then wait to use the restroom? Luckily I found the 25 cents or I would've had an accident inside the restaurant! I would never spend another dollar at burger king ever! I dont care if the restaurant is in a bad area, you are suppose to deal with these situations much better! I've never seen this in wendy's, mcdonald's or any other fast food company! I was sooo disgusting & disappointed in this man actions.. I've never been treated like this anywhere else! It was such an unpleasant experience, I was so embarrassed.. I would never let anyone from my family spend money here again! Don't be pregnant and come here is all I got from this experience!

The Burger King on First Avenue here in Evansville Indiana has stopped using the usual Whopper sauce and substituted plain old mayo with no notice to their customers. This is a terrible change and kills the taste of the Whopper. This change is a big mistake and the locals don't acknowledge that a change has been made. Please help get the usual sauce back on my Wopper.

I would like to know what time are you broilers up? I have gone to store # 461 290 Oxmoor Road Birmingham, Al 35209 for approximately 3 weeks in a row to double a whopper. One of your most popular sandwiches only to be told that your broiler isn't up.
You advertise that you can get a whopper but your broiler are down. Are you not the flame broiler burger? I am very confused on this product not be available.
Also the cashier is dry and seem to be very sleepy and lazy in her response to you.
drive thru
I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, I drove back and asked for new sandwiches with cheese, the lady came back with the same sandwiches and I asked if they were the same and she said yes. I then requested that she bring me 2 new ones because they had gotten cold. She had me wait in the drive thru for more that five minutes, then handed me the bag. I drove out of the parking lot and when I unwrapped one of the sandwiches, it was the same cold sandwich as she originally had given me and I didn't even get an apology. I threw the sandwiches in the trash. If I wanted a cold sandwich, I would have bought one from a store that didn't cost me almost $8 . This is ridiculous that they think its ok to treat customers like this especially after I had to drive back and they refused to make me new sandwiches that were not cold. This was not the first time the employees at the Burger King on Hwy 27 in Haines City have messed up my orders. I usually just let thier mistakes go, but they were very insulting and thought it was funny. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and that includes my entire family.
whopper sandwich
I'm sending my receipt it has the date and such as well as the pictures. The tomatoes were so hard they were no where near being fit to put on a sandwich. Should have been put in the trash. But I guess they wanted to save money. Well look at the other picture the lettuce is an inch think. Yes had to throw that off the sandwich as well. Quaillity control is not being followed we know Burger King. And we expect them to be somewhat the same nomatter where you travel. This is probly why Sonic next door is so busy and your store is so slow.

I phoned in a complaint concerning my treatment at north Vancouver's burger king location. On the forth of April, I visited this location at about 11:30 am, having a 'coupon' for a hamburger, (with purchase of fries and a coke) theoretically given to me for participating in a survey, and printed on the back of a receipt from the same location. After doing the survey and writing a code number on the receipt, I had put it in my wallet. When I pulled out the receipt I noticed that the first part of the code had come off (even though in ink), because of the paper used (somewhat polished)by burger king. I pointed it out to the young girls serving at the counter, who where unsure if they could accept it. They turned to their 'supervisor', and elderly Asian woman with what was obviously a taken English name of Linda who I assume also took the role as trainer.
Not only would 'Linda' not take the coupon, but when I explained what must of happened responded with 'you tell me what the missing code is and we will take it' when I explained it was the fault of the paper itself, she then told me 'your problem is with burger king not me'. I countered that she represented burgerking, and asked if she thought I was lying to her, she again reiterated her stance and went on to say that the little piece of the missing code looked like different ink from the last four legible numbers. So now I am accused of lying, and attempting to defraud 'burgerking' of a hamburger. Linda was truly nasty; and worse, in a position of authority and or training of two young girls. I found it made me extremely angry, and very embarrassing in front of other customers. I am 68 years on the planet and I have never ever in my life been treated with such disrespect, and I never will again.
I was so angry that I had to refrain from filing a complaint, as I was furious, until I calmed down. The next day I filed a verbal complaint explaining the situation to 'Scott', who apologized took my information and said he would send out a coupon for a burger, which is all well and good, but not sufficient. He also said he would have the franchise holder call me to discuss the situation, that they took this very seriously etc. etc. . Apparently the franchisee does not bother with such things, because I have heard nothing at all, and no attempt has been made to contact me. In truth 'Linda" is a black eye for what was one of my favorite burger places, and should be let go, but as no one has bothered to follow up I can only guess that burgerking waiting staff can be the rudest people on earth and management could care less. Also the paper receipt material is inappropriate for writing on, I was there when a close friend used her 'coupon' which had suffered from the same fate, (with the code partially rubbed off), but fortunately "Linda" was there to insult her, and the couterperson excepted the coupon without incident.
A sixteen year old is a girl. a server telling a customer they are lying, and have cheated is disrespectful, not calling a young lady a girl. commenting on a strangers life experience, from a position of ignorance --- all should be on your resume.
grilled sourdough burger
As to your grilled sourdough Burger on a Toasted Bun in fact the bun is not toasted in the store it comes out of a package and it's been toasted somewhere else so basically it's a soggy wet roll the grilled sourdough part of the burger there are no grill marks on the Patty it looks like a Patty that came off the flat top at McDonald's I guess the days of grilling the burgers is over so stop advertising them as such

We go to burger king often. We usually go to the one in clearfield, pa 16830 on route 879. We were there on march 30th. I have never seen anything like it. Yelling to each worker. We wanted to place our order the one girl yelled do not take any more orders. So we just stood waiting. So unorganized. Behind the counter the floor was a mess. Food all over the floor. Some dingy looking uniforms. One guy was out front in regular clothes which were dirty. Finally they took our order 2 double whoppers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. We waited and waited. Finally we got our order. The sandwiches were not hot and fries. The whoppers were thrown together. By the soda counter it was a mess. We were so disappointed. We like burger king, but this one in clearfield, pa is getting worse. We would appreciate anything you can do for us. Hopefully this burger king will clean the place and have better workers. cheesy tots not permanent
Stop the bull and give us vegan and vegetarians and flat out cheese lovers the darn cheesy tots! So annoying to go to get cheesy tots and toast sticks etc only to go to mcdonalds or elsewhere due to cheesy tots being discontinued yet again. You never know if they will have them or not and it's annoying! What is the point beside losing customers and pissing us off! Who does market research at bk? A blind & def antisocial? Any search on google or facebook will quickly show the huge demand and aggravation of potential bk customers who go elsewhere due to bk not having the darn cheesy tots! Enough already pleeeeese!
spicy crispy chicken sandwich
Okay you guys totally mislead people into thinking that they will receive the sandwich that at lease looks like the one in the picture...I got a very tiny sandwich not even worth the money I paid. I took pictures of my sandwich so you can see. It's sad when you go to your favorite place to try out one of there new sandwichs and get completely ripped off..
