My friend and I went to store # 3975 in North Dartmouth, Ma. on Saturday July 22nd. I ordered a hot coffee, the cashier was very nice. She(Ashley) got me my coffee and it was luke warm. The manager was right there ( I never left the counter area). Manager came over and asked what was wrong, I told her the coffee wasn't hot. She put her finger in it and said it's luke warm . I told her I didn't want to drink luke warm coffee and she said she would microwave it. I said after you just put your finger in it, are you kidding me. She then got mad and had an attitude. Ashley looked at her and said, it is from this morning. She was so upset with Ashley, poor sweetheart ! I was and still am very upset with her attitude !

Hello my Name is Tiesha Tate and I been working at Burger King for 4 months and I haven't been getting any hours and only been working 2 days out of the week and then last week I had the whole week off . The frist incident I have encounter when I never got Trained right the manager told me that I have to learn on my own and how o don't know how to do anything as far as Expedite food and handing out orders to the customers which I know how too and also I been getting called off and it's really been hard for me because I am a really hard worker and I just want more experience for the near future.

So I went into burger king about a week ago to get some food I went up to the counter ordered my food the cashier seemed like he was annoyed with each customer, anyways I ordered a triple whopper with cheese no lettuce or pickepickles and a small fry... got home washed my hands so I could eat looked at my whopper and it was one single patty with lots of lettuce and six pickles the food was not warm it was gross it looked like they just threw it together and didn't care... I wanted to go back but it was pouring rain and I didn't want to go back out.. that burger was just nasty...

Bought 2 chicken Royale meals at Burger King at hurghada ariport in Egypt. Service good.
I ordered 1 with just lettuce and mayo and 1 just mayo. These was the best tasting chicken Royale I've ever tasted BUT I've had the most awful upset stomach since. I had the one with lettuce and my daughter had the one without and she is fine.
Both of us hadn't eaten for 6 hrs previously so it is my belief that it was the lettuce in my burger which was contaminated. This also happend last year despite getting through 2 weeks at our hotel with no such problems.
I think you must make sure that the salad is washed with bottled water.

My chicken wasn't even warm. My bread was burnt and I ordered a large fry and got a medium. The restrooms are dirty. I was there on July 24 2017 and July 25 2017. Today my fries felt like I was biting into week old fries. And my burger didn't even have pickles on it when I got two cheeseburgers and a small Fry and small drink. Ad my small fry was so much larger than my large fry yesterday
Today I visited bk for lunch had a buy one get one free whooper well my only complaint was that for the second time my bread was stale not toasted and the sandwich fell apart I really like bk but this is turning me away from your food please try and fix this so I can come back home thanks
the way the employees were cleaning
I walked in to the Burger King in Gardnerville, NV and first thing that I saw was an employee dumping a bucket of cleaning solution on the ground, as he did that it splashed up on some condiments, and some buns. I walked right out. I know this is the incorrect way to do this, and it was very disgusting because the solution was very dirty. So please resolve this.

I only ordered a Burger Meal, by using one of the machine near the entrance. However, it charged me $108.86. Also, I never got the receipt that surprised me when I saw how much was charged on my bank statement.
The card I used for the purchase was a Master Card (Issued from South Korea), and the last four digits on the card is 2953.

chicken parm sandwich
On 7/21/2017 I purchase a chicken parm sandwich, two fish sandwiches and an original chicken sandwich. The commercial makes the chicken parm sandwich look so good but not so, my sandwich was a tough piece of meat . I took just a couple bites and threw it out. The fish sandwiches were burnt. All in all I spent $23. on terrible meals. Your meals are very over priced especially on the quality of your food. The store was on Welsh Rd in Phila pa . I did not receive a receipt with my purchase so I don't know the store number.I would like a refund if possible.

Never have had a problem with Burger King until today. There was a cockroach that crawled out of my bag when I sat down to eat at my place and then there was a half eaten chicken nugget in my brothers bag. This occurred near 10:45 to 11pm on July 24th in Lawrence at 4671 Bauer Farm Drive. I quickly decided to throw my food away and not eat it. I hope this issue gets resolved and I can get my money back at least.

I'm sitting in the Burger King in Sonora CA! First off this place is gross and filthy dirty, the food is stale and really cold straight up horrible I wouldn't feed this to my dog! The restrooms are foul the sinks look as if someone took a bath in them the urinals look as if they haven't been cleaned in two years I almost asked for my money back it's that bad!

I have been to this burger king several times and every time I have been there the service is horrible and they close whenever they feel like closing. you never know what the service or food will be like. I have found hair in my food. they are close and convenient for me to go there that is why I kept going. I will no longer go there and I will tell all my friends to not go there there is plenty of other fast food restaurants in our area to go to with this one being on the very bottom of my list.

Where are the tacos... Everyone I talk to remembers these delicious tacos that would appear one day then gone... Please bring them back... Live on the east coast so can't even substitute jack in the box. Please say they will be back! These had to be a money maker for bk. Better than taco bell all the way around. We recently stumbled on one of your managers Facebook profiles where underneath his job description says"working like a n[censor]" this manager is in the rhode island area of providence his name is micheal Lonardo. He has multiple pictures with him in his BK uniform. Me and my fiance find this extremely vulgar, racist and unethical. Me as a veteran of the army have served along side all races colors shapes and sizes and seing such hate and racism in his Facebook sickens us. I have taken pictures of the post along with his name and picture. We believe such racism should not be allowed in your company, there are hard workers all shapes and colors providing for families. Me and fiance believe he should be fired immediately to prevent spreading any further hate, we refuse to eat in an establishment where racism would be looked over, as well as anyone who sees this picture and post. Good afternoon, I went to the Burger King here at (12008 Elam Rd
Balch Springs, TX 75180 United States) Today at around 5:30 PM. I ordered my food like normal paid at the first window and when I got to window 2 I realized that I forgot to order an Oreo shake so I polite asked the drive thru attendant if I could order an Oreo shake and she told me no that I'd have to go all the way around with not so customer friendly attitude. So I did and the attendant from window one was in disbelief that they told me to do so. Once I got to the second window I asked to speak to the manager and told her the issue, she apologized and assured that she was going to talk to the woman that told to go all the way around. At the end of it all; although the manager was very polite I still did not feel that justice was made, in still extremely upset and shocked that this behavior will go on with a slap one the wrist. Hello, today my son and I ordered a 2 for 10 whopper meals and two orders of nuggets through the drive through. We purchased our food and we're asked to go to the parking lot out front and they will bring it out to us (very common for this location). After waiting 9 minutes I went inside and checked to see if they had forgotten about us. The hamburgers were sacked up but they were "waiting on the nuggets". I went out to my vehicle and waited another 5 minutes and went back inside again. The nuggets were waiting on holder and when she saw me she sacked them up as well. I then asked if the burgers were cold and she told me I can check them, as I did. They were cold and when I told her they were cold she shrugged her shoulders and turned and walked away. When I got home with the cold burgers we seen that the patties were all broken up and in pieces on the burger. This location often forgets my food and is a long wait, but this food that I payed nearly 15.00 for was horrible not to mention the experience. The location is Washington and 10th in Kennewick, Wa.

waited for 10 minutes from 7:40-7:50 pm at the menu board without any customer service in giving my Order...3 cars behind me were mad at me sitting at menu board and doing nothing..i told them that I have been waiting for 10 minutes...and so I left not happy and my Order not taken...this location has had its problems before but nothing like today. burger king employee (woman) told me ...hunny..we are short staffed and would get to me . I told her that the service was terrible..

gift card inability to redeem
I have attempted to make purchase with the gift cards to no avail. Every time that I have attempted make purchases I was told by the mangers of the stores that the internet used to redeem the cards was not functioning properly, therefore I would have use another method of payment. For me It was cash on three separate occasions.
I would like your corporation to make good the gift cards that have caused me a lot of inconveince and frustration.
I would like your corporation to make good the gift cards either by cash or some instrument that would allow me to make the purchases without all the hassle.

ketchup in the dispensers
I often visit many locations in the Cleveland Ohio area and they all have one thing in common, the ketchup in the dispensers are VERY thin. When you put it on your fries it will drip off and not even add much flavor . I did compare what came out of the dispenser to what was on my burger and they were two different colors and consistency. What comes in the to go packs of ketchup are fine and are more like what comes on the burgers. I do like ketchup and I find that this problem keeps me from going in and getting a burger and fries. I do want to be clear, this is a many different locations and over the last year or more this has been the case. I also may add I have Never seen this thin, runny and pale looking ketchup any other place but at your stores.
