Management Attitude at Dayville, CT BK
Every time we attempt to place an order with the BK app at the Dayville, CT location on Putnam Rd., we encounter difficulties. Every time we utilize the app for this particular store, we end up having to get out of the drive thru line, parking our vehicle and going inside the restaurant. Most often, the personnel are incapable of resolving even minor issues and we have to speak with management. The management staff at this location are rude, disrespectful and completely devoid of any customer service training. We have been subject to this ourselves as well as observed management interacting with other customers in an inappropriate manner. Yesterday evening, a manager basically told my wife not to patronize their restaurant any more. It was pouring rain. The line for the drive thru was long and there were multiple vehicles parked in the lot with people sitting in their cars appearing to use their phone. I can only assume they were experiencing difficulty with the app as well. This has been a long occurring event. It is not a recent development. How is it that one of the world's largest corporations can't develop a working app? If this restaurant is independently owned, the owner should be made cognizant of the terrible attitude displayed by their administrative staff. You can't even call to speak with someone as you are directed to a 3rd party complaint taker. It's no wonder this location has a 2-star review on Yelp. I would surmise that if Yelp allowed for zero star reviews, the aggregate score would be even less. In a world where we have numerous choices, it would behoove this corporation to re-educate their poorly trained personnel by instructing them how to properly deal with a customer. Especially when the dissatisfaction arises out of the error of the restaurant or its staff.

Drive thru at 1267 South State Rd 7, N Lauderdale. First of all it took forever to order. I falsely assumed that the person in front of me was ordering for like a family of 20 that's how long it was taking. Then when it got to my turn I was told to hold on for a few minutes then I was finally able to order. Pulled up to the window waiting behind the same car again falsely assuming that they're 20 people order was being fulfilled.. Only to find out they were handed one bag and drove off. I think I to the window young lady was very nice i'll admit that I paid got two of my drinks then literally waited for 10 minutes at minimum they didn't have anything ready except for the two drinks which by the way we're disgusting. Then the people in the cars behind me started getting antsy looking at me as if i'm the cause of their waiting when I look back shrug my shoulders like it's not me. After getting my food and getting home only to get a whopper with soggy bread undercooked and nasty drinks for my family and i. At this point in time I was tired and ready to go home and was very upset and didn't want to have to go out and drive back to that same place to deal with those people. I don't know what kind of stuff they have but they work slower sloths. Overall I think my time spent there was about 25 minutes between waiting to order and picking up my food.
Desired outcome: A gift card no lesser than the amount spent or total a refund.

The Burger King location in Penrose Plaza, 2900 Island Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153 will not give you a receipt unless you specifically ask for it. They claim the paper costs too much money. None of the other fast food stores, which I have been in, do this.
While this might seem to be a minor issue I feel it needs to be addressed. If you paid with a debit or credit card what proof, other than the receipt, would you have if a larger amount is charged to you. Even when paying with cash you should be able to see what you were charged for and the amount.
Coffee
This is the second occurrence in year.
The first time I went inside and asked to have coffee with my meal. Knowing full well that when coffee sits awhile it gets stale especially in the afternoon. So I requested for them to make me a new fresh brew. The girl went over to talk to another worker where I could not see or hear. She came back and claimed the coffee machine was broken.
Today on 11/25/22 I went there again and asked for coffee with my meal. I asked if there was any coffee made. Again a girl went over to talk to someone about it. The girl came back and said sorry, no. I walked out.
Never again.
Desired outcome: For the manager to get with the program. And why does anyone who is taking orders need to ask permission. Poor quality service. They need to get trainings from Chick-fil-A.

I go to the Burger King on Mount Vernon rd in Cedar Rapids,IA.
It has attitude from parcelly raw birder, presenting a coupon and getting stale food.
Manger switching present different problems. Today I went into the place to find the floor at the entrance slimmy to be able to slip and fall. Not icy but slimmy. Tables are difficult to find a clean one for as quiet as the interior showed when I visited.
You have great French fries for sure. But it is not welcoming when managers display attitude and not service examples or aides.
I can not eat there anymore. I look whoppers too.
Desired outcome: Umm gets these managers aware of their place not themselves. Step up and in with the employees not money.

This evening at around 6pm, I tried to get service at the Burger King on Jericho Turnpike in Gerden City Park, NY. I was the only customer in the store and could not get service. I spoke to a woman who said she could not serve me. She called to a woman she called Jenny but got no response. I tried again and again to get service and finally left. I will never buy from Burger King again.
Overcharging sales tax (Burger King #29438)
This Burger King location is, and has been overcharging sales taxes since its opening. The register is charging 8.5%, but the City of Victoria’s sales tax rate is 8.25%.
This is the second time I visited this location and both times I was overcharged the sales tax by 0.25%. I communicated this both times to the store manager without any action. The second time (11/23/2022 12:33 PM), the manager was rude and said there was nothing he can do about it.
Desired outcome: Refund my $0.04. $0.01 and $0.03 (this receipt)Correct the sales tax rate being charged at this store immediately. I am also notifying the Texas State Comptollers office to audit this location if not corrected immediately.
Two incorrect orders and a nasty manger
My husband & I decided to treat ourselves to dinner this evening. Our first order wasn't even close to what we ordered. So we returned it to be corrected. The burgers were corrected "somewhat (still incorrect) but they placed the orgininal fries and onion rings back in the bag which were stone cold and uneatable. I called the store. The manager I spoke with was such a nasty, smart mouthed woman. She made a bunch of excuses. Direct quote from her was"didn't you see the sign on the window that we are training"like this a reason for such an experience. She was argumentative with me on the phone then hung up on me. I was understandly frustrated after two attempts to just have the food that was ordered in an eatable manner. She said we would have a credit for our next visit. No coupons and since we paid"cash" there would be no record of our visit for which this credit could or would be applied. With inflation, no one can afford to waste money or food in this manner. Totally unacceptable customer service especially from a manager. She needs retraining badly. We will never visit again as this is the second time we have had a bad experience. I believe in second chances and having been a server myself in the past, I understand mistakes can & will happen but this was a bit over-the-top. Nothing was done to correct this situation! I will not waste my money on trying to eat here again! Which is sad, because we do enjoy the burgers!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $14.50. manager to undergo retraining or demoted.
I was at your store 1812 (Ocean Gateway, Easton, M.D. today 11/17/22.
I ordered two original chicken sandwiches and was charged $6.99 x 2 sandwiches. The total I was charged was $21.90 for two original chicken sandwiches, a chocolate shake and a small coke. The total should have been $12.68. When I questioned the female manager about why I was not given the special of (2 mix n match) for $6.00? She refused to give me the refund stating "she could not give me the special price because I didn't say I was ordering 2 chicken sandwiches ahead of time.
Desired outcome: I would like for this issue to be addressed to said store (1812) manager and for a refund to be issued to me in the amount of $9.22 and an apology from the female manager at store 1812.

On 11/14/22, at about 6pm, my husband and I decided to go to Burger King in Poplar Bluff, MO for a cheap meal. I got the new chicken bacon sandwich, thinking I would try something different. This is concerning store located at 189 Palm Bay Rd Ne, West Melbourne, FL 32904. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before I even got to take my order. 15 minutes after making my order I sat at the drive thru window still waiting for my food. No food was going out of the store, not from the counter and not from the windows. I video taped it. This is the third time I have gone to that particular location and had this experience. The last time they got my order completely wrong and when I complained they argued, claimed that is what I ordered, then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I hadn't been back to that location for about a year and decided to give it another chance. Nothing has changed.
Desired outcome: I just thought you ought to know this is the worst Burger King I've ever been to and I'm 62 years old.
Incorrect order and completely unacceptable behavior by manager and employee
10/27/22 at approximately 7 pm I went through the drive thru at store on University Ave in West Des Moines. Was only car in drive thru. Girl was rushed and rude taking my order but did finally repeat order correctly. After checking bag found that I had fries instead of onion rings for one order. Knocked on window and girl did what she was supposed to do and got the onion rings. When she was handing them to me she dropped them on her side of the window then just turned around and walked away without saying anything. Then slightly older girl comes up and starts yelling at me that I didn't even order onion rings. She argues with me for a while about me ordering onion rings at one point saying that I just said "omom", which tells me that she knew very well that I had in fact ordered onion rings. Then she told me I had to give back the fries before they would give me my onion rings. I said to her, "You want me to give back the fries that you are going to throw away anyway because you already gave them to me and now you can't sell them, is that right?" She said yes. So I slid them across the counter hard enough for them to fall on the floor just to make sure they wouldn't go back in the fryer or in their mouths. She yelled at me now you get nothing and slammed closed the window and locked it. I parked and went to the doors and knocked asking for the managers name and phone #. The older girl came over shouting at me get away from my store. The 2 girls laughed at me and pointed through the windows taking either a picture or video on one of their phones. When I got home I realized that the small fry that I ordered was missing from the order as well. So not only did I not get the food that I paid for but I was treated horribly.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund for the $30.33 and an apology and that manager needs to be reprimanded

Hello. First of all, I'd like to make it clear that this not a money thing but "a principle of the thing" thing (and I have pictures of everything). This complaint is involving BK at 15500 7mile in Detroit Michigan. On 11/10/2022 I stopped at BK because of a sign I had been seeing there for months advertising "$2 for Croisant Sandwich". I pulled into the drive thru and waited my turn. When I got to the window, I asked the lady if the croissants were $2. She responded, "no they are 2 for 5". I than said "the sign says $2 for Croisant sandwich". She responded the same way saying, "no 2 for $5". I than asked "why the sign out front says"$2 for Croisant sandwich". She responded I haven't seen any sign". I than said "you haven't seen the ad on the giant street sign out front that has been there for months?". She responded no, they're 2 for $5"so I left. After I left, I was a little disgusted because I felt the attended had treated me as though I was stupid. When I got home, I decided to call the manager. When I got the manager on the phone I asked her name, but she refused to give it to me. I than told her what happened, but she just responded like the other woman by just saying"they're 2 for $5". She also said,"What sign", and I responded"the sign out front which has had the same ad for months. All you have to do is go to the window and look at it". She then said I see it says 2 for 4". This really disgusted me. I responded "No. There is a number 2 with a dollar sign in front of it, followed by the word"for"not"four", then the words croissant sandwich". She than apologized and told me "The sign was broken, that's why it has that wrong ad for months. We can't change it".
This disgusted me for a couple of reasons. First of all it's one of those signs where all you have to do is get a ladder and change the letters or just cover up the ad, 2nd she had just said she didn't notice the sign but now all of a sudden, she knows what it said, and that it had been like that for months. I had also mentioned to her if someone had just told me the sign was broken (which I believe was ridiculous for reasons mentioned) I would have just left it alone, but for the drive thru attendant and the manager to treat me as though I was stupid was insulting and disrespectful of my time and intelligence. This isn't the only bad experience I've had at this BK. Although this BK is about 1/4 mile from my residence, I usually drive to the suburb to avoid them. I bought a Chi-King sandwich at the BK in Taylor Mi, and it was the best chicken sandwich I had ever had, but when I decided to buy one at the BK on 7mile it was like an over cooked chicken nugget sandwich. BK should have never stop selling the Chi-King, it was a banger. Well, that's it. Thanks

i was in the dining room around 730 on 11/8. The female manager got a phone call seemed upset about something. She informed the staff they are closed, and she had to leave. I did see another manager their and he was no happy. He started to yell at the woman saying he was leaving. I did hear her say something about a child that she had to rush to. I believe family comes first and your male manager has made me upset that he did not care about a child. I do pray that he does not have kids because if he did then he would understand.
Every time I go to Kerrville, I do enjoy on going to burger king to eat, I also take food to go. I hope something gets done about this no mother should be yelled at for her children.
Dirty nasty, noisy burger king
The burgerking in Cumberland County nj on the corner of park Ave & n delsea drive the tables were dirty there was something liquid on the the floor that I slipped in but did not fall.
