I purchased two tickets online. Confirmation emails received immediately with booking reference numbers stating that e-tickets will be received within 48 hours. E-tickets were not received after 5 days, so I contacted agent, who advised me e-tickets will not be provided, as all flight sectors cannot be confirmed and may not be confirmed until a couple of days before flights (which could jeopardise my travel plans). The agent also advised me that the flights I booked were discounted fares which did not include baggage, which had to be bought extra. This information was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process. Then agent tried to upsell me much more expensive tickets using pressure marketing techniques (eg. must accept new booking within 2 hours) that would include baggage, which I declined. I was unable to cancel or change the flights either, despite the flights not being confirmed. Seems to be a dodgy online travel agent (OTA) that advertises cheap flights which cannot be confirmed and then tries to upsell much more expensive flights. Misleading and under priced advertising to lure customers. Very disappointed with service.

Recently I booked a return flight from London. While booking it offered cheapest flight as claim and when booked received a call stating that with your flight no baggage is allowed and asked us to pay 250 pounds more which was actually a high compared to what was offered on flight website. I could not cancel as they said there will be cancellation charges. Now due to some reason I would like to reschedule my travel. I am unable to connect or contact them literally. The contact numbers and email id provided is fake and never reachable. It's very frustrating that email is being received stating we are trying to reach when no calls are being made or received by me.

Avoid this company. I booked tickets CFSO36537, got a confirmation but did not get the tickets for 2 adults, 2 children and one infant. One of their staff called to say the first child who is 12 needs to be charged as an adult and that the tickets don’t have luggage. All these were not stated when I was booking. Why did they allow me book a 12 year old as a child if it’s not allowed. They are not trustworthy. I have asked them to send an email to this effect so I can have a proof but they have not sent any Avoid them

strategy is based on fake flight ticket prices. They offering cheap tickets than when you done the booking,they call you with the reason "sorry but that flight with that price is not available anymore". As I read the other people experience it's the same and same all the time. Than they charge you for cancellation fee,because you don't want to pay additional money to them. / which makes not cheap fly shop anymore/. And it's clearly they fault, not other airlines. Just because if you book with any company,you see the price, they not gonna send you an email or calling you sorry, but that price is not available anymore,you have to pay additional fees...so anyway, 0 trust in the company and totally not recommend to anyone...

Booked 2 flights to Phuket on 01/10/2023 at a total cost of £1,499.34

04/10/2023 I received a call from Marcus at Cheap Fly Shop to advise my flights were no longer available. I was offered different flights for £ 1,787.40 because apparently my original booking did not include baggage allowance or meals.

The alternative flight I was offered had a 6 hour lay over and my original flight was 3 hour layover. I advised Marcus I didn't want a 6 hour layover so he found me flights with a 3 hour layover but the price was now £1,997.68. I paid this price as I am meeting family in Thailand and accommodation has been arranged. I now find on receiving the e ticket these are the exact same flights that I paid £ 1, 499.34, in addition these flights are still available today with Turkish airlines for £1,613.00

I have emailed cheapfly 4 times and received no response.

I asked for a refund and was advised this wasn't an option.
