no courtesy water cups..
90° weather, spent $15. On 3 chicken sandwiches. Asked for a cup for water... Young lady cashier states we dont have courtesy cups. I asked the lady manager wearing all-black. Her response? We stopped ordering courtesy cups. Why so damned cheap? I'm not big on soda, and as mentioned, 90°.

jr whopper cold onion rings hard
I order a junior whopper value meal. Before I could finish fixing my drink the lady had my food on the counter. The Burger with ice cold and the cheese didn't even melt. My onion rings were hard and crunchy like they been there since lunch time. So I sent the whopper back and they gave me another one just as cold. I didn't even worry about telling them about the onion rings. This place is ridiculous
no cafe free diet coke
I am at the Burger King at 520 and I-95 in Florida and we stopped here because every other Burger King we have ever stopped at had cafe free Diet Coke. It bothers me that this one does not. We will never stop here again.
We'll just stop at the McDonald's across the street. If I have to bring my own drink we might as well stop there. You should have everything offered at all locations.

I was going to this location to purchase their chicken nuggets they are not far from where I live so it makes it convenient. However after visit I will NEVER be returning to that location. So onto the reason. I was just pulling into their parking lot and literally out of nowhere a vehicle comes flying out of nowhere and I swear nearly hits my car. I was shocked and I was going to tell him he needs to watch how he's driving because that was seriously so close. He pulls into a parking spot directly in front of the doors and I'm pulling around to the drive thru and he's getting out (IN A BURGER KING UNIFORM) so now I really wanna day something because they're employees should know better than to do such a thing. I roll down my window and yell hey next time watch where your driving, you shouldn't be speeding through the parking lot like that. He lost it and freaked out started screaming profanities and saying my dog I had with me was being aggressive. Hmmm well I have a young boy yelling at me through my window yeah I'd say my dog was getting a little worried but by no means was he going to do anything to the worker and seriously what does my dog have to do with anything. I believe he was also on drugs. He continued to scream and yell that me telling the manager in charge won't do anything because he's not on the clock. Ok fine but does Burger King really respect the image he is portraying. On top of all of this he then asks if I "wanna get out and throw hands" what the heck? I'm finally moving in line toward the speaker box and I wasn't even going to order anything I wanted to just speak to the manager about the crazy violent employee cutting of people in uniform that they have given a job too. I finally arrive at the window which by now I'm sure the employee has given his story because I ask for the manager and he reluctantly comes to the window completely unenthused or concerned with the situation. Before I could even finish he says well it's not problem and there's nothing he can do about it because he wasn't on the clock. That's it didn't let me get another word in before he shuts the window in my face and walks away. I then had three employee literally have the audacity to come and ask what had happened. Like um what's going on there? Is there anyone actually working? Everyone doing what ever they want? I told one of them I'm waiting for your manager to come back so we can finishing solving this issue. The employee just chuckles and shuts the window. Wow. Just wow. It just so happens my roommate is the general manager at the other location. I told him what happened he said he'd get ahold of his boss Darrell I think he said and would figure what happened. I've waited 24 hours since he called the owner and he told me tonight that he's not gotten back to him about anything. From the sounds of it it doesn't even seem like he was that concerned. Especially when he realized it was someone who knew one of his employees and lived with them. He basically thought he could brush this under the rug and it'd blow over. Nope I want action to be take on that employee and manager. Hell that whole store needs gutted.

I come through the drive-thru and I order two chicken sandwiches both with no mayonnaise I had to wait for 15 minutes for the sandwiches then when I got home both of them have mayonnaise on both sides the woman who brought me my food was rude as hell wouldn't even say thank you after I told her to have a good day then I had to drive all the way home and realize that the sandwiches had mayonnaise on them and when I got to the store the manager shrugged his shoulders and told me what was I supposed to do I said fixing it would be nice y'all just lost my business

I never complain about any service and certainly not about a fast food outlet. However, I've always used this Burger King branch with my family and never had a problem. Until yesterday. My daughter had taken me out for day for my birthday, cinema, shopping etc and decided to pop in Burger King on way home. It was approx 6pm on Sunday 23 June 2019. We ordered 2 meals with drinks etc and was literally thrown our food. No welcome either actually. I politely asked for a tray for our food and drinks as my daughter had sat down and I had bags too. I was rudely told, "No you can't, we've cleaned up as we're closing!" The assistant (Monika) then turned her back and started sniggering with her 2 work colleagues. They watched me struggle with 2 large drinks, chips, burgers Etc I sat down with my daughter and couldn't quite believe how I'd been spoken to. My daughter asked why I didn't have a tray, I told her and then she felt uncomfortable eating as we were led to believe they were waiting on us to close. I went back up to the counter and asked if they were indeed closing as we would sit out outside on bench. We felt terrible. Monika replied by saying we close at midnight! I was gobsmacked. I've worked in hospitality for over 15 yrs and to make customers feel like that was disgusting. There was nobody else in that outlet and wouldn't have hurt to have tray and I would have returned it straightaway anyway. I've never met such a lazy, rude and inconsiderate individual ever. I will not b returning here but perhaps you should run some simple and basic customer service skills to Monika. Her 2 co-workers were obvs following by example. Not good Burger King.

chicken nuggets and french fries
I went to the drive thru at senica falls Burger King and ordered 3 nuggets and 3 Whopper meals, among other things, and 2 out of the 3 nuggets were hard and inedible, and all 3 orders of fries were cold. I normally don't have issues with Burger King, you are my go to fast food! This time over half our meal was not good and I hope there is something that can be done to to make up for this visit.

On Monday June 17th of 2019 I went through the drive thru at the Jasper, Al Burger King and ordered a whopper and few other things. I bit into my whopper and bit into an sharp object that stuck into my gum. I took the burger and object that was stuck into my gum back to the restaurant to the manager. She filed an accident report and said that someone would be contacting me soon. I haven't heard from anyone. My mouth has been hurting me every since and hasn't stopped. When I asked her what it could be she informed me that she didn't know what it was or where it came from. Me and my family went to the burger king at 527 W. Hunt Club road In Ottawa Ontario, the customer service was absolutely terrible. First the cashier who served us, (His name is Huge), completely insulted my husband, saying that"this burger king usually doesn't serve people wearing Toronto Maple leafs stuff, especially his boss", because my husband was wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs hat. He was completely disrespectful! Then I pay for a $31.00 meal and I don't get the complete order I paid for. This store has been known for problems and this is unacceptable! This store does not have good customer service and we will not be returning.

I ordered #7, a whopper jr. Meal which said clearly on the sign that it was $5.49. They asked if I wanted cheese and I said no and that I wanted onion rings. She told me it was $6.42. I questioned how tax was almost $1. She said that was the price and again I pointed to the sign and said it was $5.49. Someone came over and said that was for a small and I had a medium. I said I wanted the $5.49 one and no one asked me the size. They reprinted it and reordered. It took forever and there were french fries instead of onion rings. Again I had to wait. This "fast food" stop took 1/2 hr. Of my time. When a sign says one price, that should be the price! Plus it looked like they took the burger out of water instead of it being made at the time.

Got hard double cooked couldn't eat them they was so hard and chewy I spent 4.00 on food no one could eat !

I just went through the drive thru at the burger king on patteson drive, morgantown wv 26505, and the person on the headset was very short with me. When I got to the pay window she grabbed my money, gave me my food, my iced coffee. the coffee lid wasnt secured and it spilled on my lap. i probably lost 10% of the drink, I called and asked for napkins through the window and she left. i pulled away with soaked pants. I called the manager at the store and she basically said, "I'm sorry you feel it was rude." Well, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth because once I got home my french toast box was completely thrown in and damaged.

I begged for her to sell me the national promo after I ordered, but she got mad and refused me service
I saw the national promo on tv, whopper jr meal $4, whopper meal $5, double whopper $6. Saw it on tope the menu board on the drive thru. Ordered one whopper value meal and one double whopper value meal. Please pulm to the 2nd window. As I got there she told me 16 and some change. I said, but isnt tje whopper meal 5 dollars and the double whopper 6 dollars? She was mean, she said That's Not What You Said! I said excuse me. She repeated herself. I am here to place our concersn about the lack of professional manner in which a Manager displayed on her own Employees. I beleive her name was Lisa and with a resturant full of about 20 customers was yelling at per employees for no regard of customers in the building. wife went to the reastroom to comfort an employee crying due to how rude the manager was. We as a customer understood how busy it was given lunch time. the Manager has no business being a manager not knowing how to handle pressure or a lunch rush. Lack of professionalizim and regard to her training showed. Other customers even spoke with the manager and her lack of being professional.
Imediate action should be taken place. that is the reason why places get a bad name. Bad Management.
