I visited Burger King on West Trenton Ave in Morrisville this morning. The service was horrible. Get to the speaker and the lady says take 2 minutes I will be with you in a minute. 45 seconds pas she comes back and I start my order
And she says, “wait I will be back”. I should have driven off then. I say ok the drive thru must be super busy, I cannot see the window from the speaker location. She comes back takes the rest of my order and says come to the window.
No Thank you, no amount nothing. She is in a serious rush. I get to the window, no cars and 1 customer in the store. I just think that is HORRIBLE! Cannot have a business without customers and her behavior will certainly scare customers away.
McDonalds is right across the street. Bad morning Burger King lady!

I visited the location on 3651 Lapalco Blvd. At or about 7:20 pm on this date, I had an online coupon for $8.99 for 2 whopper meals. I asked for the meals with onion rings we were given the total of $9.87 and paid with a debit card. We were then asked to park around the front of the store, we waited maybe 3 minutes and the male associate brought us our order when we checked the bag we told him that we had requested onion rings with the order he apologized and returned back in the location make the changes to the order, We waited at least 6 to 7 minutes and he returned with the order, we thanked him and continued on our way home. We then started to eat the onion rings and they were very hard and over cooked. I've tried calling the location but the phone is ringing a couple of times and then I am getting a busy signal. I myself am a Manager for Subway and I always try make sure the customers are satisfied and happy with there visit and food. But I truly didn't love my visit with Burger King tonight, it wasn't anything me having it my way at all. I truly tried to contact the store to speak to a manger before I submitted the complaint because like I said I deal with customers everyday and I would rather deal with them personally before it has to be brought to corporate.
It sounds like it was just one poor visit. They happen on occasion. Attempt to call the store again or visit that location with your receipt.

Born October 14th 9pm, I went to Burger King after watching a Burger King commercial to order a whopper sandwich despite the nearest Burger King being a 20 to 25 minute drive. Once arriving at Burger King I waited at least five minutes before I was even waited on and I was the first person in line. After finally ordering my sandwich I start looking behind the counter and what I saw was totally disgusting. My first impulse was to tell the manager to give me my money back and leave the store but I decided to wait. This wait was approximately 10 minutes which is totally unacceptable. Hawaiian clothes pictures of the serving area and also the dining area which was totally unacceptable disgusting and in my opinion at health hazard that's the only reason why I'm submitting this complaint. After getting home my two Whoppers didn't have tomatoes but was drowned in ketchup instead so I assume the store ran out of tomatoes lol. As a police officer I've been to hundreds of fast food establishments in my career and this by far is number one the most disgusting store I've ever been in. While working in Philadelphia I frequent the Burger King at Aramingo and Castor Avenue, their customer service is fantastic the store is always clean and the Claymont store could use Aramingo Burger King as a model. I can only imagine what happens at the Claymont store in the areas where customers cannot see I will never ever patronize the store ever again.
original chicken sandwich combo
I went to my local Burger King last night, I've always ordered the orinal chicken sandwich. On last night the order was not completed the way I asked, the chicken was overly cooked, so it made it dry, the lettuce that was on the sandwich was actually bad (pictured below) and what was there was scarce. This actually made up half the lettuce and as you can see it's rotten but it was still put on the sandwich. I had to throw half of that away before I could eat it. They were very slow but the wait wasn't as bad as the food. Had a very long day did not go back, didn't bother to call cuz they don't do anything about it anyway... Very DISSATISFIED

I placed an order at the new Burger King in town. After sitting in the drive-thru to approximately 25 to 30 minutes, I finally got my food. The wait wasn't a humongous issue since I know when there is a new business in town, it usually stays busy for awhile. What bothered me was the fact that I had a minute amount of French fries when I got home and eventually opened my bag to eat. Also, it looks like I was overcharged for my order. I was supposed to get a free whopper with the order of a fry & drink...which a small fry & drink was rung up as almost $6.00. I COULD HAVE PURCHASED 2 WHOPPERS FOR THAT PRICE! I am quite irritated with Burger King. I went to a different Burger King just this past weekend, and I'd asked for it to be made a certain way. I got home, opened it, & it was made incorrectly. Rather than trying again, I guess I'll go to McDonald's.

Chasity Moore kept a job for a employee while was arrested and taking to jail when another employee went to jail she was told that she was not a rehire and I feel like its a conduct of interested there they lie about making others managers then keep jobs for a person that went to jail no call no show and Shi is in training for a mangers postion in the Brenham burgerking with thief on her record the employer name is Jessica Hawkins I feel like it was wrong and chastity Moore hired another lady and lied to her about uniforms and Richard bring them she has the text messages where chastity sent her hired her and she sent her a I'm professional text saying they went with someone eles that's not a business I feel like the are very I'm professional especially chastity Moore she is a snake and I feel they need to really look into people background before hiring them. Chasity Moore is a big liability to this business..

i visited your establishment last week dated 11th October 2017
i came to burger king with my partner and 4 children we came for dinner as my son has just had heart surgery and wanted to eat at his favorite restaurant
the staff was unhelpful when it came to no toilet roll toilet saying they will replace in a minute with my son in toilet waiting and still after 10mins no show our food was cold by the time we got to eat it and when i complained they said they had to serve other customers first so we walked out and through the food away this is very upsetting as we have four children and the food cost us nearly £40 and it was wasted and we are only a one parent working family so dont eat takeaway often this is very distressing that a restaurant is run so poorly and staff so unhelpful
big fish meal combo
I visited Darlington D.C. Burger king today ordered a big fish meal and an extra big fish sandwich drove 3 miles back home ready to prepare the meal for my elderly Parents to find both sandwiches had crispy brunt buns, no lettuce or tomato on the sandwiches. Called back to the restaurant spoke with Chris the mgr he said I told him what I had gotten and didn't have time to drive back there had to get to work all he could say was he was sorry but upper mgmt was talking to them and they rushed the order. I didn't appreciate his response or my order. I GIVE 100% on my job and would like for them to do the same. window workers
I was at the Burger King in lake City Florida, going through the drive through and waiting on my food to get through the window. As I was sitting there I witness a young lady her name tag said Megan on it, step onto the counter where the cups, cash machine and drink dispenser was and get something from onto of the drink dispenser. Yes, she stepped onto the place where she put my drink, and my daughters drink 3 minutes before hand. Then I notice she had her own drinking cup( it was clear with brown drink in it) sitting on the drink dispenser as she continued to sip from it and sit it back down which BOTH are very unsanitary and disgusting to me. Even worse her manager watched her do it and didn’t say a single thing about it.
I would like to confess that none of this really happened. I made it up because Megan and the manager witnessed me yelling and swearing at my daughter. She was in the front seat with me and I started hitting her because I was angry at her.I made this up to cause trouble for both of them because I found out that they reported me to CPS who showed up at my door. They told me that my daughter cannot sit in the front seat and that I have to get a car seat for her.They also told me that if i don't attend anger management classes that I could have my daughter placed in foster care. THat this was just a warning and that they would keep in contact with me with weekly meeting. I was so angry at her for reporting mee that I made all of this up.
going through the drive through
I was going through the drive through and I had forgotten my wallet so I was going to use my Apple Pay to pay for my food if it could be done. I had no problem with going back to get my wallet but I figured I'd try. Once I asked the cashier about it all she did was laugh at me. So of course I asked for a manager, then the manager laughed at me as well.
So I left, I just really feel like they could of atleast not laughed at me.

My wife grandkids stopped at Burger King on Oct 15 th2017 at 6:30 pm stood waiting for 15 minutes at the counter no one tried to help us I know there was only 3 employees there but they took care of people going to the drive through just fine no acknowledgement from any of the employees my wife complained to the manager all he said we have 3 employees working whining he made no offer to make it right like a discount or sorry we're busy but like I said dive thru customers ordered after us got taken care off never been treated like this at Burger King so no more of my business and I will tell others not to eat there horrible customer service

i come to this burger king alot & just live down the street. denver corner of alameda and sheridan. i have app on my phone and there is a black lady marcelaina always telling me she can't get app code to work so i don't get to eat. she is also not very friendly or polite when she deals with me. i am disabled and have little money and cannot afford to pay regular prices and have to rely on app for savings. i am 54 years old and have native american blood so i know what discrimination is all about. it is always hard to prove but i know she is a racist. i am getting tired of her treating me like she does not have to serve me. what can you do about this?

10/14/2017 store number 3836, ordered a double whopper with cheese, tomato and onion and ketchup. what I got was a double whopper no cheese no ketchup lettuce and tomato. I sent it back and what I got was a single whopper with no cheese ketchup, lettuce and onion. I sent it for a third time what I got was a double whopper with cheese, tomato, onion and this time no ketchup. this time I got the store manager and all could say was sorry. really wtf kind of people you got working here. they all were clearly not paying attention and did not care. btw when I asked for buffalo sauce in my original order I did not get it either neither did she acknowledge it. is proper customer service a hard concept for toy people. also did not get a receipt with my order. neither was I asked if I wanted one.

I stopped at a Burger King in Earle, Arkansas on my vacation. I ordered a Crispy Buffalo Chkn Melt. It was the worst I have ever eaten! The associate pour so much sauce I couldn't eat the bun. It was dripping with sauce. The bun was so soggy and I had to wipe the chicken and unmelted cheese in order to eat it. I will never recommend this place again. What a disappointment this was. Someone needs to show these people how to fix a good sandwich.

Arrived 7:50 pm on October 13, 2017, with my wife and her aged parents. They sat down while I stood to order. Waited for quite some time with no one acknowledging me. Instead I had to listen to arguing in English and Spanish among the employees. They looked unkempt and acted unprofessional. Some acted like they didn't know what they were supposed to do, while one woman was bossing some. When I told my family, "Let's get out of here", one of the pitiful employees yelled "Good Bye!"
This is also the second time I have seen this store at night with its lights turned off. There is an unlit Burger King logo sign on the building but it is not listed as a Burger King on the Burger King website which is very odd. Please check into this operation immediately...something isn't right!

So I went to South belt burger king in saint joseph missouri early this morning to get some breakfast but I also got something I didnt ask for. There were two people behind the counter being so very disrespectful arguing and cursing and its just totally unacceptable. People shouldnt go somewhere to get a meal and have to sit and listen to that crap or watch people fight. I bought breakfast at Burger King on Tyler and Central in Wichita Kansas for me and my grandson we go in there every Friday because he has an appointment out that way and I take him to the appointment we eat breakfast at Burger King and then I take him on to school after we left I took my drink with me and I love to eat my eyes so I opened the top to begin to eat the ice with the drink was all gone and there was a big water type bug beetle and my drink I was already almost back across town because I do not live on that side of town so I didn't go back to the store but I called and no one answered several times I left a message and ask them to call me but no one has called me at this time my name is Julie Williams my phone number is [protected] I would like to hear from someone and have some type of compensation. On october 12th at 5:45pm at the cherry hill, nj burger king on rt38 I bought a chicken parmesean sandwich and chicken garden salad the fries were extremely-extremely salty the chicken inside the salad was improperly prepared it was cut into two slices one 7/8 and a 1/8 it looked like they just threw the meat right on in there without care the parmesan sandwich wasn't to bad it was a little sloppy but atleast tasted good it was the only enjoyable part of th meal

Your Blackfoot Idaho store could use a class in food allergies. I am deathly allergic to onions. If I come into contact with onion or the oil that onions have I have a severe life threatening reaction. I asked them to double check my order. They did not even look. I paid and got my two whoppers with cheese with NO ONION. I got two whoppers. No cheese and lots of onions. I had to throw both away in the garbage. I wasted 6.36 that I could not even give to my wife who s like me. Allergic to onions. Now today I ask for a dr. Pepper and a coke. Not even right there either. Neither. Root beer. Yuck! He people in the drive through need to start doing quality assurance. That's what I do for a living. Two faults requires me to do a line shut down and figure out what the issues are, fix the problems and continue manufacturing with controls until the issues are non existent. I think you need to start doing that. It's not like we can take it back to the store when we are on the interstate highway.
