Burger King Food is always cold from both locations,

The two location in Pensacola FL the food is always cold everytime! The location of 7960 Pine forest road Pensacola, FL 32526... If the casher put as much attention as she does to cat like eyeballs the food would be great... store # 9159. the one off of Davis ave is the same.. the best one to visit is the on off of brent ave their food is always hot and they are so welcoming

Placed order with Miguel at the drive through window

I was told to pull around the building and they would bring my food.

I waited about 10-15 min, no food

I go into the building and asked for my order, no body in the lobby, the cashier was sitting in the customer area.

she got up and looked at board , my order was not on the board.

nobody at the drive through, i wait for Miguel to get back to the window and asked for my order. they talk in spanish and said it will be longer, i see a lady in the back go to the freezer and it was apparent they never started my order.

I asked for my money back and left.

Burger King Rudest, laziest, most incompetent staff I've ever seen

679 Concord Ave, Cambridge MA. May 2nd Appox. 5:30 PM. Stood in line for 10 minutes while staff chatted to each other. Finally got to the register and the girl turned and walked away. When she came back, she couldn't figure out how to ring up my order (basic whopper meal). When I gave up and left she muttered swears at me. When I returned to get her name, she said she didn't have a name, or a manager. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location. I will never eat at a Burger King again if this is the type of people you hire. There's a McDonald's an equal distance from me.

Desired outcome: I'm will not be eating at your restaurants again, but I would suggest you hire some competent people and get rid of people who done care about your company or customers.

Burger King Chicken tenders

Hello. I’m writing to complain about an order of eight chicken tenders from Burger King. I will include pictures of the tenders. They were extremely small and very thin. It actually tasted like leather, it was so hard. Surely Burger King can do a better job with their chicken tenders than this. I would never want to give these to a child let alone adult. Thank you for listening.

Burger King Fish sandwiches at Burger King #27774, 220035 N. 35th Avenue, Phoenix AZ

On April 19, 2022, at 6:21 pm I drove through the drive thru to order

your 2 for $6 Big Fishes. Unfortunately after paying, I looked in the

bag and saw and felt it not hot so it was not going to be good. So I asked

the girl if she could make fresh fishes and I would wait. She said to pull

around the front and they would bring it out to me. After waiting over 10

minutes, I went in to see where my dinner was. A boy then said that they

didn't know I decided to wait but they would be right up. They handed me

a bag of 2 different fish that looked and felt the same. However since I

had no time to continue to complain for I was running late, I thought I would try to eat it. Unfortunately, it was not hot, and tasted like rubber. It was awful so upon arriving home, I threw them both down the garbage disposal for they were inedible.

I called the customer service person and told them of my experience in which

the boy said they would reach out to the manager to alert them. I should then

receive a call back from the Mgr. to rectify the situation with a free coupon on

my next purchase or something. I never received the call. So I decided to

type this complaint in hopes I receive my $6.00 back. I now go to the Burger

King on Happy Valley Road where they are always fresh and hot.

I asked how come at some Burger Kings it tastes like rubber and the response was that some Burger Kings make too many and then just re-heat them. This is why they taste rubbery. That explains it. Please reimburse me my $6.00--or provide a free coupon for that amount. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Either my $6.00 back or a coupon for 2 free fish sandwiches please

I would like to Thank the Crew of the BK in Avon, CO 81620 for their consistent great service and cleanliness. The only way to get a fish sandwich (anywhere) is to order "FOF" fresh out fryer. It does take time so be prepared for that. Again, Thak you to BK Avon. This is how it should be done. RDofV

Burger King I am complaining about the cost

On Sunday April 24 I went to the Burger King on West Shore Road in Warwick, RI. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, Ch’King Deluxe, and 2 small fries. My total (including taxes) was $22.97. I could not believe that the small fries were $3.99 each. I know prices are high, but I could have bought 20 pounds of potatoes for less than $7.98. I could have gone to a restaurant for less than I paid there. My visits will surely be few and far between!

Desired outcome: Hopefully a price adjustment on your small fries.

Burger King Everything at BK at 11300 York Road 21030

this is the WORST Bk in the world! Unfortunately it's the closest one to my home, so i've put up with it. But it's just maddening! If I"m told ONE MORE TIME to pull up and wait for my order, I'm going to SCREAM!

and today I went for the $5 double whopper junior special, for which they charged me $6 with no explanation even when asked.

You guys should audit this location. it's shameful!

Burger King Over price and cold food

I ordered two meals but only got one and it was cold.no fries at all and cost £21.I’ve tried to complain but Burger King don’t accept complaints conveniently.if I was any one else I would go to McDonald’s app at least you know what your getting and it’s warm not stone cold.now I’m told my complaint hasn’t got enough words.I just said it and summed it up.don’t ever go Burger King or use there app.it dosnt work and food is disappointing

Burger King i was at store 720 hobart indiana

i went there for lunch made my order the manager came out refused me service cause i had a service dog ,i had all her paper her picture id showed him he said he didnt accept any type of service dogs in the store ,even if they were registered with a picture id ,ive been told this is against the law to refuse service again this happen at hobart indiana 46342 store number 720,on monday april 18th,i beleive the manager needs to be refreshed on service dog laws ,and a verbal appolagy given

Burger King Charges to my credit card

I am a creature of habit & when I work which is usually 2-3 times per week as a nurse practitioner on the road, I stop for breakfast at the Burger King near me in Lakewood, OH and then sometimes if I am in the area in Akron, OH, for lunch I'll order at the Burger King there. For breakfast I usually have 2 egg & cheese croissants and an orange juice. For lunch I'll have one or two of the Jalapeño bites, large and a large unsweetened iced tea. I just happened to notice one day in glancing at my Burger King orders I always use my debit card and noticed there were 4 charges for the same breakfast, and I never get more than one breakfast peer day. I had time to look at my statements closer, and it has been going on for quite awhile. I want to know if it is a glitch in your system or if you have employees that are just continually ripping me off. I will print out my statements so you can see the charges if you are at all interested in solving this as much as I am.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement and promise not to rip me off any time in the future

Burger King Wrong Drive thru order

Me and my family were off for a day out and so decided to grab something quickly from the Burger King drive thru. We only ordered one thing, which was the vegan katsu royal. We received the order, only to find out later when I opened it, that it was actually normal chicken, which was clear as they didn’t use the vegan packaging and also put cheese in the sandwich (which of course isn’t vegan). At this point we couldn’t return to the Burger King otherwise we would be late, in addition to them not providing a receipt in the bag anyway. Apparently there is no easy way for me to reach out to the branch for a refund. Very disappointed and a complete waste of food. As a vegan I do not want to contribute to any use of animal products which I have been forced into to by this mistake.

Burger King the BK at 29180 S. Frost Road, Livingston, LA

4 of the last 5 times i have been there, my order was wrong, no receipt. i have had items missing 2X. I started checking it upon leaving.

My wait in the Drive thru was 32-48 Mins long, As c comparison i can go to MCD's and get thru the drive thru in 3-8 mins.

I like BK food, this locatio9n is simply crap, never Staffed correctly, on weekends it is 1-2 people, usually 1.

If you are going to charge the prices you do for the food, hire people to work. and train them correctly.

Desired outcome: I just would like for Corporate BK to audit this location, it is not up to par. when waiting my 45 mins in the drive thru 3 customers gave up and left, this is not the only time.

Burger King horrible food and service

I went through the drive-thru on 4/12/22 and was given the wrong order, even when asked about it, the server was very rude and then we were charged for cheese on a whopper with cheese and also we were charged for tomatoes (which knowing that these are both supposed to be included with a whopper with cheese. The onion rings were old and hard, inedible. The whopper with cheese was supposed to have mayo, tomato, and lettuce ONLY! unfortunately, it was not made right and had no mayo but tomato, lettuce, and onion! The bun was old and hard as well! I even asked her to repeat it and she said onion and I corrected her but it was just not right. This bill was $24.07 and a total waste of money since we could not even eat it. the associate gave us attitude when we asked about the extra charges and then low and behold, the food was terrible! I am very disappointed as I worked for many years at a BK in Pennsylvania! You guys should be very embarrassed by serving this horrible food!

Burger King service

BK in Newaygo has been a problem for a while but last night was ridiculous. I had two infants and a granddaughter with me at the drivein area. It took 47 minutes from order to receiving our food. at one point the woman in front of me was handed our food. I know there was a "help" shortage but they should have just closed their doors. My order was over 26 dollars and had it not been for my money already having been paid, I would have just left.

Burger King Drive thru experience

On 4/7/2022, I ordered 4 rodeo burgers, 8-piece chicken nugget and 8 sticks of cheese sticks that came up to 10.21. Someone else ended up paying for my meal and took my food as well in the car. Someone who had a black burger king shirt that looks like the manager came to the window and I told her my food went through another person car and do not know if they touched my food and so I asked if I could get it redone. I got the nastiest attitude. My order number was 557. The car in front of me did not get his order in due to them not responding to him as he yelled hello! To take his order. I paid cash and another worker no name tag comes to the window and asked that I paid, and I told her that I paid already... And gave me a hard time so she went to the manager. Then other workers came out and looked through the window so I did not want to wait outside so I came inside to get my order. The food was cold... It was disgusting. This happened at 5:52pm I was just trying to get a quick meal for my kids. Not once have I yelled or catch an attitude. I even said thank you for redoing my order which I do not believe was done because of how cold I got the meal. The manager lied because based on the receipt she gave me, it showed that a twenty dollar bill was given to pay for the meal. I gave the exact change. I sat inside to eat with the children in disbelief of what went wrong. The dinners room was dirty. Crumbs on tables were no one was sitting at. Several used cups left at tables. I could not sit any longer in that building and I left. This was not made my way at burger king. The food was served at incorrect temperature, the order was mixed up. I could not even go to the website to give my experience because there was no receipt number on there but the ticket was closed. This is an experience I would not want any customer to go through. I will not go to that location for my food due to these circumstances.
