employment complaint
I was recently employed at Rally's on McGalliard in Muncie Indiana and feel I was wrongfully terminated. Other employees lied about me to the GM, Rick Noel, and he refused to speak with me regarding the issues or how to remedy them. The employees lying are the ones doing the things I was accused of and I would like to speak with someone about this.

Very poor management, employees are treated bad alot of gossip and unfairness. Management are dirty, food drops on the floor they have been seen picking it up and serving it to the customer, picking bugs out of the food laughing about it and still serving it. Lettuce containers being dropped on the floor scooped back in the container and put in the refrigerator to use. Disgusting and not clean. Certain employees are being treated very unfair and alot of favoritism going on. This store needs all new management.
Manager named Laura serves customers food that's been contaminated with bugs! I even seen her drop someone bag of food pick it up reached down picked up fries and put back in the bag then gave it to the woman! DISGUSTING! 4810 COLDWATER ROAD FORT WAYNE INDIANA!

I get these Twix stackers about once a week and today I sent a coworker and the location by where we work here in Boca. she went to here and asyiu can see they didn't even fill up the stacker tube. That's not fair and we should get a refund or a coupon for two more. You can't give someone half of a burger so why give half of a ice cream treat that was paid for.
I fell on wet floor on thursday (20/09/2018) at checkers canal walk and matter was not dealt with
Thursday (20/09/2018) I was shopping at Checkers Canal Walk as I walked to the tillpoint I fell on wet floor and hurt my back, I couldn't stand up for few minutes until the cashiers picked me up.. there was oil spilled on the floor and cleaner wiped it off but didn't put the sign to indicate that the floor is wet. All the Manager could do is to ask if I'm okay and takes my number but he never called to ask if I'm still okay or not... I didn't want to make a scene about the situation because I respect the premises and the business as a whole but if this situation is not dealt with I am going to take it further because as a customer I have a right to a safety and a clean environment (OHASA) had to ask my manager for a weekend off because I can't stand long at work my back is aching. The manager didn't even apologize about the situation all he did is to take my details and I was at work for 6 hours after the incident but didn't get a call from him... I'm definitely taking this further is Checkers doesn't deal with the situation

Went through the drive thru and they said they are out of pickles ketchup mustard and onion for the night. I wanted 2 Rallys burgers and two Apple pies...and they refused to make any of it. Yes it was 1:30am but if ur open til 4am u should be able to make this food at this time . I'm a manager at pizza hut so I understand running out of stuff but not everything nor would I refuse to make their food. I love Rallys and go there alot but I might just go elsewhere.

I placed a order and paid 1:01pm I sat at window for approximately 10minutes the employee then opened window proceeding to ask for payment I explained I paid showed my receipt the another 3 minutes went by I received my food pulled into a parking space to check my order I noticed I only had 3 of my 4 sandwichs without opening to see what exactly was missing I walked up to the window explained I was missing a sandwich not sure which because I didnt open it yet the employee who I am most certain was a manager then looked at employee at cook line said shes missing a sandwich but she doesnt know what very sarcasticly so I opened up looked then explained I was missing a 2 for 5 big checker burger the employee at the cook line said I made that you have it I said no I have 3 sandwiches she then said agian I made it I dont know what to tell you then I said you did not make it I proceeded on about my wait for 10 minutes at the window and my order still was not correct then manager rudely said they need to start writing down not sure what she was exactly talking about another customer standing there as well was complaining of her 9 minute wait without being served she stood behind me supporting me for their extremely rude behaviors im complete ly discussed with the rally service I will not be returning agian absolutely ridiculous!
in cooked food
Yesterday I went to the Cincinnati location on Spring Grove ave store #[protected] @ 7:14pm I bought a hot dog and 5piece wings. My chicken wings were out right raw. Not even half cooked
Just RAW... I ate one and I noticed it didn't taste right so I picked up another piece and open my chicken wing they were all raw. I've had bad stomach pains since going to the bathroom all day today. I have pictures of my receipt and chicken I returned the chicken that night to the same location. And when I got there no one apologized the simply asked what did I want to do. I said I want a refund she hands me $4 and closes the window. How rude and unprofessional it was. As a general manager of a restaurant the whole situation was wrong and not handled properly and not mention I'm sick as ever now. I need someone to contact asap on this matter please and thank you! bad service at calhoun, ga checkers

I've been to the Calhoun, GA checkers and have dealt with the same bad service 3 times in one week alone, but today was UNBELIEVABLE. First I would like to say that at this particular checkers, it seems that the employees here don't give a crap when it comes to getting your order wrong. They don't react in a way where a normal fast food place would atleast appologize when they don't give you all your order, these people are just rude. This time it involved the on-site manager who really screwed up my order and had a nasty attitude with it. When I ordered the $3 dollar meal with a chili dog and a fryer-lovers burger, she ended up giving me the chili dog, but also a disgusting chili cheese burger which I didn't find out til I got back to work and started my lunch. It wasn't a big deal at first, I was gonna go back and exchange my sandwich with no problem. But as I walked up to the window, the woman (who I later found out was the manager) looked at me and started to giggle at me giving me the impression that she knew the order was wrong and that I would be coming back.
Now let me just say this very same woman gave me bad service before when it came to my order being messed up each time and I just let it go but not this time. This woman got me VERY angry with her attitude and poor customer service skills.
So If you don't mind, I would like for this woman to be re-trained in customer service because what I saw wasn't a manager that should be representing checkers fast food.

I walked into your Checkers Restaurant in Howell New Jersey you have a lady working there which is a beautiful kind lady she's a little handicapped and I had to stand there as a customer and watch this so-called supervisor Sarah verbally humiliate and talk to this lady like she was a piece of crap not only did you talk to that lady like that she talked to another employee very rudely it was quite disgusting it was bad enough to the point where I wanted to jump over the counter grab her by her Little ponytail and smash her head on the counter for ever being allowed to treat another human being like that it's terribly disgusting on many many levels and I can honestly say nobody ever deserves to be treated the way that I watch that lady get treated in checkers that day no if I find out that there has been no repercussions done to this lady I will make a formal complaint about her and I am going to call as many as new papers I am going to go on social media and I'm going to blow this up so I'm begging you to handle this situation
not receiving email with free hamburger offer... replacing the code to write on the back of the receipt
As some folks might already know, the way to get a free sandwich has been changed from filling out the survey online and writing the code on the back of the receipt to now providing my email so I may receive a coupon for the same thing...no more codes. However, I have never received a coupon in my email. I have filled out the survey on three occasions. I've called and was told "I'm not responsible for it" and no help at all. If they don't want to give out free sandwiches anymore, simply post it and be done with it. To try to follow directions and no results, is frustrating and an waste of time.

I went there and ordered a Number 4 meal medium combo and When I was eating the hamburger the tomato was nasty and there were hard particles in the burger . It was the hard pieces of the onions and Lord knows what! I threw the hamburger away. I hate I wasted my money on this meal at Rally's. I won't go there again to waste more of my money. The sad part I was excited that they are open til 4:00am, because I work at nights and I thought I would now have a place to go for 3 am for a burger on my lunch hour. Very disapointing! :-(

I went to Rally's Little Rock Ar. Ordered a number 2 it said on the menu it was $7.72 plus tax the lady said total was $9.42 I thought that's alot of taxes so I added it up and was almost a dollar more when I get to the window I asked why I was told even though the menu says $7.72 for a small meal there system charges for a large 😡 That's not ok it's stealing sure u get the large but your forcing it on people and hoping they don't notice and think it's taxes. I'm reporting this to the local state attorneys office to see how it can be stopped and won't make any more purchaces with Rally's.

Ordered spicey chicken and not only do the employees not wear hair net or gloves the lady working drive thruvat 845pm was putting chicken in to cook and was sweating from working i take it but she was wearing no gloves and scatched the side of her face than stuck her hand into a chicken bag pulled 2 pieces of chicken out and put them in the fryer! Once doing this i lost my appetite and just went home! This rallys is the only location in Jeffersonville indiana and ill never eat there again! Its the nastiest experience ive had at any fast food! Tomorrow morning im calling the local health dept. Bbb oshia and will keep going till theres a. Change with wearing right equipment for others health also so no one else has to go thru the same thing i went thru!
unethical behavior by an employee
I visited Rallys in Richmond Indiana store number 4191 om 09/04/2018 around 8:20 pm.The male employee who took my order in drive thru never gave me a receipt. I told him 3 times no mayo on the burger. I ordered a Number 1 combo go large with a coke a and that sandwich was supposed to have no mayo, which in fact it did when i got it home. I also ordered a tenderloin sandwich fully dressed and a fully loaded fries. When I saw mayo on the sandwich, I decided to take all food and the coke back and tell them i want a full refund because I wasn't going to eat cold food and have them just replace the mayo burger. I went to the walk up window and the young guy who sold me the food opened the window. I told him i wanted a full refund and handed him the food. He said where is your receipt. I told him he handed me only my change back and gave me no receipt and that i had told him 3 times to make sure no mayo on sandwich. He starts yelling at me and he jumps and slams the window in my face, almost had my fingers closed in it. I tapped on the window and he is still screaming and yelling and i tell him 3 times i want to speak to the manager. He walks away so I walk to the other window and asked him 3 times for his name and he wouldn't give it to me. The manager finally came to the window. She should have pulled him to the side when she first heard him screaming and yelling and when he slammed the window and she didn't she was right there at the food prep table letting her employee scream and yell at a paying customer. After she returned me my money I asked her what her employees name is and she said Matthew. She didn't give me his last name. Her name is Kalina. I will not ever visit this establishment ever again. He needs to be fired and schooled on how customer service works. She needs fired for not intervening. I also observed the other dark black haired young man wearing only 1 glove and handling food with both hands, he also got the tenderloin out of the bottom drawer next to the fryer i think it's like a heating drawer. He then placed it back into the grease to reheat it. I observed around 8 burgers on the prep table wrapped and french fries not in a container just laying on the prep table beside the fries. The manager picked them fries up and put them in the customers box to make loaded fries. Very unprofessional staff and very unprofessional service to a paying customer. Matthew acted in an aggressive behavior and I can bring a suit against this establishment for him almost cutting my fingers off had i not removed them in time. I will be posting via Social media of my experiences at this store to warn other hard earning customers of the behavior of your employees and how they handle situations at hand not to mention almost injuring me.

We went through drive through last night the cashier said the blender is broke and no apple pies I get to the window and they still lied to my face bad customer service bad management skills didn't appreciate how they handle the situation at the time .. never will I eat there again! We went earlier that day and got a slushie and the blender wasn't broke

At 638 on 8-31-2018 I went to get a burger was told to use other drive thru when I was n left lane a no one was there I asked why and they laughed through intercom. Yes that lit me up... We began cursing each other out. I have it all on dash camera... Even when I pulled up to window I saw the manager going hide out of site and a employee was laughing like something was funny! I would like to know what was so funny! Again another visit there they forgot my fries and when the lady brought my fries she had a finger in the cup of fries. I threw them away... I may share this experiance with social media to show how good customers are treated at this facility.

I was halfway done with my burger as I am chewing I feel something tough in my mouth that I can't chew, so I spit it out and it appeared to be some type of paper. It was a orangish brown color and very hard to rip. I am not sure what it was but it basically ruined my appetite knowing I was chewing on who knows what! This is not the first time that I have had something in my food from this location! I will not be returning!

At the speaker we ordered angry buffalo wings a 5 piece Bland when we got home they were barbeque wings. My boyfriend can't have them due to allergies asked for my bite box to be fresh and it was cold. Tried calling the store on Karl Rd in Columbus Ohio but no answer just rung busy for an hour. I am not happy about my order and want the problem solved

I just left the Rally's on 438 Salem Ave in Dayton Ohio. I was very disappointed and appalled at the service. 1st off the manager, who took 10 minutes to take our order, introduction to us was " Tell me you are not trying to use all these cupons, because you're going to make me upset. I read the fine print and there's nothing saying a limit on cupons. After waiting another 10 minutes the manager told us to have a seat at the outside table and another employee said it would be brought out. While waiting for order 3 more customers came up. After 10-20 more minutes an employee opened the door and gave one of the customers 2 bags. Seeing that we've been waiting for so long and another customer got their order before us, I went back to the window to inquire about our order. Knocked on the window and was ignored. So I politely opened the window and said excuse me what's going on with the order, the employee asked what our order was, 2 Bigbuford meals, 2 /$5 bacon burgers and fries, she informed us she gave our order to the other customer which they hadn' t even taken an order for including the 2 customers behind him. He mentioned our orders were sitting there for 10 minutes. Then said we should've stayed at the window and who told us to sit down. I informed him that he told us that and if he didn't tell us that and the other employee telling us order would be brought out, like other customers in their cars waitng, I would have stayed at the window . While waiting to order one employee was oit side at window talking with other employees, one guy messing with his phone charger. No there'll be a wait on fries, no appology from manger at all. I worked as a manager for fast food and am currently a manager in retail for 19 years and know about giving good customer service. I would've called but corporate office closed. I will be calling in the morning for sure.
