Champion Windows review: Sunroom

Salesman Ron came to my home uninvited and talked my dying husband into building a sunroom so he could look outside. He was dying of a brain disease and had no business being put in this position because of course he

wanted it as it sounded so great. It could have been great but unfortunately champion builders either do not know what they are doing or chose to take shortcuts to make it go up much faster and cheaper. Less than five years later the roof is not joined to the sides and none of the windows work. They said the deck floor that was there was perfect and they would just build from there. They put zero reinforcements under the floor with zero cement or rock so every time it rained the studs sank in the ground and the entire sunroom disassembled. I paid $119 to get them back to look at it and they made several appointments to fix it but stood me up without even a call. They then closed the order because Ron pointed out to them they were not responsible because the floor was there of course that was his idea. I complained to headquarters and they listened to the lies Wichita told them and refused to even send someone in authority out to look. I also filed with the better business and they let the lies stand and did nothing. I have had to hire a reputable construction company to come out and go under the floor and

put reinforcement studs set in cement and jack the floor up. This has cost me another five thousand to fix what Champion did not do. I am also taking all of this to an attorney and taking them to court. Please be advised that Champion does not care about their so called warranty's nor do they care about the customer. Please be advised to never have them build you a

sunroom because when it falls apart they will refuse to fix it. Also do not trust the lies their salesmen rattle off to you they will deny ever doing it and help the company get out of the warranty work. The sunroom was built in 2018 and has been disassembling for over a year now with the company refusing to help. They said I could hire them to fix it but knowing they don't have a clue how to do this job I would be insane to ever let them do another thing they are total crooks. Remember if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. The salesmen pose as your friend until something goes wrong then they fight with the company to screw you. It is important for me to warn everyone about this company and their tricks to get you to sign on the dotted line. They will be your best friend until something they did goes wrong then you become the evil villain. I have pictures of everything and the pictures don't lie. It is what they did not do that caused this whole mess. The contractors who looked at this mess are just in disbelief about this poor construction Champion should be ashamed but of course they are not. I wish I could show everyone what they have done so I will take the pictures to court they will speak volumes.
