discrimination at store: 2970 n tyler rd in wichita, kansas
I, Tiffany Ho, would like to file a complaint against my two coworkers Dawson Jost and Martain Wade. I commented one time that they "look like brothers" and what I get back from the both of them is that I am being "racist" for calling them "fat and white." I have never called either of them that and they both repeatedly make a big scene in the store. They have done this on multiple occasions where everyone just stops and stares in our direction. I myself don't consider myself as racist, but they ultimately think that I am. I am filing a complaint because this needs to be stopped because it makes me dread going to work for Casey's when I find out that I have to work the same day with both of them. This type of atmosphere isn't very positive for all involved. I reported this situation to my manager and nothing has been done to stop this nonsense. Dawson and Martain both do this typically when both manager and assistant manager are not around. I always try to keep my head up and be positive when I come to work, but this always changes once they both come into the store to work. Every time this situation occurs it causes me to stress out because my overall attitude and demeanor are affected. I always just want to go home when they are around. Overall, something needs to be done to stop this from ever occurring again.

Everyone at this store has been polite with the exception of one. I'm truly disappointed in what I witnessed the other day. A cashier with the name tag of Crystal, was so foul mouthed and unprofessional that it made me uncomfotable. She was cursing at other co-workers, and cursing when talking to an older gentleman who looked like to be a regular customer. While she was doing this, she was pacing and flipping her hair around which looked very odd. It was as if she were on drugs or amped up on a large amount of caffiene. When it comes to the point where a customer feels uncomfortable to walk into a Casey's store because of the manor of which an employee is acting, makes me wonder about management and the business in general. How does a manager or supervisor let that kind of behaviour continue or even worse... how are they not aware of it? Sad.

I was in a hurry before night shift work and purchased a cell phone charger whose price was poorly marked. It rang up at 30 bucks so after my shift I brought it back with ticket in original packaging and unused. The manager would not return the item because it was not busted. I might just get a get a hammer and bust that charger. But I'm not shopping at Casey's anymore plenty of other stores. It's different when your a regular customer spending all your stops there.
pizza and altered box
we picked up a pizza on 8/26/2018 at 630 in the morning. the photo attached is what we saw on the inside of the box. There is a greeting stating, I hope you enjoy and then a depiction of a penis and also two names that we do not know. We contacted the store and the manager stated this was something that her workers do all of the time. We informed her we would not eat it as we don't know what was done to the pizza as they had already tampered with the box. We sent an email to the store with the photo and advised that corporate would informed. The store seemed to brush off the fact that this had happened. We are currently at work and will bring the pizza back when we are off of work at 3pm. So this is why we had no option to get a new pizza as we couldn't return it quickly. The store number in fort dodge is 9. The managers name is Nancette. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Lady behind the counter, tall colored female with glasses was unnecessarily extremely rude to me simply because I was unaware of Casey's policy when it came to their iced coffee. I told her I thought it was something else and she continued to pretty much act like i had to be completely stupid to have thought that, even after I apologized for not knowing the correct protocol. And it took me a few moments to acknowledge that I didn't deserve that kind of treatment and then I chose to buy from somewhere else which she chose as an opportunity to get an attitude and pretty much imply that my business wasn't even wanted there anyway. It made me feel degraded and depressed. It was a terrible experience.

I enter the Casey's on 631 n main in Harrisburg Illinois on 8-18-18 I went to the counter and ask for change for a 20 dollar bill the cashiers one named Taylor where both behind the counter eating one pizza one pudding they refused saying it's against corporate policy to give change I then asked it they had the change she said yes so I offer to buy something small she still refused again saying it's agianst corporate policy

An employee in Overbrook, KS named Tyler Ball was cashiering. He was very rude and used fowl language and raised his voice loud enough that everyone in the store could hear him tell a girl that she shouldn't have gotten knocked up by a 14 year old boy. Then a little later he was outside to smoke and he threatened to beat up a 16 year old boy on Casey's property. I am very appalled at this person. And I hope it is not alright with Casey's to have such people employed like that. I will not do business there if he is there.

At the Casey's in Fruitland MO on highway 61 I was getting gas about 6-7pm and one of the employees stood at the side of the building. A car pulled up next to her and she pulled out a pill bottle and the person in the car handed her cash, it looked like she was selling drugs. I went inside to pay. She has short reddish hair about to her shoulders and tattoos on her arms.

i walked into the Casey's around 10:30 pm and two of the female workers proceeded to loudly talk about how i was dressed. saying things like "i wish my daughter would, i would spank her [censored]." i am a grown adult and i am allowed to dress how i want. i do not appreciate this at all. so rude. they are entitled to an opinion but it's so rude to be so loud and disrespectful when a customer is standing right there. i am very disappointed.

The manager mary accused me of stealing a cup amd ice. And refused to look at the cameras to see that she was wrong. And yelled at me to leave the store and told me over and over have a groovy day. Have a groovy day. I just wamt an appology and for her to look at the camera to see that she was and is wrong. tonight I went in there (she's bullied my 16 yr old nephew and his friends since she started) (remind you does not know these kids personally) well I went in there tonight bought cigarettes and told my nephew to pay for my gas and handed him the money and walked out, him n my son was in store looking at what they wanted to buy, I went to pump gas and he was in process of prepaying, I didn't realize he was at counter already. She told him to tell his clown friend to hang up the nozzle, I'm usually pretty nice and laugh things off well I know she harasses my nephew n his friends every time they walk in the store. So I went back in and waiied for customers to leave and asked her what was your comment to my nephew. At first she looked surprised that it was an adult n not one of his friends and then she told me the same thing he had said that she said. Well I got rude and told her I am an adult I know she has been making remarks to my nephew and his friends when they come into store and I'm reporting her. This time she made a big mistake because I am an adult she said it too. And I nor my family and I will tell the community of lone tree on Facebook twitter and newspaper ect about this mishap if nothing is done. I was just telling my nephew earlier today to start recording on his phone from time they enter store till they walk out. They shouldn't have to do that. Workin in public you should be patient and respectful towards any customers, I have worked at Casey's and I never have seen in my life a rude customer like that let alone an employee. I'm disquested at why she was hired she has no public manners or retail service skills.

I am for Norfolk be region and had to wait for the cashier to get off his phone and his cigarette to let me continue the process of gas into my truck in the 7 years of living here and pumping gas I've never came a cross such a disrespectful lazy worker and I am truly appalled by his contact with me he made direct eye contact and knew exactly what I was waiting for. It was about 1:15 in the morning on Monday when this had occurred I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift and was in a hurry to go home and sleep because I have a 2 year daughter at home waiting to wake by 7 am to start her day

On 7/22/18 at approximately 5:00 p.m. I began to call the monon indiana store to place an order. I tried for 40+ minutes and did not get an answer. When I arrived at the store I was told by the older woman preparing the pizzas that she did not have time to answer the calls. I then approached the manager and requested a resolution to the problem. She stated that my pizza would be on the house and place my order. At this time I did just that and again the older woman in a rude manner stated that she could not and would not make my food the way i ordered it. The manager then advised the woman that she would. I then was forced to wait until 6:55 p.m. to even receive my food, undercooked and not made to order.
worker treatment
Would like to know why when my 5 years was up not only was it not mentioned to me but my review is now in November since my previous manager took 3 months to do my review before. And why is someone who doesn't even know how to do their job starting is paid 30cents less than someone who excelled at their job for 5 years. Honestly I have over 2 years of pics and texts showing what I've had to work with which isn't good. Really trying to find a reason to keep this job however am finding it hard to find one. I was promised by new manager things would be different at this store, less than a week after getting here she and first assistant is fired. I have never felt more taken advantage of in a job. Truly hope things get better.

This cashier accused my husband of stealing a phone charger. He had his charger on him because he and my daughter had just left hospital er. Cops came and found he had nothing of the stores on him. He has been banned from store. If i go to store and he ia out in our vehicle and this lady is working she makes rude hateful comments. She doesnt only do this to me but to whomever he may be with at that time. I work Customer service and i believe this lady is not cut out for it. Out of all our gas station choices where we live its caseys but if i had my choice it would be loves or quick trip. Caseys are always a mess and workers rude.

I had ordered two sandwiches and was told it would be 15 minutes. I had a 10 minute drive when called to the store. I arrived at the store got my drinks and went to pay for my sandwiches also. I said it's not been 15 minutes but it's ok. The cashier asked the cook ( who just came back from break) to check in the sandwiches and he said they was burnt. They asked for me to wait in the car while I wait on fresh ones. ( which was no problem) I went to my car and was scratching off a lottery ticket I just bought minding my own business. A Employee came to my window and very rudely asked if I could move for the semi that was behind me( which I didn't know it was there!)and walked away, I said u burn my sandwiches and then ask me to move! She threw he hands up in th air and screamed " It's not my fault"I have now learned she is the manager "Brenda". So I move to the other said of the building to wait on the sandwiches and the assistant manger Bethany came up again to my and rudely asked again if I would move for the semi. ( which she is rude every time I go in there). Yes I did say this is [censored] and moved all the way to the entreance of the store. I set there for about 5 min than moved back to my original spot. I hear both the manger Brenda, Bethany and the truck driver talking about me! I lost my temper and confronted them. Of course they Change there story of what they was talking about but attimited theyvwas talking about me. The truck driver said I was talking about the other lady.She saw me pull up. I said I didn see u pull up and I am the lady with the sandwiches! This all happened out side the store (yellin) as costmors was pumping gas and going in. I was treated like a peice a dirt! Neither one of them handled the problem correctly! Expecslly the manger "Brenda". Neither one of those ladies should be working in retail with customers. I have worked in the same situation and would never acted that way. I come to that store up to three times a day, but I will NOT be going back! They are running what used to a good store into the ground! We usely order pizza once a week sometimes twice a week but I will take my business elsewhere!
Forgot to say Brenda was not wearing a name tag. I had to find out her name from someone else. Also I tried calling to tell her I didn’t appreciate being treated that way and she hung up on me! Very unprossional

I work in walkerton there is not much here to choose from for food on multiple times i go in caseys at 830 in the morning there is no pizza in the warmer nor are they cooking any! Other times i go in and they have pizza but its so dried out you dont wanna eat it so what do they do make more of the kind thats sitting in the warmer going to waste! So i have complained to them several times their response is call it in so i started doing that asking them to have it in the warmer at a certain time i go in there a little early and the pizza is already gone if i called and asked for it to be done by 9 and i go in there at 10 to 9 and they tell me its gone already when i specifically asked for it! I love the pizza when its actually there but when you complain and they say oh dont come back then is a little rude also!
purchase of itune card
Today I was in Girard, KS and stopped by the Casey's in that town on my way back to Missouri about a 45 minute drive one way, and I bought an iTune card in Girard. When I got home was activating the iTune card and it said, already used. So I drove another 45 minutes back and took the card in and receipt and explained as to what happened. The kid at the register made a phone call to someone, I assume the manager, and then told me I had to contact Apple about the card. I explained that I had just got home and had to drive back another 45 minutes and all they said was to call Apple, which no one could find a phone number or go online to Apple.com No offer to let me try another card oh to do anything to gey my money back to me. About a week ago I bought a couple of cards here in Missouri and the people we're very cutrious and even gave me a drink while I waiting to see why one of the cards didn't activate. In Girard all I got was i'm sorry.So now I turned around and drove another 45 minutes. I don't know the policy for if cards don't work but if I were you with all the trouble I had with iTune cards this week alone I would get some kind of policy for customer satisfaction or quit selling itune cards. I have sent a complaint to Apple also and I just hope somewhere in this mess I at least get another card or my $50 returned to me. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Walked in and went to the deli for a sub, the guy working (skinny, long dyed black hair) was handling other food products. He saw me and said nothing, just went on with what he was doing while I stood there. After about three to five minutes I had to ask him to come make my sub. He said nothing, just set what he was doing down. He didn't change gloves or anything just went to the sub table and put the paper down and just looked at me. Didn't ask what I wanted or anything. He was extremely rude, I did not eat the sub because he didn't change gloves before starting it or when he had it in the toaster
