Hi my name is Cierra Smith at 10:54 p.m on 11/04/2018 at Rally's on 1105 South illnois St Belleville il 62220 I came thru the passenger side and ordered 2 for 5 big bufords and a small fry I pulled up to the window to where a African American male employee was texting on his phone not acknowledge that me n my father was at the window he continued texting for at least 2 mins after that he approached to where the make food not washi g his hands or nothing and made the burgers with one glove on I took 2 pictures and was disgusted at the time he the other employee seen me taking a picture so I told him come to the window and I explained to him about what I seen n also what he seen too and said nothing to his team member about putting a glove on he liked straight to my face about him using a glove the guy that was making it with no glove then yelled to me he had one on also n I told him don't lie to me that I watched him make my food with one glove so I'm expecting him to ask can he make our food over but he insisted not too so I took my bag and left and now I'm not feeling well at all I need something done asap

i just recently passed by the checkers on 232 50 w lehigh ave philadelphia pa 19133 just coming on my way home to geab a bite to eat the customer service wasn't there i was over charged and i want my money back because i use to be a manger at checkers so i know how it is trying to meet projections but it's called suggestive upsale not put it in and think no one will notice i order a 10 pc boneless medium but was charged for and large fry and meduim drink then i order a 20 pc bonded wings just the wings was charged for a 5 pc combo then a 5 pc by itself like i said i worker for checkers as a manger for 2 years so i no wat buttons there are and that are not there and wanted a cheese frie was charged for a chilli cheese fry no chili then was charged for lettuce on it i no it wasn't a mistake because the women read back the order then when i got all the way home bit the wings they were hard and i threw the food away due to all this i need someone to contact me and i need a refund i have my recipe my number is [protected] someone contact me

I went to the rallys at 6970 pendleton pike in indianapolis indiana today at 6:20pm. There were 2 cars in the other lane and myself in the other one. The woman in the drive thru said it would be one moment and i politely said thats ok. I watched both the cars in the other lane advance to the window and subsequently leave. Still no one took my order. At 6:40 a woman walked out the side door and handed 2 bags of food to a couple people sitting outside. Then proceeded to chat with them as i continued to wait in the drive thru. I left at 6:42 still not being helped, and the one employee i saw was still chatting and laughing with people outside. As i drove past the window i saw no employees inside. I cant believe how unprofessional and horrible the service i just didnt receive was. So i went to mcdonalds instead where they actually took my order. I manage a business myself and i would never tolerate this from any of my employees. Its absolutely appalling.

On Saturday evening went to the round wings at 10 girl School Road Chapel Hill around 8:30 at 8:50 they put us in the parking lot waiting for our food with everyone else, at 915 we went to window still no food was told due to nights they had to cook fresh. I visited rally's in main st suffolk va on 10/24/2018 at 11:52pm. First off the lady working the drive thru was rude, then I asked for a oero stacker ice cream dessert and she has the excuse the ice cream machine was down but yet tells my fiancé he's able to get a milkshake with his combo makes no sense to me milkshake is made out of ice cream last time I checked. So I asked for a chocolate milkshake and I get a small vanilla milkshake instead of chocolate, got my meal large and there was barely any fries in my large fry container that you pay a $1 extra to get a large fry and drink. I understand they just opened and we have been there 4 times since they opened but there is no excuse for tonight they weren't busy at all and the service sucked and the other times we went the service was excellent and the food and desserts and they were so busy people were lined up in the road to come in to get food. I'm a paying customer and if it's going to continue to be this way I will go else where with my money. bad service and false refund
I went to checkers on Campbellton Rd in Atlanta Ga store 5278. My food was old and hard as a brick. I drove back to the restaurant asked for a refund. I offered the manager my card to refund my money back and she rudely declined. Days have passed still no refund. I called the store only to find that everything on the receipt is false the store number is to the health department, the address is Atlanta, Fl!? Really.

Why do the employees especially the men not wear hair nets or beard nets? That should be an absolute must! I've been to the Rally's in Farmington MO several times and always see this nasty disgusting display. I've even made comments to them that it is inappropriate and I had better not have hair in my food.

Today I ordered my food 2 All American Cheesebugers and a medium fry. I waited in line behind 1 car for 10 minutes. Then he just had a small order! Ridiculous!
As I waited for mine at the window some big guy was walking around instead of working with a big head of fuzzy hair and a nasty beard just waiting to fall into my food.
No excuse for this! By the way there was entirely too much pepper on the fries!
You need to change policy and make all employees wear hair nets and beard nets. No one wants someone else's nasty hair in their food!

10/21/2018 I went to Rally's to make an order and all 3 of the employees were strung out on drugs. There was a teen also working and he heard them talking about getting so high that they couldn't function just hours before work. There were 2 talking about marijuana and the shift manager was talking about overdosing himself on pain meds. While I was in the store waiting to make my order (15 min) there were at least 3 customer complaints on messed up orders. The cashier I was trying to order from refused to wait on me because he was so high he didn't realize I was an actual person. I reported it to the police department but no results. The cashier that I was facing, Name is Aaron Eves. The sandwich maker, Darren Hagan both were high and the shift manager, Matthew Bowles was the one on pills. Please do something about this store since everyone is afraid of their food being tampered with due to the employees being strung out on drugs.

2 service lanes are provided, yet when I pull into the left lane, I am asked to get out of the lane and pull into the right lane. This has happened on too many occasions and each time I have left the eestablishment. I am not understanding why 2 lanes are offered yet staff is not willing to serve customers in either lane. Something needs to be done.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a fry lovers burger, and an order of fries... I live about 3 minutes from checkers, but when I get home to eat EVERYTHING is cold... My chicken sandwich was old and dried out, the fries were VERY greasy, and the burger was cold.. I've made several attempts to call the store, but no one will answer... UNHAPPY 🙁

I just came from Checkers Dania Beach Fl. I ordered my two double cheeseburgers and 4 apple pies and was told it would take 8 min and to move to parking lot. I waited 15 min and wondered why they didn't bring it over since they hadn't had any customers during this time. I asked why it was taking so long, then noticed the woman just putting the pies in the hot oil! I told them it was reverse discrimination. They called me a racist. The three of them kept it up. After waiting all that time the burgers were cold. I asked for a replacement. They said "no". So my Dad who is 98, and my husband 78 ate the cold burgers and threw half of it away.

Hey I normally don't got to Rally's but today did on my lunch break since one of my coworkers gave me some coupons. I pulled up the lady ask for my order I give it to her. She never called it back to me she didn't ask for me drink of chose. I keep saying hello so I could inform her that I had a coupon she never responded. So I just pulled forward, when I did she told me the total. I said ma'am I have a coupon, " why you didn't say that" is exactly what she said and walk away from the window and someone else finish my transaction. There very rude and unprofessional! I well not be visiting another rally's or checkers.

I had a reversed version of a racial slur done to me at the Checkers in Dania Beach Florida. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and 4 apple pies. They told me it would be eight minutes and to park in another space. I waited about 15 min. and drove to the drive up window. They never had a single customer while I was waiting. I finally drove up to pick up window and they had not even put the pies in the fryer. By now the burgers were cold. I mentioned this and they replied "we told you it would be 8 min." I mentioned reverse discrimination and all of a sudden I was a racist!

So today was a long day for me with starting a new demanding job, I didn't have time to prepare dinner for the family so we decided to grab a quick bite from Rally's we don't eat it often but we do have it in occasionally and never any problems but tonight I found a dead bug in my chicken bite box, apparently it was cooked with the food! I am utterly disgusted and will never eat at Rally's again! I feel sick to my stomach that thing was in my food and there ain't no telling what else!

I know things change. I know staff are hard to deal with sometimes. I get it. But my kids love you guys, and my wife and I are happy to provide them with your cheesesticks from time to time. However, the franchise on 31 in Greenwood Indiana has been less than fair from a business stanpoint. We are from Greenwood and you guys are less than a mile from our house. The last time they messed up our order, we said nothing. But this time was a little different considering the circumstances with the kids and the schedule. They messed up our order denying us cheesesticks and value meals ( although we paid for it ) and we didn't realize it until we got home and it was to late to go back out. To make matters more frustrating, we keep trying to call to no avail. It goes straight to busy signal. Thank you for your time, I hope that you can use this to improve their work ethic. Thanks again.

Hi my name is Shaquana Tabb. I've worked at 4 of your Mobile locations as a shift manager. I was a manager that everyone loved and always got my job done no matter what. My last place of work was at the St. Stephens Rd. location that I had to quit at due to a domestic violence situation I was in and the person involved found where I was one night and followed me home. My life was in danger at the time I did reach out to Ms. Shan regarding the incident even though it was a little bit later I was afraid of the embarrassment once again. Now I done got totally rid of the whole situation and tried to return but was denied... the manager on duty
I was at the Rally's in Walmart in hwy K I n O'Fallon, Missouri at 5:30 pm 10-2-2018. I was shocked by the actions of the manager on duty. He was a male friend m guessing that n his 30s. I think he was on drugs. He was yelling at the staff "If this grill ever looks like this again I will fire you. Then he comes to the front of the counter and starts using obsentities. He kept using the"F" word. Then someone I guess that works there came up to the counter [not working that shift] and he said do you want to work my shift and he said no. The manager said he wants to leave.
There was a lady that had been waiting a long time for her food. When she got it the order was wrong.
There was another lady at a back booth and her and the manager went out to smoke. When she got back she laid down in the booth. Not sure why.
I have never seen anything like this.

This is not the way you should be training YOUR managers and Jr.emoloyees, which I dont blame the Jr Employee Tatyana she was taught this behavior by your management staff. I wonder how many customers have been scamed or ripped off by this illegal program.

As I pulled up to the rally's I noticed if you text buford to 88001 you get a free one with any purchase. So I hurry up and do it and order 2 cheeseburgers and the buford. The text says "we are processing your request" and the cashier tells me it won't be available till tomorrow. So i'm thinking i'm out of luck so as soon as I pull off it loads and the coupon is there and says it expires in 30 days. So I make a u-turn and ask why did they tell me it would load tomorrow and can I have the sandwich and they said it's not valid yet when the text clearly said "expires in 30 days" I was relying on that so my kids could have something to eat
