Burger King Service in the drive thru

I placed an order at the drive thru of Burger King located at 940 US Highway 9 South Amboy, NJ 08879. The asst manager Spencer was extremely rude and obnoxious. My order was over priced because the cashier didn't include my coupon. She said she would have to get an over ride from the manager. Spencer looked at me and told the cashier Cynthia we are short staff and can't do it. There were no other cars in line behind me. I don't know if it was because I am a black man or she was just having a bad day. I told the cashier let me speak to the manager. Spencer came to the window and refused to amend my order. I have the entire conversation recorded and I told her I would be reporting her to corporate, she replied so what, I don't consent to this recording. I will not be going back there, she needs to learn better people skills.

Burger King Discrimination! And refusal of service!

On the date of 11/05/22. I arrived at the burger king located at 603 Fm 1960 West, Houston, TX 77090. At around 4:48 PM. The employee unlocked the west side door. And informed me that I would be served after the customers at the counter. But because they were short-handed. I would have to wait until the others were served. A person who claimed to be the Manager. Was outside with me. I informed him that I was to be served next. He said " I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOU! " I then after the lobby was opened. I was refused service by the Manager that I helped to get inside. This was personal. I'm very offended. I plan to take legal action. Slavery Is Over!

Desired outcome: This person needs to be terminated ASAP! This is still America!

Burger King coupons

a while back in october 21, we went to Burger King in Rapid City, SD on East North St. We had 2 coupons for a Whopper meal for 6.99, One was for my husband and the other was for my grandson, who was buying his own.The coupons were good until the end of october. We had to go through the Drive thru because the lobby was close. They would not take either coupon and it ended up costing a lot more than I had planned. They said we could use them next time. My husband was really upset. I want to file a complaint about that burger king. I will not go back.

Burger King Employee rudeness

BK store location #470. After years of being a faithful customer, and forgiving multiple mistakes (we're only human), I am finally no longer patronizing this location. I have worked nearby for over 12 years. This morning, I pulled up to the drive thru, studied the menu (for pricing), and ordered 2 Croissan'wich's for the posted price of 2 for $4.00. The woman told me it would be $5.55. I corrected her and was told the price went up. Whenever I pointed out their sign said $4.00, not $5.00, she said, "I know. The price went up. We just haven't changed the sign yet." I told her to cancel my order. "What?" Cancel my order! I repeated. She responded as I drove away..."okay. I don't know why ya'll gotta get an attitude." That's when I decided that with McDonalds right next door, I would not be back. Also, Sonic, Taco Bell, and Arby's are across the street, with KFC a block down. I will take my years of "attitude" somewhere else.

Desired outcome: I don't want this to happen to someone else. Change the sign first and then tell the customers that it went up. And keep employee attitude to themselves when the speaker is still on.

Burger King Latest Burger King Commercial

I'm not sure who the genius was who decided to, not only re-write the Burger King jingle, but to do it horribly, should be sent to live with Burger Chef and Jeff.

The only way this commercial could be worse would be if it were longer.

It sounds nothing less than ridiculous, especially to those who remember the original was a catchy tune with well-written lyrics. This crapfest sounds like what someone who spent the entire night being over-served, then, swerving his car into Burger Kiing, and making this tragic tune up while he's waiting in line to slur his order to the hard working folks on the other side of the microphone.

You've managed to make the average Burger King customer seem like a poorly-educated idiot, who can barely string words together

Burger King Food at Burger King

I was at Burger King -198 Thomaston Ave, Waterbury, CT 06702 - around 8 on Sunday 10/30/2022 after a long day at Lake Compunce. We waited the drive thru line and order our food, 2 orders of chicken nuggets with fries and 2 cheeseburgers for out 2 children. My husband wanted to order more food (for himself) and he didn't because the food server had such a bad attitude while taking out orders. We pulled up, pay and received our food. To come to find out, she was by herself working, maybe that's why she was cranky! I also ask for my receipt, and she said she couldn't provide that for us because the machine ran out of paper. The children usually finish their food but this time NOOO- not this time. They gave the rest to my husband; my husband took a bite and said the chicken is COLD and was the burger! He asks the kids if the nuggets were hot before, they said NO! This was the worse experience we had at Burger King. We will never go back and will tell all of our family/friends not to go there. We never have had a bad experience like this in Stamford since that is where we are from. BYE WATERBURY BURGER KING! DISGUSTING AND COLD FOOD!

Desired outcome: I would love some type of compensation. Thanks!

Burger King my food

Yes my husband and I went to Burger King in Toccoa Ga about 4:21 pm today and ordered 2 $5.00 whopper jr meals with the nuggets fries and drinks. My food was terrible. I always request that my food is cooked fresh. Most of the employees or whomever is working get an attitude bc i request my food to be cooked fresh. I dont want any food that has been left over from lunch time. My whopper jrs were dry and the buns were so hard you could through them through a window and break it out. Burger King is my all time favorite restaraunt. And the way they do things here at this restaraunt is ridiculous. I would appreciate if you could resolve this issue for me in a timely matter. Thank you

Desired outcome: To get a refund or get free food cooked fresh and an apology would be great as well

Burger King Janesville WI Burger King Out of product

I went to the Burger king on 2624 Milton Ave Janesville.

Was going to have the 5 Dollar meal deal one for me and one for husband. I found out they are out of nuggets. So ok I will get something else then. I say can I have 2 whoppers and a large Fry my husband and I will share a fry. She says we are out of container for large fries. Offers no other solution like 2 smalls, I wouldn't have even cared if they dumped the fries in a bag.

I worked customer service for 14 yrs this was just wrong

This Burger king has really gone down hill.

I love the Whopper but this place is just not a good Burger King. My kids and I never missed a Whopper Wednesday when they were young.

I will have to drive twice as far to the other Burger King from now on.

Burger King Refund not received

After successful transaction from UPI bk employee told they haven't received payment and I had to pay twice to get my order. I still haven't recieved my refund for that transaction.

Burger King Poor Mangement

Went to Burger King on Cortez Blvd in Brooksville, Fl on 10/30/2022. Got 2 Whopper meals and handed the employee a $20 bill. Giving change back, he said he had no quarters. I said dimes will work. He replied, I don't have any dimes. I was short changed about .70 cents. No big deal, but why did I have to take the loss? Poor manager in that location. How much extra did that store take in on this date?

Burger King Whopper and chicken

First of all I love bk. I’m a huge fan of the whopper, and I love the chicken too but the restaurant near my house has routinely been serving room temp or cold burgers and chicken sandwiches. I really don’t want to have to drive to mcDs I Love BK. They just need to step up the quality and customer service. The whopper was cold and it took 15 mins to arrive, it was ridiculous. and than i ordered a spicy ch'king sandwich and i had to wait at least 10 mins and it wasnt even heated properly

Burger King The worst customer service ever!!!

Corporate Management Team,

I am age (55) and grew up on the Burger King Whopper. I stopped by your location today (Store #20-2631 S. State Road 7) and ordered a BOGO WHOPPER MEAL, which is a buy one get one meal sandwich only. The attendant SANDRA asked me for my order and then preceded to ask for my coupon code, which I gave her. She then explained to me that they only had (4) digits codes and the Royal Member Platform continued to give me (6) digit offer codes. I then asked her if she could look at my computer screen and she said "no", I then asked if she could have a manager to meet me at the window and she explained that she was the Manager. In the interim of my wait, she huffed and puffed and sucked her teeth. I then articulated that the customer service was ridiculous, and I would just pay full price for both sandwiches and handle the matter with corporate. To my surprise when I got to the window there was a very professional Hispanic woman who articulated that they do indeed accept the ROYAL program code and input it for Sandra without issue. It was the intensity and the level of rudeness for me. I have a video of the incident and was stunned by the event as it unfolded, and my video only captured (75%) of the incident. As a former School Assistant Principal, Principal and now College Administrator, I have learned that those who we employ don't always exemplify the core values in which we as an organization subscribe to, with that said I am not going to take the incident further as this is my "first" negative encounter at and with Burger King. Burger King Food

Date of incident: 10/26/2022

Approximate time 4:15 pm

Went through drive thru as the dining room is not open yet; why it's not is a mystery as all the fast food restaurants have their dining rooms open.

I ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese, hershey sundae pie & med sprite with no ice. I get the order & the sandwich is cold; so I gave back to cashier & they told me to drive around to other side and they would fix another one. When they finally bring out to the car the sandwich was still cold. I got mad & threw the bag. This is the first time. The last time which was approximately 10-13 days ago; I was already home which is less than a mile; I had to throw that one away & I didn't call to complain. I don't own a microwave so there was no way to reheat.

With the current order I got home & I called to talked to manager; the guy who answered said he was a manager but he was talking to a lady to get answers as he didn't know how to handle this. I told him I wanted a refund and that I would pick up in am on 10/27/2022. They took my first name and wrote it down.

When I get there this morning; they were closed & sign on door said "no staff"

So I wasn't able to get refund. Plus the cashier at 'to go window' was so confused about the money I handed him. I gave him cash with 2 pennies, he didn't know what to do with the pennies. I had to tell him to key in 11.02 & that would give me back the change I wanted.

I don't know if this is a franchise or is owned by corp; but it is need of remodeling and clean up.

Burger King food quality

Never so disappointed in all of my time Today I visited my local Burger King on Houston Rd.in Florence, Ky. This location is about 5 minutes from my home. Almost always my food including the fries are just as hot as if they came out of the fryer. Todays the fries were luke warm to say the best. Also my order included chicken fries which to say they were even warm would be a stretch of the imagination. Maybe it was the use of a coupon that I got food that was prepared too far in anticipated lunch rush and was under the heat lamp too long.. The only thing that was the correct temperature was my senior size Sprite. Upon getting home my son noticed that the girl taking my order never asked if I wanted any sauce with my chicken fries, never got any nor catsup for my fries either. My son who has been employed in the hospitality business for more than 40 years said that the girl taking the order was definitely new and unexperienced. So concludes my lengthy complaint.

Desired outcome: Replacement via coupon or credit or gift certificate

Burger King Unsanitary & poor customer service

Hello,

Visited the following Burger King location on 10/9/22 and had a horrible experience. After placing my order and requesting that the fries have no salt and nuggets be fresh I proceeded to go to the restroom to wash my hands. The bathroom did not have any soap, I informed cashier and she informed manager. Manager stated that they would be closing in 5 minutes and I response, "So I can't wash my hands?" Cashiers rude response was I guess not. I was annoyed but decided to let it go, after receiving my order I noticed that it was not executed property or accurately. I requested that I get a refund for my husband and my order. I was informed by manager Marlene that in order to get a refund I had to return all the food. I stated that my 6 year old son was very hungry and already started to eat his food that if she was really asking me to take his food away. manager confirm yes. I grabbed my son's food and returned it to manager and was fully refunded. When I asked her for the store managers contact information she pointed to the entrance door and stated that the number was posted on the door. The only number posted on the door was Burger Kings feedback and comments number. I asked her again for the store manager's contact number and was that is the only number she has. I know for a fact that she has the store managers contact information as well as the District Manager (which I asked for as well) because I worked for Burger King for 4 years. With my son still be hungry I went to Round Table pizza across the parking lot and it was a total difference customer service experience. Burger King failed in providing a sanitary environment in which its customer's could wash their hands before eating which seems very irresponsible with the current COVID pandemic still at rise. Thank you

Desired outcome: They need to be made aware that for health purposes they must always have soap available to customer. Makes me uncertain if they are following or skipping other county health/food industry requirements and regulations.

Burger King Poor Customer Service

Greetings this Sunday morning,

SO! Do you or do you not offer a senior citizen discount? If so, it seems that West St in Wichita hasn't gotten the message. I KNOW I have received the senior discount there previously for my Eggnormous burrito. Today, I was told,again, at West St that no discounts were offered when I know darned good and well they do.

The same thing has previously happened at S. Seneca.

If you DO offer senior discounts then the manager on West St needs to be disciplined not only for poor customer service but also for her rudeness.

In my opinion, management just needs to get their stuff together.

If you DON'T offer senior discounts then I apologize and will never enter a BK again.
