Casey's manager

i know that the manager at caseys in cayuga is a nice person but a terrible manager i live in the same town as this specific caseys and know every one im 43 years old so not like im dumb ive been in the workplace since i was 15 and know how it works...she is only there maybe 2 hours a day she clocks in walks to her house comes back like hour before she is supposed to get off ive never seen her help employees with truck even when they our short handed and just stands and watches...allows 2 other employees clock in and go do there own personal things on the clock when they want too.and that would be the pizza manger and assistant manger...soooo more less there are 3 mangers that our waisting your money and not doing there job and being paid more than the ones doing the job and making caseys general store there money and i find it soooooo wrong..i am friends with everyone there so i know what im talking about but none of them want to start drama at workplace by setting the slackers straight but i just cant take it anymore cause there is ONE employee there that DESERVES THE MANGER JOB she knows how to make pizza and register has a great personality dont talk to much but makes you feel welcome and that she is glad you are there i knew her to work somewhere else in town and never seen her any other way but a good person who knows what to do to get the job done in a quickly manor and done right with a smile no matter how rough the day she keeps working and smiling and very good with numbers register messed up and actually knew how to count money back when there were girls older than her working too and had to use a calculator..lol just saying that corporate needs to pay attention to who works there and who dont i know 5 people that work there need new job..and 3 people that would love to be bosses make the money and do the job and would and i and others agree! #getridofmanagersthatarelazy#

Casey's second assistant manager's lack of work ethic, and poor treatment of other employees

The Casey's location in Piggott, Arkansas hired a woman by the name of Shelby Hughes, as 2nd Assistant Manager, back in late June or early July of this year. I have noticed that Ms. Hughes has been poorly trained in all areas, seeing as how she is in constant need of the other employees assistance. In return, Ms. Hughes will antagonize the other employees, by consistently criticizing the way they do their jobs, and consistently threatens them with a right up or termination if they don't do what she says. When Ms. Hughes speaks to the other employees, she will do so in a hateful, condescending tone of voice. Ms. Hughes has bad mouthed the other employees to the customers. Ms. Hughes has even spoken to me, as well as some of the other customers, in a sharp, hateful tone of voice. I have had one of the other employees confide in me, that Ms. Hughes tends to expect the other employees to follow the rules to the letter, but has been guilty of breaking them. He told me that he caught her in the act of not filling out paperwork that she is required to fill out at the end of her shift, when operating the register. Unfortunately, Ms. Hughes unethical behavior has been an ongoing issue for the last couple of months, and I thought it was high time someone addressed it. I strongly believe the best course of action, would be to suspend Ms. Hughes, until a throughal investigation can be completed.

Casey's im complaining about the way the kitchen is managed in casey's at coffeyville kansas.

The kitchen manager slams things around, cuses, she plays favortisms, she talks about the workers with their Co workers running them down and threatening them. She has made workers miserable to the point they quit. She has ran off customers as well. She also thinks she doesn't have to work because she's kitchen manager. She and what she does reflects directly on the Casey's company! It makes me ashamed to work for Caseys !

Casey's management

My manager, Laureen Jensen, has deliberately excused problems, most employees when bringing a problem to her attention will be told I'll look into it and do not receive a solution. Problems are between staff members, staffing conflicts/shortages, notices of shortages on products served from kitchen, she makes herself unavailable to be contacted after clocking out for the day for customer complaints or employee questions regarding functions within the store. She is present only for short shifts on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays. The store I'm currently employed at has all three managers on the same shift most days. Sometimes we will have one on staff until 7PM, leaving the rest of our operating hours left with only cashiers and kitchen staff. Follow through from our manager is non existent. It is causing problems in all areas especially the kitchen, when staff is not being held responsible for completing job duties or standards. Consequences for any type of unprofessional behavior conducted by on the clock staff are non existent.

Management that follows through with proper training, appropriate behaviors in the workplace, conflict resolutions, staffing, ensuring job duties are completed, staff meetings addressing problems/concerns, most importantly a manager who can be contacted whether on shift or not for problems that arise while open for business.

On 8/24/2017 prior to clocking out of my shift I left Laurie, my manager, a note stating that we were low on two products for the kitchen. When I arrived for my closing shift on 8/25/2017 at 4PM I asked a co-worker if the products I had left a note about were brought in, she informed me it was not seen as an emergency and there was thought to be plenty to get through my shift if there wasn't we could call and borrow from the Casey's across town or buy some from the grocery store. During a busy Friday supper revenue, the delivery driver had to stop and pick up one of the products from the other Casey's across town. I don't feel this should have been the responsibility of the delivery driver or myself when I left a note about the shortage the night prior.

I have been employed with Casey's General Stores twice, while the first employment opportunity did not work out for me at the time I do feel this time will work out if the concerns mentioned above are resolved. I am a full time employee in the kitchen on night shift, with over 6 years of experience with customer service and pizza making. I am concerned with the general conduct from my current manager throughout all aspects in her position.

Casey's customer service

I ordered a pizza over the phone a few days ago. I was told it would be $13.99. When asking my name for the order he kept getting my name wrong and I know I was speaking clearly and repeating myself. But the employee stuck with the wrong name and wrote it on my ticket. Then when I picked up my pizza it was over $17! Much more than what I was told when discussing pricing of mediums and larges. My pizza was cut horribly uneven as well. I would just like this incident noted and hopefully these guys working do not treat all the customers like this!

Casey's food order

Waited almost 2 hrs for our food... Called to make sure it didn't get delivered to wrong house... Guy on phone never apologized but said they got slammed with 5 pizza orders... Yes...5. When the delivery guy got here... No apology!... Mind you it was all cold!... Jerks!... The other day we waited an hour for our pizza... What seems to be the problem here?

Casey's service, cashier

A middle aged woman working at 8:30 am on Tuesday August 1st was very rude and would not give me a five and five ones for a cash back I purchased. She gave me a ten and I asked for ones instead and she said they didn't have that many ones so I asked for a five and five ones and she wouldn't do it and was very rude and dismissed me. They elderly woman was having trouble figuring out how to work the cashier and I waited patiently and when they finally figured it out she ignored my request for cash back. It was very rude and I will not be coming back to that Caseys.

Casey's employees

There is an employee at the Casey's in Cullom il who is very rude. When calling to make a pizza order she sounds agitated about having to make my pizza then when picking it up she just kind of shoves it at me. No smile, no thank you, nothing. I don't know her name she doesn't have a name tag on but she is older has really short hair and wears glasses. I said something to another employee about it and she assured me she would speak with the manager about it. I'm not sure if she spoke with her or not as last night I ordered pizza and it was the same thing sounded agitated for calling in an order and rude when I picked it up. There is also another employee there that no matter when or what time I go there she is always sitting on the curb in front on her phone smoking a cigarette. No name tag that I could see for her either. She is younger, skinny, longish light brown hair and wears glasses.

Casey's service

When I leave the house to go to work I sometimes like to stop off at Casey's for a drink and/or breakfast. There were several occasions I got there at 6 am and they were not open. They are supposed to open at 6 am at least Monday through Friday. I had to wait till 6:10 am before they open the door. By then I'm running behind on schedule.
Other times I would come in around dinner time between the hours of 4 and 6 pm and there wouldn't be any food out for customers to buy. I would ask if they can make something easy and fast like chicken strips. They tell me every time it will take them 15-20 minutes. Maybe I can see that on Friday and Saturday nights but on weekdays? All other Casey's I've gone to always make them under 8 minutes. Why this Casey's is so different from the other ones?

Casey's cashier named justin who was rude, belittling, and pretty much called me a liar about what I asked for.

I stopped at Casey's West here in Iowa Falls Iowa today, June 13th, at about 5:40... put gas in the truck and went in to get cigarettes and pay for the gas. I asked for 3 different kinds of smokes, added the gas, and left. Not even out of the parking lot and see that he gave me the wrong kind. I turned around and went back in to get them exchanged. Justin was outside on a cig break and the other guy wouldn't do it for me. When he asked Justin to come in I was alone at the counter... 2 people walked up and then Justin actually asked me to step aside while he helped the 2 customers that weren't there when I came in to exchange the mistake. I said, "I have to wait, so you can correct the mistake you made?" He then told me it was MY mistake and that i told him the wrong cigs to get... I felt he was pretty much calling me a liar, and told him so... He called me small, a mean lady, and kept insisting that I told him the wrong kind. I then said, angrily, we can watch the tape and see it all awhen I come in and talk to the manager tomorrow. The rest was awful... Not happy and being a daily Casey's customer isn't feeling the greatest right now... As a customer, I don't always have to be right - I do, however, hold the expectation that the cashier will not belittle me, nor call me names, plus have the manners to not keep interrupting me during an exchange.

Casey's no change

So I went to the store in Oblong IL to buy 2 packs of cigarettes and a drink walk to the counter and the not so friendly cashier rang everything up and I hand her a $100 bill. She looked at me crazy like it was foreign and said you don't have anything smaller?! Well if I did I would have handed it to you. She turned me away saying she doesn't have any change that "they" didn't leave her any...really?! So what gas station doesn't have a drop safe or enough money in there drawer for overnights? SMH such a shame!

Casey's management and employees

I am concerned about the way Joni and Debbie are treating their employees at Villisca, Iowa location. There are some rules that are in question whether they are Joni and Debbie's rules or corporate policy. Employees are expected to find there own replacement if they call in for their shift. If they are not able to, then they have to work their scheduled shift regardless the reason they call in. They also just take employees off the schedule without explanation. Joni and Debbie help out the day shift as much as possible. The night shift could use more help and support from them. Joni and Debbie do not make an effort to make the workplace a friendly place to work. Employees are not treated equally. Some are treated with respect and others are not. I understand Debbie needs to talk with her employees about their performance. I also think it would be a more professional manner to do so in private, not in front of other employees and customers.

Casey's Manager was rude and then obversed buying drugs in parking lot

My wife and I visited store on 6/20/2017 and like alw ays store was nasty looking, the bathrooms are gross' we go to get something to drink from soda machine and whe n we ask the manager if she ciuld put more soda out we are told very rudely" there isnt any and I didnt order any either- we, my wi fe and I hate that store- its akways a problem when we go there- the manager is always taking down to employees and rude to customers- store is always nasty and there are always I mean always out of something--it upset my wife to the point that she refuses to go back-

Casey's Breakfast

Stopped into the caseys store in Monroe Iowa to get a breakfast pizza and was greeted with an argument by one of the cooks, she informed me that due to a large order she threw all the breakfast pizzas in the trash, her incompetent attitude lost you another customer, not everyone are early birds and I have always appreciated the service I have gotten over the years but this kind of attitude should not be taken lightly, when I'm upset I tend to walk away and I don't appreciate the manager chasing me down !

Casey's Payroll problems/second assistant attitude and behavior unprofessional

will be calling soon. to long to write out but I am having problems with management (supposed second assistant) has a very bad attitude and has been rude to customers so much so that there has been many complaints on her in the past year that I have been employed there and now they are boycotting our store 1497, Mountain Grove, Missouri 65711 when she works she has messed up my pay by rearranging my dashboard and not putting in my correct info for my tax s and for my vacation pay. since Jan of this year.

Conditions are very bad and she has been derogatory to customers and employees. NAME Jessica Short..

I have tried to go thru channels and chain of command but am getting now where and being punished by my hours being cut and shifts ..Positions are closed to me because of no action taken on managements part. I am Stalled and have no one to handle this locally

Casey's Employee conduct

Today 05/08/2017 at 4:30 pm, my children and I went to the Caseys at 1305 S Main St, West Frankfort, IL 62896 #1 location. As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed they were busy and there was a lot of traffic entering and exiting. I was not getting fuel, so I was attempting to pull up to the front of the building. As I drove up, I noticed an employee standing in the parking area, talking to 2 patrons, smoking a cigarette. I had to come to a stop because she was standing in my way. I waited. She turned around twiced, looked at me, gave me a disgusted look and continued to stand there, smoking and talking. Like I stated above, the parking lot was busy so I could not back up or go forward at this point. All she had to do was walk on to the sidewalk or to the side of the building. However, she continued to stand there. Finally a van that was parked in front of where she was moved. So I pulled around her and parked there. When I got out of my vehicle, she glared at me. I went into the store with my sons. She came in moments later and continued to glare at me. She then went back to work without washing her hands I may add. She was making sub sandwiches! She was also very dirty. Shirt not tucked in and filthy. While I was sitting there in the parking lot waiting for her to move, my children and I noticed she had feces on the back side of her khaki pants. Absolutely disgusting. I will not go back into that location again.

Casey's Kitchen

My husband called last night around 1:30 am. They woman working in the kitchen refused to take his order because she said she had 5 orders before ours.. Now why do you work in the kitchen when you can't handle making pizzas. Her attitude was awful she kept exhaling deeply into the phone like she was annoyed we even called in the first place.. Casey's Pizza

I ordered a large vegetarian pizza with ground beef hold the mushrooms. I got a sausage and cheese. Then when I called, she proceed to tell me that she watched the cook make the pizza and we got what we ordered.I live about 8 miles fro the store. I am not at all satisfied with this type of service!

Casey's Poor customer service

I stopped in to get snacks and gas the other day and the hateful readheaded girl with glasses was working again. I have dealt with her on a few occasions and every time she is so rude and unfriendly. Her tone is cold and flat and she acts like you are inconveniencing her by wanting to be served. Employees with that attitude make customers not want to return.

Casey's Pizza I ordered

My family and I order pizza very often and every time we order its 3 pizzas large and atless one is made wrong. Our family ordered pizza tonight and the person who took our order was very rude on the phone wouldn't give her name or even how long for our pizza. We will no longer order from this casey in rushville il till you guys take charge and get some people that can treat customers with respect.
