Champion sent someone to install the windows. I asked the installer about the windows not having grids on the day he arrived at my home. The installer made a call and after the call he said to me someone will come out to replace the glass with windows that have grids in about four weeks. The installer gave me a Champion customer service agreement on the day the windows were installed. There is nothing in the customer service agreement about me having to pay more for the glass with grids. According to the agreement I am to pay the balance in full when the glass with grids is installed. The glass with grids has not been installed. I am getting calls to make payment. Also, I think the Champion representative guys may be trying to scam me. First guy came to my home to find out what I know about windows and gave me a contract with grids. A second guy offered me a few hundred dollars discount. Now the second guy said I did not purchase windows with grids and wants to charge me Thousands of dollars more to get windows with grids. The second guy did not tell me he was not working with the first guy until I was asking about the windows with grids. I had someone come to my home to be sure I got the type of windows I wanted. I had the windows I wanted when the first guy left my home. The second guy should not have been allowed to make changes to the original window grids I had with first guy that came to my home. The problem is that I still have not received the glass replaced with grids. I paid enough to have windows with grids.
Desired outcome: Have the glass replaced with grids at no additional cost to me.
