Burger King service, management

There is a manager, her nametags says Keisha, and she is very rude when taking orders. She always has an I-dont-care attitude. I have noticed multiple times where she will be socializing with friends while the rest of the crew is working hard all by their selves. She also talks down to a lot of her crew members and seems to always have a negative attitude. I really don't think she should be a manager, considering she does not seem to be manager material at all. She is not considerate towards customer, she curses a lot, treats her crew like garbage and expects them to do everything by themselves without any help from her, and she always seems to have a stuck up attitude, plus she locks the doors 15-20 minutes before closing time. I love the food and all the other crew members are very respectful. But if I have to keep dealing with her, I might just start going somewhere else to eat.

Burger King product/and service

Why does.the food on the commercials for Burger King looks, so much better than when you go into .the store most of the time the Whopper the meat is cold, service is horrible even the managers do not know how to properly talk to customer I think Burger King and the rest of the fast-food restaurants should offer service class instead of just hire anyone off the street. That calls themselves a manager because they can count change.

Burger King overcharging for product

I bought a sm fry from the value meal and sm coke and the cashier overcharme and was acting like she was not listening for what I ask.She crealy thought i was not going to find out. i please want my right as a custumer to good custumer service and that price macth with the price at the menu. this was clearly an abuse.Thank you and contact me for more detials. Burger King service. staff’s attitude

Good morning,

I am a Store Manager at this center and like some of your breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately I don't buy from the location described above. Their attitude is HORRIBLE! And it starts with the Store Manager. He has the worse attitude of all. To me he should not be part of your organization. He ignores customers all the time. The line could be of 20 people and he comes out and does nothing about it. There is also an African American lady. I think it is his Assistant. She has the worse attitude and it is constantly on the phone arguing with family members or friends. I'm guessing because you literally can hear the topics of the conversation. I get tired of what the other restaurants sell in the mornings and sometimes I want BK. But every time I think of going to that location and dealing with those people; it is torture.
You guys really should consider cleaning house and get a new team in there. You could do so much more business. I hope these concerns are heard. If not, you will continue to lose customers. I believe the Store Manager's name is Gary.

This particular burger king does not get orders right. You ask for a PLAIN hamburger and you get the works. Then employees argue with you about it and tell you that is what you ordered. Also you never get a receipt that you can complete a survey, there are always numbers missing. I am getting fed up with the service here. There are kids working here that do not know how to deal with customers.

Burger King store cooking area cleanliness

We were passing through and stopped for a couple whoppers. The kitchen was a mess. See photos attached. Every table was dirty. There were no napkins in the dispenser. When I mentioned this the employee that came out washed a table for us with a bucket of water in the cupboard. Then filled the napkins after I asked him to. Without washing his hands. The next customer who came in asked, What happened, tornado hit?" The manager, I think, said "the area had lost power so the store was busy." I don't think the Health commissioner would accept that excuse.

Burger King poor quality

I ordered a whopper combo with no tomato, but with extra onions and pickles. This request was followed perfectly. I ordered a diet coke with it all g with onion rings.

I am very very easy to please. I expect mistakes at the drive through but not this bad

Diet coke was discarded - tasted like Pine needles
Onion rings were actually fries and were discarded. They were covered with dirty oil debris.
Burger looked great, but the meat tasted like it was old/stale/refrigerated after it was cooked. It was also discarded. 100% failure.

I wasn't given a receipt either.

Burger King apple pie

I purchased an apple pie with a burger at drive thru - got home to find no apple pie so i called and was told to pick it up next time through (no discount or refund).

Today I picked up the pie and it was horrible. There was not one tiny chunk of apple to be found, just filling and completely soggy crust.

Next time my sweet tooth tells me to get apple pie it will be either homemade or from McDonalds!

Burger King taco

Upon entering the drive thru and prior to placing my large taco order I clearly asked what was on each one, to which I was answered "lettuce and cheese". I asked... "...no tomato, I see red stuff in the picture." Her answer was, "nope. No tomatoes".

I received my order quickly, which should have made me suspicious, however, 15 tacos in the drive thru... I had plenty of hungry mouths waiting, and was in a hurry.

I arrived home to find not only had every taco been MICROWAVED to reheat, but also, taco sauce was placed on EVERY taco in the bag (I was told at the window after I was handed my bag of reheated tacos) $15 later I have a room full of hungry people that are pissed off at me. This is a gross display at an attempt to sell a taco!

Burger King trying to buy food at burger king

It's 1230 afternoon, I was the fifth car in line, took me six minutes to get to the place to place my order, asked if I could wait a minute I said yes, waited four more minutes for her to come back and talk to me, car is behind me or turning around, I gave up I drove out and when I went through the drive up window there were no cars in line, what happened to you guys, you would not take my order, nobody in front of me at drive-through, and still you wouldn't take my order. My three-year-old son was extremely unhappy because he loves Burger King and you guys wouldn't help me. So I took them down to McDonald's. Burger King is closer to my home, my three-year-old loves Burger King, but I'm not coming back to your store, I will just go to McDonald's or Jack-in-the-Box or Wendy's, Wendy's is right across the street from Burger King, I would rather go to Wendy's and get service then sit in line for 10 minutes and get no service. Can I say you guys suck big time. I will wait to see what your answer is our responses from this email and it better be a good one or I will not shop at Burger King again.
