Missing receipt code on my paper receipt.
I just finished ordering a meal from Burger King on my computer, I received the meal and found it to be delicious, but stuck to the top of the bag was my receipt and when I tried pulling it off, the code I am unable to enter the code that was ripped up in the bag delivery so that I could've used for the free whopper deal came off, I have all the other information except for the code, Plus I am sending a picture of the receipt from where I purchased the order and delivered it, can you help me?

My grandson and myself were at this location yesterday (Aug 25). My grandson ordered the The Impossible Burger meal which came with its Medium fries and drink. I just ordered a small fry. The young woman who took the order seemed distracted and kept chatting with other staff in Spanish. She did not pay attention to my order and kept asking me the same thing. Anyway, after I left the restaurant I noticed that she had charged me an extra medium fry for $3.29.
It is none of my business if she spoke in Spanish with others outside. However, this is an English-speaking nation and almost all clients understand only English. I think the staff at this location must be trained to treat the customers right, pay attention and not speaking in Spanish.
I demand refund of $3.29. I will think twice going to Burger King, where service is getting to be shoddy at best.

Two days ago I sent my husbnad to buy Burger King French Toast and Pancake with sausage breakfast. The French Toast was so soggy with oil, I could not eat it. The Pancakes were to rubberized that it seemd as if microwave had definitely ruined it.
It was a waste of money and effort and gas a was big disappoinment. Two weeks ago my grandson bought some Chicken nuggets and when he came home he also had to throw the nuggests as they tasted like they had been precooked and then reheated and mirowaved and was also rubberized. New Mayonnaise
Their new mayonnaise tastes like Miracle Whip. It ruins the classic flavor of their sandwiches that use it. The classic ketchup/mayo mix used to dip fries has also been ruined. I'm not sure if it was them or Heinz that made the change, but I won't be eating there again until the true taste of their mayo is restored.

Burger King has not delivered correct order... I have ordered two burgers from them and they have deliver only one... Not ready to accept the mistake... its pathetic service provide by them. The lady standing receiving on the phone was totally useless.
It was a combo of Two Crispy double tikki burger, king Fries and Veggie strips... From this order one burger was Missing.. I have reported the case to them but they were not ready to accept their mistakes.

Hello I visited BK today went through drive thru. I ordered a double cheesebuger meal. My cheeseburger buns was so hard the pattys were even harder. I called the location since I was not going back up there. No one answered. The location I went to was on thorton rd in lithia springs ga. I never get a fresh meal when I go here. This is only a complaints site. No one here has any power to help you with compensation. You really should stop buying food from this location, if it's never fresh. Clearly, they have a problem making fresh food if it keeps happening over and over. Spend your money at another restaurant.
