Fraud case agreement number [protected]
I've received a bank notification of a debit order from CELLC amounting to R1373, 47 this is an overpayment, my contract with CELLC is R449.00 inclusive of VAT. I went through my bank records & I'm certain, I did miss any of my monthly payments for my contract phone. On the 17th of May 2021 my bank statement shows a debit order of R448.99 On the 15th of April 2021 my bank statement shows a debit order of R449.01. This is unacceptable to say the least I'm lawfully contracted to CELLC for LG Velvet 4G 128GB Top up at R449×24 and not R1373.47 my contract number is [protected]. I've been told that I signed up for FIBRE services which is false & I've submitted a sworn affidavit, id copy to [protected]@cellc.co.za and no reply. Canceled contract
I hope that this time I will be assisted😔😔. In March 2021 I took a contract With cell c, I wanted a Samsung tablet but the following day a Huawei tablet was delivered. I logged a return and the following day the tablet was collected. When I called cell c to cancel the contract I was told to wait for a RMA number. After a week or so I got the RMA number 6065638. And I was told by the follow up department to call call the cancelation department, the cancelation department referred me back to cancelation department it's like no one was willing to assist me. Then a consultant by the name of Mammone if I'm not mistaken escalated the matter for me. I kept on getting sms which were not saying much then the case was closed, which I thought that the account was closed to my surprise when I checked my statement cell c has been deducting on my account. When I called the retention line I was told that I need to settle the amount if I want to cancel the device? For a device that I don't have? Can I be assisted please and can I be refunded the money that was deducted on my account. RMA 6065635.

😔I am so disappointed with cell c, I checked my credit report and I am owing an amount of R4800 from cell c, but when I call them or go to the store they tell me the amount is no longer visible on their system so I dnt know what to do from here I want this credit to be clear on my records please help me to remove this credit. I tried calling their legal office as well there is no answer, if they can call me back with a way forward I want to buy a house and I am stuck with this credit.

I have been a customer of CellC for the past 18 years and would like to express my disappointment with the service that I received recently. I have been hounded by CellC's Upgrades Department since March 2021 to upgrade my contract. I explained numerous times to your consultants that I will not be upgrading. Eventually around the 25th of May 2021 I received another call from your Upgrades Department and this time I agreed to upgrade my contract. Below please find the events that followed:-
27 May 2021
Coincidentally the Samsung A02 was delivered to me the same day that I received the below special on the 27th May 2021. I called CellC immediately to request an upgrade reversal from the Samsung A02 to the Samsung A21S special for R199.
31 May 2021
I called CellC again as the Samsung A02 was not collected. I spoke to Xolelwa - he said that it will take 14 days to collect the Samsung A02. I explained to him that the special will end on 6 June and asked if I could speak to his Manager or Supervisor to explain to him the urgency. He advised that his Supervisor was not available and that he will get his Supervisor (Nontlantla) to call me. To date, I have not received the call from the Supervisor?
4 June 2021 (12h14)
1. As I did not receive any response I called CellC again as the mobile was not collected. This time I spoke to Nthatisi in Follow-ups and deliveries. He advised that I should speak to Customer Care (084135) and transferred me.
2. At Customer Care I spoke to Tshiamo and explained the entire story again. He advised that he could not assist and that I should speak to someone in Upgrades and transferred me.
3. I spoke to Veronica in Upgrades who advised that she will escalate an upgrade reversal and arrange for the Samsung A02 to be collected and arrange delivery of the Samsung A21S. I informed her that the special will end on 6 June 2021 therefore the urgency and she responded that she was aware of the special and she will make a note that I should still qualify. No acknowledgement of receipt from CellC?

1. As I did not receive any acknowledgement since the Samsung A02 was collected from me I called the Customer Care Department (084135) and spoke to Dudu. After going through the security checks and explaining the issue all over again she told me that she could not assist and that I should speak to the Upgrades Department and transferred me.
2. Riaad answered at the Upgrades Department but he told that I should speak to the Follow-ups Department. Can you imagine my frustration now as I was being sent from pillar to post again?
3. At the Follow-ups Department I spoke to Ntombi. She said she will escalate the upgrade reversal - Reference Number [protected] (14 days later another escalation?). She informed me that I will have to call back next week as it takes 24-48 hours. Makes me wonder what happens if it's not escalated as it has been 23 days since my initial call (27 May). I requested to speak to the Manager of the Follow-ups Department but was advised by Ntombi that I should contact the Upgrades Department to see if I still qualify for the Special (refer to my note of 27 May). She then transferred me to the Upgrades Department before I could complete my sentence.
4. At the Upgrades Department I spoke to Zanele (each time I spoke to a consultant in a different department I had to go through security checks which was becoming frustrating as I had to continually repeat myself and explain the reason I'm calling). I requested to speak to the Manager of the Department but she refused to forward the call asking me repeatedly why I wanted to speak to him despite me explaining that I had a complaint about the service and my upgrade. She said she will take the query and log a call which I refused and insisted I wanted to speak to the Manager. Eventually she put me on hold for a long time then came back saying that the Supervisor (Michael Makhube) was not available and she will get him to contact me. That was around 10h20 this morning (18 June 2021) and I have still not received his call.
I am writing this letter as a matter of urgency and I would be grateful if my complaint and my issue gets resolved immediately. Look forward to your response.

It was a upgrade. I made a complaint on 6/8/21 with the state attorneys office of fl keeping my account locked to hide corruption the fact that my weeks that i claim on 5/5/21 someone on the inside changed my pin and payment method and maxe a fake bank account to steal my money with bankcorp bank located in delaware they remove the options from the left side of the screen the change pin button at the top and view and maintain button used to change your payment method you dont need an agent you could changed it yourself i have copies of that audio of me calling on 5/6/21 becase i was locked out my account by them i filed a complaint on 5/19/21 with the inspector general and with the federal trade commission on 5/24/21 havent heard a word from noone they dont wanna investigate because they guilty thats why me phone was illeglly track and me being followed by mdpd while i was riding the metro rail the police doesnt ride the metro rail when i spotted them on the extact train as me i start recording they closed my account after my complaint on 5/6/21 saying i need to verify my identity my identity was verified my identity in 2018 when i was getting unemployment thats why i been getting payments since 4/21 because i was already in the system but i verified again on 5/26/21 with idme and unemployment has three days to unlock your account i calked eight times only to be lied to and given different numbers to call they have a link they could send for you to verify your identity it was never mention or sent to me they also let my weeks to claim on 5/19/21 expired on 6/3/21 by refusing to unlock my account they wanted the police to intimidate me but everytime they follow me or do corruption towards me i will report it and post it they all work together i also called social security called the credit bureau and my former employer jhonny richardson behind these attacks and the company truecore behavorial solutions has me enroll in a 401k plan i havnt work for that company since 2018 due to a lawsuit that was never reported to the EEOC thats why they acting like im still employed their which is a crime and identity theft they wanted to commit fraud in my name they also with holding papers i sign to use as income on my taxes the attorney that was representing me peter hoogerwoerd said once its sign by trurcore he would give it to me that day never came he was working for them not me so i reported him to the florida bar sent in all me proof nothing was done i also had a workers comp case against truecore with the same lawyer and law firm i never recieved my money for that case another reason why i contacted the florida bar i never even met attorney until a whole yr after they had my case because i would call and say why havnt i met him if he, s my attorney which that was unethical behavior a lawyer jhonny richardson wanna pretend i still work there so he can do illgeal credit checks and find out information about me which is a crime an identity theft and invasion of privacy i do know my rights and they was trying the hardest to block me from posting this the truth

On the 3rd Feb 2020, I went into the Hout Bay Cell C branch to cancel my contract, the reason for cancelation was because Cell C had suspended data contracts in Hout Bay due to a tower issue.
The manager who assisted me was Luke, who I have since found out was fired due to negligence.
It seems Luke never sent off the cancellation documentation to head office & my account continues to be debited every month.
I have been back to the store multiple times to try & sort out the issue but nothing can be done without the original cancellation form which there is no record of.
There is proof that there has not been any usage on our side since Feb 2020, and yet we are still debited every month.
I eventually had to block the debit order but we are still being billed & this will eventually lead to me being black listed.

Then I was handed over to the nimble group, I called them and they have no record of me but on my credit file it says nimble group.
Called your cell c call centre, and their agents warent helpful at all.

On the 28th of February 2021 I requested Cell C to cancel my contract as I was way out of my contract agreement with Cell C. I requested a cancellation letter
On the 23rd of March I once again phoned for a cancellation letter.
On the 26th of April I once again asked for the letter and I was told that an amount of R233 was outstanding for online subscriptions and I queried that again as I never had online subscriptions. I was informed that they will query that and will get back to me.
Today, I received a notification that I was listed for an outstanding amount of R6032 rand, nobody know where to transfer my call to and I was given 3 different attorney names which I contacted and nobody has a file on my name.
I googled Cell C legal number (as the wrong number that does not exist been given to me from the call center side) I dialed the google number and also does not exist, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,
Where de hek must you go and who in this world can explain to me where this amount is coming from...

Cell phone return
I purchased cell phone sumsang ultra s21 that was on promotion with sumsung A31 at cell c through contact. They did not deliver and when I enquired they said the promotion is finished and if I'm still interested I should take another promotion of sumsung ultra s21 that was included A32 sumsung. They took time to deliver and upon delivery I called cell c to arrange to take their phone back as I was no longer interested in the contract, since then I have been waiting for courier from cell c to collect their cell phone as it will be debit time on the 31st of May 2021.please assist

Unethical behavior
Since I had a cellphone contract with cellc I have been paying my account up to date up until lock down caused a struggle I went to cell c store to make payment arrangements then my account was handed over. I have managed to pay the account in full last year december. Then I requested for a paidup letter in january till today I have not recieved the paidup letter these nothing I didnt do to get the letter. I called the collectors to ask if I still owe them? They said no. When I go to cellc stored to ask for the letter they said I owe cellc r1400. Which I paid it to the collectors. Now im stuck and helpless because of cellc. When they were calling me to collect they were harrasing me calling everyday even when I just made payment yesterday they would call me to harrase me that my account is in arreas why is that so?

I went into the Cell C Branch at Somerset Mall on the 22 of Feburary 2021, After a month I went back to them as I didnt get any updates about my phone "Huawei P LIte" IMEI nr [protected]. The gentleman at the shop said that they will follow up. After a week I went in to Cell C again and the staff didnt want me to go in and that I have to wait outside the Branch allthough the 1 gentleman wasnt busy with a client. 2 weeks later they phone my husband to come and collect the Device but nothing was done about it. They just say its not them i need to phone Hollard insurance. I phoned hollard on the 25th of April and they informed that i need to pay an access fee of R300 and that I did, I struggle to get the proof by Hollard Insurance as I send it +- 5 times to "[protected]@deviceinsurance.co.za and they cant see the payment. I am very furstrated and I want this sorted out as soon as possilbe please.

Incompetent lazy scammers
I have done an upgrade on the 26th of Jan and the cellphone was delivered without the sim card. I got suprised end of the month when my account was debited for both old contract and new deal. I called cell C to get a better understanding of what was really happening. I was told that the debit order is for an older and new contract. am so pissed off coz everytime when you call you are promised to be sorted out in 48hours. I waited for my enquiries to be addressed in 48 hours as promised. Cell C only got back to me in April while they are busy debiting me twice for the sim they haven't delivered.
Then in April 6th, I called I was advised to cancel and convert my older contract to prepaid to avoid double billing. The lady advised me to call on the 6th of May to do a number change (sim swap) from the new deal to the older sim so that all benefits from Jan to date can be credited onto my number. Oooh guess what I called for hours and on the second call the agent took a phone and put it aside and started talking and laughing on the other side for 35 minutes. I ended up dropping the phone. I called again and requested to talk to higher management. I spoke to Victor (Team Leader) who assured me that cell c will definitely contact me within 48hours to resolve the matter. Huuuh xem Since the 6th May I have been waiting for the said call but Cell C is nowhere to be found. They just enjoy taking our monies but they don't wanna provide service.
I wrote on Hello Peter on the 11th May hoping that I will get some attention but still no one is resolving the issue. My next action will be Twitter because I can't continue paying double debit orders for nothing
