Champion Windows review: 6517 Lucky Star Lane Co Springs, Co 80923

My name is Timothy w. Johnson at 6517 Lucky Star Lane Co Springs, Co 80923. I made a complaint with you approx. 3 months ago about my sunroom.

I purchase it back on February 16, 2023, and I still don't have a complete sunroom they need to put one window In, and I was told it will take two weeks and now it's been two months, and no one can tell me when this window will be in and the window that they put in is not write it's been put in wrong and the technician said management told him to make it fit and he kept telling my wife to keep an eye on that window and also it's not level that's why they are having problem with that window the last window he put in still have the stickers on it and it's filthy. Let me tell you the bad part it 'supposed to be a new sunroom but we notice the screws does not match in some places it's two different screws. We are the victims here we done everything like we suppose to, and we are getting treated like we are a problem because my wife and I will call and leave Mr. Doug a message to contact us but no return calls so that's why I'm contacting the corporate office. Now my second complaint is my yard they destroyed it when they dug up my yard to pore concrete and that pile of dirt stayed in my yard for 5 months and it destroyed my sod in my yard, but they did agree to have it repaired after the sunroom is completed and they still have a big concrete rock in my back yard that's been there for six months
